The good: space is well lit, spacious and clean. The bad: I made an appt for 2:30, arrived at 2:25 and signed in. At that time there were 6 other customers, 4 were being serviced for their manicure, the other 2 were sitting at the pedicure chair not getting serviced. I was getting my pedicure done. I was directed to sit at a pedicure chair. I waited 30 mins before getting serviced. 3 stars because of the wait considering they may have been understaffed with 4 techs working. read more

First, I am not a complainer- and am usually non-confrontational. But I can't not say anything on my experience today. I am not from this area and here for the week for work- was looking for a leg wax and pedicure. I booked online but never got the online confirmation- I had to call to confirm the appointment and then aster that got the notification that my appointment was confirmed. Man at the front desk seemed nice enough- tried to convince me to get gel polish on my toes- which I didn't want and when I said I didn't want to get waxed first seemed confused and acted like he didn't understand me- had to clarify like 3 times. Spa pedicure definitely seemed rushed, and put polish on before massage- laughed and said he usually does gel but now the polish was wet so he had to be careful- took away from the massage. Other than that, pedicure was fine. The wax part is my biggest complaint. The woman clearly did not speak English so there was a big communication barrier. There was no real method to the pattern she was using to make sure she got everywhere- which resulted in patches of hair missed that I had to keep pointing out after she said I was done- and weirdly she was super stingy with the fabric strips, using a tiny little piece multiple times. By the end she was clearly annoyed- and so was I. BUT- Here is the disturbing part that I didn't realize till the end. She used the same wax dip stick the entire time. The stick scraped on my leg and then dipped back in the wax bowl over and over. Now the next person who gets their brows waxed gets my leg skin cells on their face. They have bikini wax on the menu- if this is their usual practice- SO GROSS! After all that, I go to pay and she said $120. The menu says $30 half leg. Turns out that $30 was for only one leg. And- they added extra $5 each leg for being hairy. I'm not delusional- I am not hairy- it was just long because I was over due for a wax. I've been getting my legs waxed for years and never had this bad of an experience. I spoke up about the price and told them that the menu is VERY misleading and $70 for that wax was ridiculous EWC isn't even that expensive! I should have listened to the other bad reviews. Not fully impressed. Had to show tech. how to cut my nails -- several times (they got jacked up by dip). With Short nails-- please don't file all to heck w. your harshest emory board. Tech was nice enough though. At checkout - tech. says one price, owner says another, so it went fm $30 to $40. Prices are listed nowhere not on site, not in salon-- that's shady. They removed a very chipped dip; filed; sanded; sorta shaped; and a gel application w. lite massage. Come w. Cash for tip -- or you'll have to use the ATM. read more

Giving two stars because my pedicure was decent and my eyebrow waxing was decent but my nails are the worst I have ever ever gotten in my life I had to have Laura redo them the first time I tried to get a point French tip. It was completely crooked every single line, so I turned around and asked them to repaint them red which she did, but she did not take the original off which I even stated isn't this going to be see-through and she said she'd put a bunch of coats..so you can see it completely through. And they are thick paid $125 plus tip because I'm decent... and I'm crying because I have an event coming up and my nails look horrible I can't afford to get some fixed. This was my second time coming to classy nails. I had a good experience the first time, so I decided to come back. This second time I had a woman who immediately tried to talk me out of the color I wanted, they are uneven- I have dip all over my hands, and she kept using her nail- very sharp, to dig under my nails which caused them to bleed and swell. I also have a cut on my finger from her nail which she tried to peel off. Overall she blamed the uneven layers due to my choice of color. Now I'm praying that my nails don't get infected and I hope the equipment gets washed. read more

