Customer service is great from the moment you call to set up an appointment to the moment you leave your appointment. They are also very flexible. I had to reschedule my appointment & had no problem. Plus when you make an appointment you get a dollar off for booking an appointment, so I was told but now that I think about it I didn't receive my dollar off. I wonder if you accumulate them?... question to ask next time. They do offer great discounts. If it's your 1st time you get 1/2 off & if you're a customer already you get $3 off each social media that you like or follow. Unfortunately they don't have a $3 off for checking in. Only for fb, ig, twitter, & some other social media that I don't recall. As my first time for a Brazilian overall experience was good. Even though I was nervous my therapist tried her best to make me feel comfortable & at ease. I couldn't carry on a conversation nor concentrate on what she was saying but having her talk & not just have silence in the room helped me. I did notice hairs left behind but she front desk girls did mention that you have 5 days to come back at no extra fee. Which is nice bc you get to do a double check & not regret you paid for a unfinished service. Will be coming back. read more

I got my under arms waxed here by Samantha and their free wax definitely sucked me in! Samantha did a beautiful job and was very professional -- making a nerve-racking and slightly painful experience very bearable and even pleasant! She went through the steps she was doing, talked through it to distract from the pain, recommended products and all the staff was friendly and professional. The environment is very clean and sanitary and also aesthetically pleasing. Lastly I love that they have military discounts and prepaid passes! Definitely made a regular out of me! read more

Went to get a Brazilian for the first time. They said it would be half off, $30. From the moment we called to schedule the appointment they were very rude on the phone. When we arrived, they said they didn't have an appointment scheduled for us and that they would make an exception and take us back anyway. My waxer was very nice, however I was not administered any powder prior to the wax. She went over the same spot multiple times and nothing was really being removed, and so I told her to just finish the bikini line and I would stop. She said my hair was very stubborn and hard to remove. She did not complete the full Brazilian and nothing was removed. They still made me pay $30 for the Brazilian. i'm late but went here back in February like two weeks later started developing bumps on my face, called my dermatologist and he said it was molluscum contagiosum, which is common in kids but adults can get it from waxing (double dipping from the same pot). you guys were the only place I got waxed and it happened after the fact soooo??? anyways this happened in Feb it is now July and it's 95% gone from the retinol creams i've been using. i've been insecure about these stupid bumps on MY FACE since FEBRUARY! You guys need to make sure to go over sanitation and disinfection in that office again just saying. I just started going to European wax center and I have been going with Karina R. She is soooo amazing!! She made me feel very comfortable, as I am not used to getting waxed. I've been coming here for about 6 months and I really like the estheticians but this time I came I was treated very rudely by one of the front desk girls. There were only 2 appointments available and I couldn't make the later one, so I explained on the phone I would take the earlier one but will be a little late since I'm driving from Fresno. When I arrived, literally at the 10 minute mark this girl was very rude and told me this is the policy and they're probably not going to have time to do one of the two waxings I needed. After going back and forth with this person, explaining the situation especially since I told them on the phone I would be late, she continued to be fake and rude to me and did not seem to give a crap. Just experienced the worst wax ever! I called ahead to make sure they could see me for a Brazilian wax and the front desk receptionist said yes, come in at 7:30. I arrived at 7:30pm and they close at 8:00pm. My wax specialist, Anayeli, was terrible. She stated twice in my wax session that she was already cleaning her wax bowl for the night and that's why the wax was hot. She made me feel like I came in too late and she rushed during my wax. Not only that, her pressure was harsh and while waxing me she pulled way too hard. I even told her she was hurting me but she did not care. I am very disappointed with my service today! I am writing this review so that no one has to experience this. I will never have Anayeli wax me again! read more

I'm writing this review due to the wait I've had to endure when I received a voice message the day before informing me that my appointment time is at 1. I arrived at 1250 To check in and when I arrived they informed me that my apt was actually at 130. After informing them about the voice message that was left they told me I could have my apt at 1:15 or I could choose another waxer. I took the 1:15 slot since I love my waxer but sure enough I wasn't seen till 130. I waited 40min and nothing was comped for even given as a courtesy like water since it was only over 100. My waxer again is awesome and no complaints on that end but please be respectful of people's time. Waiting 40min with an appointment is ridiculous when you have a rule of being 10 min late we need to reschedule. Something is wrong here and they need to fix this. read more

Horrible first experience here. The front desk lady was nice and informative. But the lady who waxed me was rushed and seemed like I was her last client and she just wanted to go home. Worst of all, my eyebrows are now worse than when I walked in. This particular lady needs to be retrained or work somewhere where she actually enjoys working. She let me walk out of there with uneven lopsided eyebrows. Just because I got them for free does not mean you do a shitty job on them. And to top it off, she pushed me to buy the body lotion because I was getting my eyebrows for free. She seemed upset when I didn't purchase it. Used to go to the one in riverpark but the girl I went to does not work there anymore. I was so upset and never thought I would find anyone to do my eyebrows. I hate trying to find someone. I went here few months back to have my grown out eye brows to be shaped and natural looking that follows my arch and it was like they put more brow powder than even the work they did!!! I would have gave a 1 or 0 because prices are ridiculous also but I did love their brow geothermal serum it seemed to work. read more

The front desk staff were polite. I was a walk-in at about 7 p.m. and the wait was less than five minutes. Very little pain, very efficient eyebrow wax, and exactly what I asked for. I was comfortable here. The staff mentioned the promotional package and asked if I wanted to pre-book my next appointment, but when I said no thanks, they accepted that and weren't pushy at all.
