Hi, so I can in today with my mom she got the Brows and lip down, I got got a full Brazilian wax, My esthetician name was CIARA, she wasn't only gorgeous,Fully professional,she explained everything to me and how everything would work since it was my full time, she kept a good conversation going I also felt this kept my mind busy from the actual waxing lol. Which was great. Pain level wasn't what I thought I would say my experience was like a 5/6 only because it was my first time lol, I will definitely be returning to see JUST CIARA. As for my first impression walking it i definitely feel like you could better receptionist,they don't see friendly at. Again my personal opinion but I would tell them to smile more,engage in a conversation like it would be nice to have made felt comfortable as soon as I came in. But it wasn't till Ciara came and got us that I felt 100% comfortable. The only reason why I give 3 stars... I've been going to different EWC in various locations and I have not been disappointed. I went to do my full bikini and lower leg and the girls that did my full bikini seems to be in a rush and came to find out when i got home and shower she missed some spot and the same thing with the lower leg. She was messy, because she waxed part of my upper thigh and still leave some hairs in my lower leg (not much) but still. I'm usually happy everytime I leave EWC but this time I'm not satisfied. read more

WORST customer service experience ever !!!! Sarina the front desk girl was completely aweful!!! I had booked an online appointment for 10:30 AM, however upon arrival Sarina said No, your appointment is at 12:30 pm. I then explained there was a mistake in their system since I had a photo confirmation on my phone clearly showing 10:30 am! But rather than apologizing, Sarina said " I don't know why your showing me that!" I didn't book your appointment- u did! I explained, yes I booked for 10:30 as the picture shows that why I am showing you, since the error was on the salon not me. Still no apology for the mistake, or attempt to make an accommodation. I understand mistakes happen, but that is why customer service is essential. Don't go here!!! Worst Customer Service!!! Aweful first experience! read more

The only reason I still go to this wax salon is because of Ciara, the front desk are unorganized and it is so hard to communicate with them regarding any appointment issues. They never answer their phone and when they do I'm put on hold for over 5 minutes. I've been waxing for years now, but I recently moved down here from Washington and I needed to find a new place to get maintenance. Let me start by saying that if you make an appointment, don't get there too early!! They're very corporate and will have you in at the time you scheduled. If you walk in, you will get into their next available spot. From the moment I was called back it was super easy! The esthetician made conversation the whole time, so there wasn't a single moment of that dreaded awkward silence. They prep you and have aftercare procedures. The waxer is GREAT! She gets 5 stars. The 2 star rating is due to poor communication between the business and its clients. I received a text message offering 50% off a second service... I have only been here once so I assumed Today being my "second service" was 50% off. When I asked about it the receptionist pointed out the paper flyer they made and it says 50% off a second service that you've NEVER done before.. at the moment I had no need to wax any other location of my body and the receptionist had said "well there wouldn't be time anyways" the waxer was also confused by the promo, when I mentioned it to her. When I was paying I showed the receptionist the text message offer and she said there had been some Miscommunication about the whole thing overall. I've only been here twice and the waxer is friendly, fast and good. But I will for sure call ahead of time to clarify any deals or offers before I book so I'm not disappointed again. read more

I'm pretty disappointed with my eyebrow experiences here. I've never been one to pay more than $10-$12 getting my brows done in a nail salon, so I expected a much better experience paying $22 and getting them done AT a waxing center. Both times I've been, the girls in the front have come across as judgmental and rude. My brows have come out much too thin, despite my deliberately asking to keep them as thick as possible. They have come out with too much snipping in some places, uneven, and each of my brows have been different shapes both times I've visited. The only semblance of grace I can give is that the ladies who do the waxing are funny and very sweet. read more