I tried classy nails for the first time and I will never EVER go back. I asked for French tip pedicure with a color undercoat. The employees decided to talk amongst themselves and I asked what? The guy said my nails were short. And that was before he trimmed and filed them. I pick the reddish clear polish. I was in love as he started painting my toes. Without allowing my toes to dry, he puts the white line on my toes and then, tries to clean the lines up. Ofc, this caused the undercoat to come off, not all off. On all my toes but almost all of on all of them. I told the guy, I didn't like it and he said he didn't either. So the manager walked over and told me that if I leave with my toes looking like that he would give me 10% off..an entire $3.50!! I asked the guy to just take the polish off and I told both of them that they should of said they "couldn't do it" they said no body at no salon will ever do a color undercoat...hmmm, I explained, I have had it done a few times before. And the manager insisted that I was wrong!!! Anyway, I ask how much to just walk out, no polish..just call it done and the manager said $35.!! I said you couldn't even do what I ask d and he said " it so matter, my toes were already polished!! So after going back n forth I finally just picked a color and told him to just paint them so I can get the hell home. The guy comes back to tell me that the color I picked, was stolen out of the box and I needed to pick another color!!! I'm livid at this point I talk to the manager AGAIN and let him know, that 1. If someone can not give the customer what they want, they should tell the customer and let the customer decide if they want to change what they want or get someone else to do it. 2. They couldn't paint the color I asked for, which I didn't even mention that I had picked a glitter color and the manager told me it was too light for my toes?? (What does that even mean?) 3. I pick a color again and it was stolen and yet you make the customer feel like they were trapped in the salon and had to pay full price before they could leave. BTW, the crazy thing is they had another employee there that didn't get a customer until I was FINALLY getting my top coat on my toes. And to put the icing on the cake, he didn't walk me to the dryer, he didn't take my shoes over, he didn't turn the dryer on, he nodded at the dryer and I took it from there. At the end, I told they guy to get his tip from the manager. The worst experience at a nail salon in years. Don't waste your money or your time. They suck, never apologized and basically called me a liar about having my toes done with a color undercoat. Horrible customer service. Idk why they (business owners/managers) think they can treat the customer however and get away with it... Lesson definitely learned. CLASSY NAIL will never get a chance to get my business again! I asked for my nails to be short they said no they like them long. very unprofessional and since I'm paying I feel as if it's my decision. They charged me $50 for the gel full set ok that's fine but then charged me $45 for a fill in? that makes no sense considering I got the same exact thing as last time. I went to get a nice pedicure and it wasn't the best. The customer service was horrible, I don't know if the guy at the counter was the owner but he was very rude, he also doesn't speak enough well. I sat in booth 9 and waited patiently, the nail technician was very nice, although she didn't say much but she often complimented my skin and nails. The pedicure was great until I got home, showered and put lotion on my feet that I noticed the paint was gone off 2 nails! I called before I went back to get it fixed, the same guy was there and was rude as ever. She fixed it and I was pleased. I won't go back there...ever! Also, when I paid for the pedicure the guy at the desk put the money in his wallet not too sure what that was about. read more

Owner is rude & his wife shouldn't be doing anyones toes or nails. She literally cut my daughters toe nail to low & it started to bleed. She then got nail glue & put it on the cut to try to stop the bleeding. My daughter got a terrible infection & ended up having to go to a podiatrist for surgery to completely remove her toe nail & be put on antibiotics. The owner just speaks in a different language & laughed about it when we went back to tell him. Terrible customer service! read more

The process to do my nails felt entirely rushed. I had had a set on from a salon i had gone to prior to Classy Nails that just needed to go, so i asked him to just start fresh with a new set. Instead of soaking off the old set, he decided to just start sawing in between my real nail and the old tip with another nail tip. Which is fine, I've seen other nails techs do it. But, even after seeing that it was painful to me, he continued to do it, no soaking to get the nail to easily fall off on its own or anything. My nail is in a lot of pain at the moment:( He also didn't finish filing them so the edges of my nails are so rough. It's sad that I had to write this review because i was so excited for this set, i just wish my nail wasn't throbbing while writing this. read more

The only reason I gave this a 1 star is because of the amazing woman who did my pedicure and eyebrows. Super sweet and new what I wanted. My eyebrows have never looked so nice and clean. The man however was the least pleasant part of the entire experience. To start he was complaining about his customers the entire time. Whether because someone didn't tip enough or if they called in with a question. That's kind of a bad way to present yourself. Then you have the nails. I don't even know where to begin. I have several cuts on my fingers and what looks like bruising under some of the nails. During the actual manicure I was bleeding and yes he wiped it off, but he also painted some of it into my nail. Zoom into the picture. Not to mention what I got was nowhere near what I requested. I'm not sure if the idea of a wedding party was too much or what. We even called a few days ahead and you were empty on the day of our appointment. I now get to spend my wedding with nails that I'm upset I even had to pay for. Save your money. This salon is hit-or-miss. I don't get my nails done often, maybe 6 or 7 times my entire life. My sister gets a pedicure once a month! We recently moved closer to each other, so she has been encouraging me to go with her to Classy Nails. My sister has been very happy with each of her 4 visits. In one visit, a friend who was with us got her ankle cut by the foot file, because the tech was not paying attention. My last visit wasn't awesome. The nail tech cut away the inside corners of my big toenails, which really hurt. Then she rushed through the spa pedicure, leaving me several times to go do eyebrows and manicures for other ladies. If you are paying for a high-end pedi, you don't want it rushed. My sister's tech, Krystle, stayed with her the entire time, did not rush, and gave a great pedi. I guess it's just luck of the draw? The manager is a wonderful, friendly person, but I feel like you take a gamble when you visit this salon. read more

