Duane and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable, they have worked on two of my Mercedes S Class vehicles. I prefer them to the dealership because they are straight up honest. They know what they are doing, and they are a lot less expensive than the dealer. When you go inside the shop you will find an impeccably clean and well organized facility; to me this indicates a very professional operation. The customer service is outstanding, Duane communicates well and gets the work done quickly. We live in another state so I have come trust them to do thing right because I am not usually picking up the car personally. They have never let us down! Quotes given are not honored at time of payment. For example I was quoted a certain price for front brakes on my vehicle and when I came in for that service only 3 weeks after the quote the price was $210 higher, almost a 20% increase. While I did pay the full amount, as a woman I felt my intelligence was insulted. Also while I had an appointment at 9am, they did not start working on my car until 1pm because the part was not available. I was initially told it would take a few hours, which meant my vehicle would be ready noonish. In conclusion, I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning. read more

I went to Euromotive Performance starting on 01/05/2022 to get maintenance done and parts custom painted on my car for a show I was attending coming up on 02/18 bmwinvasion. They went ahead and did the maintenance and custom repainted the brakes, heads and they looked great! I was so happy with the car but then a couple of days later I looked on the floor of my garage and the car was leaking. It was NEVER leaking before they did the maintenance and custom work on my car so I called them and they told me to bring the car back in, So I do that. They called me back a day later and told me the engine was leaking from the drain plug, I was the last person to change the oil and they told me I did not torque the plug down right. I used a torque wrench and torqued it to factory specifications so I was suspicious after that, but they did such nice work on my brakes and heads so I believed them and told them okay, they put new oil and drain plug and told me to come pick it up. I drive home and go to work the next day. I looked on the floor to make sure it was not leaking anymore and it still was after they charged me to redo the oil and blamed the drain plug. So now I'm pretty suspicious of them. I call them and ask why it is still leaking? So they have me bring the car back again. Now it is the transmission leaking. They said they replaced the seals and refilled the transmission fluid. They took a few days and now we are getting close to the car meet (bmwinvasion) I wanted to have the car ready for. And they got it done that Thursday 02/17. When I picked up the car all of the sudden now there is this piece of my passenger side fender that was chipped either by the shop or the towing company that towed my car to them and they had my car with that broken fender and never thought to call or tell me. Of course it was not them they assured me. So despite that I still go to the show. Monday 02/21 after the show. I checked the floor of my garage and it is still leaking! I called at that point and said okay guys this is getting a little ridiculous at this point. I also asked how much it would be to have that fender repaired and also started a claim with my insurance for that chip. So they have the car again for days and now say the transmission is leaking again and it needs to be rebuilt. I approved of them getting the transmission rebuilt but then they test drove my car 03/11/2022 and got into an accident one block away and my car was totaled. Despite that they charged me for the transmission and hours they had spent working on it. I could not believe that this shop was that cheap. I didn't even get to drive the car yet I was charged. So I just wanted to point this out to other people and enthusiasts. I would not trust this shop to do work on your car that you work very hard for and take care of. Peace. read more

Euromotive is a one stop shop for European auto service and body work needs. Mike and his team are great!!! We brought in our 2017 Porsche Cayenne for its scheduled oil change. They immediately greeted us, explained what was going to be done (drain oil, change filter, check fluids and tire pressure) and pulled the SUV into the shop. They told us work would be completed in an hour and it took less than that. Had a little issue (the oil overfill sensor came on) and brought it right back. They corrected the issue immediately and for the inconvenience they washed the Cayenne for us. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back. read more

So long story short. My car got towed a month ago, to a friend recommended shop. I have engine problems, overheated, I was forced to drive another mile or two to get out of boat show traffic and well I fucked it. I soon realized this shop doesn't feel comfortable doing anything with my car because it's a BMW. But they do tell me it's my engine for sure (needs to go or needs major repair- tell me it'll be at least 6-7K). Sooo I call around "reputable places" trying to ask a quote for an engine replacement or fix. Most deny me the quote some give me the same approximate as told previously. Finally I come across this place, read 30+ reviews feel confident getting it "diagnosed" for $360 (comped if the services are used) and another $150 for towing. Day three I'm being quoted 12-13K for a new engine for a car that's worth that same amount now. Sooo needless to say. I paid another $150 to tow it back home because they were very clear about their fees for overstaying my welcome. So $660 later, I was rudely told my car is fucked. After asking kindly on the phone for an estimate price without all the trouble. They want that sweet sweet easy diagnosis fee. read more

Complete ripoff stay away! Took my car in because it was making "clicking" noise . After being diagnosed, Dwayne said that all my bushings were worn and that I needed to changed them and it'll be around $4k. I agreed because I had extended warranty and they cover worn parts. I dropped off the car to get the job done and I took off to Europe for a week. When I can me he slapped me with the $4k bill and said my warranty rejected the claim. So I payed it. The next day I called my warranty company because I was upset that they denied the claim. The warranty company told me that no one ever even called and had no records of a phone call being made in regards to my car !!!! And that they don't deny claims over the phone that they usually send someone out! When I called Dwayne back he denied it. Better yet he said I needed to come back and change all my brakes for $2500. I took it to the shop near my house and they told me all I had was worn rear pads and to change was only $250! Dwayne is a liar a took advantage of me for $4,000! I mean I pay $350/month for extended warranty for this very reason! He is unfair and a rip off. Stay way from this shop! Ps: After paying the $4k it's still making the clicking noise! read more

I asked "Do I pay for the diagnose or I pay with the fixing?" and they responded "You pay for the services that are needed," which were $2600 worth of cost. When I decided not to fix my car, they made me pay $145 for the diagnose. They were very clear by text that I only had to pay for what the car needed which was changing a few things. When I showed this text to them, they were extremely rude and told me that I was not leaving without paying. To sum up, they double charged me to my credit card by mistake (I noticed before signing) and now the transaction is pending. read more
