I am new to the area and I called and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure. I arrived early was greeted and was amazed they took me right away. The place is very clean but the technician tried to up sell the entire time and she kept cutting me . My nails are horrible i had to file them myself when i got home and my cuticles are all cut up and sore. Im afraid that im going to get an infection if im not careful. First of all my first visit here with my mother in love was amazing, we got pedicures. Second time here, treating my daughters to mani's and pedi's just for them to act up and over charge the shit out of me ! I haven't been able to treat myself and my girls in awhile, and for them to tell me I can't choose the CHILDRENS PEDICURE FOR KIDS UNDER 10 and to catch attitudes when I NICELY asked why, it was like WTH bro ! Then you start talking in your own language as if that's even better, SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICK ! Ridiculous ! My girls are both 7, do you think they asked how old they were ??? So freaking disgusting, the lady my tech double checked prices with looked at me so hatefully and had a tone in her response to the point I REGRET asking her if her ass was talking to me because at this point you should be and you need to learn your manners MAAM !! I went to get dip nails done and a pedicure. My pedicure came first the gentleman who did my toes cut my toes laughed and said "oh sorry." Honestly it's not that hard to not cut someone you just have to be careful and take your time. Let me tell you straight I think my pedicure looks great and my actual nails look great. But my fingers are all cut up. Honestly the manicure hurt so bad the technician who did my nails didn't seem like she was paying attention to the fact that she was cutting into my fingers. The actual nails look great but I will not be going back due to the fact that it was painful. I have been to this salon a few times before and never had an experience like this before. A few days later my fingers hurt really bad and it burns when I was my hands. Side note: they take card for payment but will not accept it for tip anymore. (I tipped on my card at this salon before) I wasn't told this when I made my appointment on the phone. So I wasn't able to tip. Even though it was painful I still always tip because I understand they are working for not a lot of money. So for the first time I wasn't able to tip. This is something I think they should tell you on the phone. I realize tipping is optional but for most of us we always tip. I'm giving it two stars because my experience was not good. Europe nails is a decent nail shop. I've been there several times before. There a few techs in there who consistently do well. Usually I go to Lee Lee for my nails but I ventured to another shop, which was a mistake (but that's another story ). Europe nails painted over the poor nail job. The paint job was decent and quick. I also got a pedicure. It was relaxing and the tech did a great job on the shape of my nails. If you're looking for an okay nail shop on Hagerstown, this is one of the better options. read more

Daughter and I went here on a quiet Monday holiday morning and spent an enjoyable time getting pedicures. We were the first customers and they quickly had us pick our colors and hop into the chairs. Color selection available was extensive. The salon is an interesting mix of over done decorating, they had IT ALL; fish tank, chandeliers, modern colored lighting and mirrors EVERYWHERE. All colors of the rainbow! The salon, nail stations and chairs were VERY clean. The additional staff that arrived while were getting started immediately jumped into cleaning - I was impressed. Service was very mixed between the two male technicians and I have a feeling it was due to my daughter being young and the "nonpaying" customer. My pedicure was give with care, attention to detail and with an amazing massage. He even noticed when touching my foot that the water temperature was too cold so he immediately let out half the water, refilled with hot and added additional salts ~ ahhhh perfect. My daughters service appeared rushed, with little care and barely a foot rub?? Have to wonder why and she confirmed my observation once we left the salon. Pedicure was still fun and and we had a good time at a very reasonable rate. Hers was $28 and mine was $26. She had two designs on her toes and I had one. We were there almost an hour and mostly because my nail technician ROCKED! They don't deserve any stars!! I went based off reviews. I had the worst pedicure ever!!! My toes are uneven, and the guy who did them did not clean my cuticles!! I made an appointment, and waited 30 minutes. I don't know if they have specific people who no better work? I will never go back!! After leaving I had to go to another salon to get my toenails fixed. My friend and I just left this nail salon, she only got the dip nails and they COMPLETELY messed it up! They are bumpy, uneven , and ugly. When she asked them to fix them they just put a new top coat on and sent her on her way saying if she still didn't like them by tomorrow she could come back. JERKS. AND still made her pay full price. Very bad experience. One of the guys gave me a very rough pedicure, digging his nail into my sole causing me to pull my leg back in pain! AND couldn't even use a polish that matched my fingers. Not only did he try to rush me off my phone call, while I was still looking at prices, but was overall rushing. My nails weren't the same shapes on both hands, they both had way too much acrylic, and were bulky. Paid over 70$ for a bad gel mani, and bad regular pedi. I don't usually go to nail salons in the mall, but my friend insisted because they were open after 5. They were quick to get us in and our nails look good, but the nails I asked for aren't the ones I ended up with. Their English is very broken, so I don't think they understood me. And to top it off my cuticles are so sore and bruised from them jamming their finger nails into them and dragging a metal razor along them. I went in for my birthday with a few friends and their nails all turned out nice so no complaints there but the younger male who did my nails was extremely rough. He burned me with the file and he was actually going so rough he ended up hitting the underside of my nail multiple times causing me extreme discomfort. Also when he was cutting my cuticles he knicked my skin atleast 4 times and I was actually bleeding. Was initially happy with their gel manicure service. Very neat and long wearing. However, after four visits and harsh removal of the gel polish my nails became weak and even with 4 coats of polish began to break one by one. OUCH. If you get gel polish over natural nails DO NOT let them soak and SCRAPE the polish off your nails. I'm currently letting my nails grow out the damage cutting back every 3-4 days because they are thin and weak and chip or peel at the slightest effort. Will not go back. read more

Total waste of $25. Gel manicure was sloppy. The gel had bubbles in it on some nails. Was thick in some places and extremely thin in others making it almost impossible to take off. The man who did my nails got the top coat all over my fingers and forcefully picked it off when I said something about it. Not even a week later the polish staring coming off my nails BUT only the top coat came off. The color was stuck to my nails. Love this salon! I am a regular customer. The prices are cheap, but the work is amazing! The acrylic is always very thick, and I am currently wearing nails that are 3 weeks old. The staff is always friendly, and prompt. Depending on what time you arrive you may have to wait. Overall I give the place a 4 star rating. read more
