Where do I start? I bought my diesel X5 from Vista BMW. After the warranty ran out I continued to service it at the dealer. Long story short: They charged me twice for Diesel recall matters. Then quoted me thousands in additional repair costs for more diesel matters! I became aware of the issues with Vista and even contacted BMW NA. The customer service was horrendous on a national level. Shame on BMW‼. After the fiasco I had no idea where to locate a BMW diesel repair shop until I found Duwayne and Team. These guys are the Bomb . They did an amazing job, made my X5 diesel perfect. I'm now heading to litigation with Vista. I was loyal and never serviced the car anywhere but Vista until now. Honor, Trust, Integrity are the most important thing an individual can have no matter the situation. Back where I come from -this crap was limited I grew up in the heartland/south but have lived everywhere - all 4 corners and Miami may be the most dishonest and corrupt city in the Nation. john assisted me in inspecting a Lamborghini Hurricane which I was planning to buy I flew from Atlanta to buy ,,john did a walk through with me ,showing how this car bumper was zip tied ,few codes failed ,front headlight replaced with cheap makeover,the front bonnet had gap which was not closing& aligned properly,front seat belt already tightened & airbag light defused ,lot of defects in the car . if john had not pointed all all these defects ,I would have just bought this car ,as per the dealer saleman who works for CARIO MOTARCARS IN Ft Laudrel this car was as clean as New ,fully inspected with zero defects . I drive an older model Maserati, 2011 (my baby). I normally take this car to the expensive dealerships (Not Going to mention names) for services. I came across with a friend of mine who drives an Italian sports car as myself and I ask him if he knew a reasonable and professional auto service place I can take my car to, and he told me about the new shop in Hallandale, Fl. "Euromotive Performance". So, I went and googled it and call them and I was actually able to talk directly to the owner Dwayne. He asked me to bring the car over and we'll go over everything. we set up an appointment I came over and I was impressed with his shop. Very clean, very organize and everyone friendly and polite. He gave me a very reasonable quote to have the minor repair that my car needed, at the same time I decided to have the oil change done as well. The shop is very well maintained and impeccable. Duwayne and his staff are courteous and professional. I recently purchased a used Land Rover which I have wanted for a while, I knew the car had some issues however I didn't know what. Being new to South Florida, I do not have a mechanic that I can call on for advice. I took my truck to Euromotive based on the reviews on YELP and I have to admit that the experience was great. I came in with a list of complaints together we prioritized them and I have vehicle which is not only safe but reliable as I am about to be a new mom. Duwayne was very upfront and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am Female. I appreciate him calling to follow up and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I have an older Bentley that is not driven much but seems to require constant maintenance. I have been taking it to the dealer where I purchased it for years. Their maintenance and care have been high priced and less than satisfactory. I recently had an issue with the car where it broke down and I parked it and did a little research (btw, this was maybe 50 miles after spending $4500 at the dealer) I decided to give Euromotive Performance a try. The initial response and communication sold me. The continued communication will make me a customer for life. It was a big job, as it's an older car, but they explained every detail along the way and had the car ready in record time (well, definitely compared to the dealer!) Absolutely terrible customer service! I own a 2015 McLaren 650s and the car has some damage to the front end area. I called and spoke with someone who was very rude and cut me off. Said he was very busy and didn't want to service me because I was coming from a McLaren dealership. He then spoke for his techs and said they wouldn't want to take it on. He continued to speak in a very condescending tone. I told him of the issue in more detail and he kept coming up with excuses as to why he coudn't service me. This place does not seem to care about the customer whatsoever, based on my conversation. He then ended the conversation by saying this conversation is over and hung up on me. I was bringing in a $300k super car to be serviced and this is how I was treated. Terrible customer service!!! read more

If your rich and don't care about throwing your money away, oh and wouldn't mind having some crooked rude cocky owner treat you like your and idiot, cheap and dumb,... then this is the place for you. They have ONE good mechanic and a clean shop which is why I brought my car to this shop. Doesn't make up for the rudeness of Duwayne the owner nor the nasty attitude he gives you when you ask questions about your vehicle. Highly recommended. Went in for 20,000-mile service including brake flush, oil change, and filter replacements. Mike provided a straightforward quote and got the job done the same day. He is knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that they were honest about their inability to provide matching wiper blades and didn't try to upsell me something shoddy. This place is great. My 2010 BMW was having problems over the weekend, and EuroMotive got me in first thing the next day, and was able to diagnosis the problem instantly. Ended up needing a new battery and an Idle Air Control Valve cleaning, and now my car runs better than it did before. Very reasonable prices too - saved a couple hundred bucks as opposed to going to the BMW dealer. Got my car back the same day - very seamless process. I drove my 2011 328i over an exposed pipe in a construction zone (all the orange barrels and cones had been taken up because of Irma). So DuWayne and crew got me back up and running after replacing two blown tires and repairing the rims (they look like knew and cost 1/2 what two new rims would cost!) While in the shop I had other maintenance done - with updates as the work progressed. Totally happy and I will be back when future maintenance is due. read more