I do not want to give this place one star, however;I had to put something there. I went here for the first time today Oct. 29, 2019. The worst manicure I have ever had!!! I wanted a mani with SNS nails and a pedi. The pedi was ok. The mani was the worse. Tommy started putting the nails on and I asked him if he was going to give me a manicure, you know with soaking my nails, trimming my cuticles and then put my nails on. He told me he would do that after he put the nails on. ALL HE DID WAS CUT MY CUTICLES!!! Will never go there again and will NOT recommend this business. read more

I used to go to this salon for nail tech Judy, she is really good at looking at a picture of a lot of designs and duplicating it. Not dissing her talent, she's good at designing nails. Rsn I give this salon a poor review is the following... I get with each nail design your price will vary but with her one time I could pay $40 then next time $60 then $55 then some other amount. My designs weren't outrageous where each nail had a different design or rhinestones. I can guarantee it. Just look at their fb page and look at the designs. Most are of my hands. I disliked that when I went Judy, her mom, and owner Johnny would turn a relaxing salon to some loud, not understandable conversation which ultimately resulted in Judy and her mom making fun of Johnny or his wife or making fun of the other techs they didn't like. If you complained about pricing to your nail tech or owner, you were basically treated like crap afterwards. No point in making appointments unless you're first or they're slow, if not expect to wait. I once made an appointment for my friend and I to go get our nails done. I was paying for her nails for her engagement photos. I made an appointment almost 4 woks in advanced. I was told Judy would do my nails and Mervet would do my friends. That day Mervet was supposedly double booked, even though she kept squeezing ppl in between doing my friends nails. Finally Mervet said she had a regular customer coming and therefore Johnny would do her nails. This was my mistake, for allowing Johnny to even touch my friends hands by the dude is a douche and does what he wants, does crappy work. I was CLEARLY told that they would NOT put fake nails on her, simply add a fake tip that would look natural n make her nails all look even since she naturally had long nails but a few on her one hand were different lengths. I asked Judy to explain this "fake tip" concept and she made it seem that it would be adding the nail tip that they use as a base BEFORE ADDING the acrylic n gel powder, no acrylic or gel, they would just add a coat of gel top coat. My friend who was shy and had no clue wth was going on, ended up with two fake acrylic nails and when I tried talking to Johnny, owner, who did the nails he brushed me off and ignored me. When I tried talking to Judy, who is like the assistant manager, she also shrugged me off and told me I had to talk to Johnny. In the end he charged me for her nails full price n nvr seemed remorseful for ruining her experience and my gift. Also, I get my nails with shellac or gel nail polish with my new tech. When Judy did my nails with the same brand....they lasted two weeks, sometimes. I'm going on a full month with my new nail tech n I pay consistently the same price which is MUCH less than what she charged. Also, you may want Judy to do your nails but if she don't like you...she'll act busy n pawn you off to someone else. It's what she likes to do. read more

Worst pedicure experience. Ended up here on New Year's Day bc most shops where closed or couldn't accommodate three pedicures at once. The owner harassed us about upgrading to deluxe pedicures until I had to tell him that he was making us feel uncomfortable and ruining our experience, and that we would just have the regular pedicure package. He asked if we went out the night before and then told me that I looked hung over. The pedicures themselves were terrible as well. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

If I could give this nail salon zero stars I would. When I arrived at the salon I had very long healthy nails. I was just looking to have a liquid gel fill. The nail technician that worked on my nails ripped off one of my nails and filed almost all of the others down to the skin. I told him that he needed to stop before he ruined my once beautiful nails any further. He stormed off and never apologized. Another technician agreed to fixed them. I was charged extra to repair the damaged nails even though this was not my fault. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. Terrible service. read more

I enjoy going to classy nail. I've used Johnny and his wife and another technician named T. They are all great. I have noticed varying prices for the same service however, the price I get is always lower than the list price on the wall, so I am not complaining. The services I receive are pedicures, waxing and gel manicures for myself and my children. My daughter is a complete tomboy and her nails always stay painted for weeks. Also I have the most ridiculous uneven eyebrows and I would not trust another salon to wax them properly (I've tried). Also, they are straight up in this salon, if you don't like your service, let them know! They will make it right. They also will don't take sh!t from obnoxious customers (Tasha N.) so if you come in hung-over and are constantly complaining they are going to get you up outta there so the regular customers don't have to listen to or smell that mess. read more

I received a cut from a pedicure, it bled a little but I didnt think much of it. Over the next 3 days it began to get worse and looked infected so I went to the doctor, who swabbed it and sent away for testing. They informed me that I now have MRSA in the cut. I am freaking out here, obviously they did not sanitize their equipment. Avoid at all costs! read more
