Whoops! I'm officially a regular here outside of oil changes. I still trust Simon and Orhan with my BMW over the dealership, even if I don't have a loaner. I had a coolant leak on my BMW (2021 330i). Dealer quoted me $1800 before taxes. European Werkstratt was around $1700 after all taxes and fees. Orhan told me why my BMW had these issues and also gave me an estimate before I dropped it off in the shop. It did take longer than I expected because they had to order a part from BMW Napa. Even without the loaner, I prefer their expertise and they make sure I get the best deal. They've talked me out of services the dealer suggested and fixed my seat belt sensor after I accidentally spilled water on my passenger front seat. My car was under certified pre-owned warranty when I brought it in. This is how much faith I have in them. Again, as a woman I was afraid I would be up-charged due to not knowing about my car. But not the case here. I have more knowledge on my car and we joke that BMW means "broken more than working" at times. read more

Brought my Mercedes C300 in for services/repairs. I called a week before and Orhan told me they were busy that week and to bring the car in the following week. So, I did and dropped off the car the following week. Orhan called the next day to give me a quote of what needed repair. He said it would take one day to fix the problems. The next day I called to see if the car was ready, and it was so I went to pick it up. I met Simon, the other owner, when I picked up the car. He was very nice and friendly. Overall, I had a good experience with this auto shop. My only suggestion would be to clean up the office a bit. I was shocked by how messy it was. Paper was lying everywhere (on the ground, on top of tables), along with half-open boxes and supplies scattered all over the office. Also, parking is very tight in the lot. So, getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit of a pain. read more

This is the BEST shop in town!! Ohran is an incredibly knowledgeable mechanic / engineer. For context, I took my car to the dealership for a parts recall and they did a routine inspection as part of that work. The dealer proceeded to identify $8,000 worth of "critical" work that needed to be done to the car. As you'd expect, we walked away (the car is running fine). Few weeks later, I ran the car over to Ohran and talked about how my family uses the car and what we need out of the vehicle. Ohran looked at the car and made very reasonable recommendations. We've been getting our Mercedes serviced here for a few years. Owner is nice and helpful and we're always pleased.

I own two AMGs, a C63 (pictured) and an SLK55, they did great work on both cars. On my C63 they replaced some interior trim and headliner, which can be hard to do without nicking or scratching something, but they did it perfectly! The interior rattle is gone and the car looks great. They installed aftermarket performance rotors I brought without any complaint as some shops might and did great work. If you are in person they are willing walk around the car with you to confirm condition of the car, so if you are worried about your car you can feel safe. All parts they replace they will show you once you pick up the car. Both owners are enthusiasts and a joy to discuss cars with, I highly recommend coming here. Really happy with their work and honesty. My CEL came on over the weekend. Called Monday morning and Simon said bring by the car. While I was their he diagnosed the CEL and informed me of the suspects. Left him the car, early afternoon he called to inform me it was suspect number 1 and the issue has been resolved. Excellent job repairing my Mercedes GL350! At 85,000 miles, loud knocking sound occurring on acceleration. Dealership prepared to replace transfer case at ~$5,000. Called Simon, he said they've had success replacing the chain inside the transfer case on multiple GLs. Chain replaced, operating great, fraction of the cost. My experience is that the dealership just won't work that hard to fix something, would rather just "replace it", but often that is unnecessary and very expensive. These guys are the best. I "dislocated" my rearview mirror while trying to shove a large package in my passenger seat - so it was no longer functional, just hanging as decoration. Since this is my husband's car, I had a moment of worry because his car is his baby. I called up European Werkstatt and they told me to come on down. Previous services for our 2013 ML350 were done at Mercedes Benz - WC because I pre- purchased them with the vehicle in 2015. So this was the first "on our own" service at the 60k mi mark. I purchased my 328i used with an extended warranty. A month before it was going to expire, a warning light came on. Took it in to EW and they diagnosed it to be a radiator AND a alternator problem. They also looked over the car and found a gasket leak. Simon handled dealing with the warranty company. The sent out an adjuster because it was a lot of work and $$$ who approved all the work. The worked over the weekend to have my car ready on Monday. Didn't need or want them to do that, but they said they do it all the time. Had all the work done for my $100 deductible, saving me tons of $$$. Great service. Car runs like a champ. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. read more

Professional and honest work. I am a BMW enthusiast, but at one point in 2016 I thought I was done with BMWs for good (and European cars in general). I never wanted to own another BMW after my 335i's fuel injectors failed and I was left stranded with a car that had 35k miles. Orhan and Simon are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest when it comes to servicing cars. On my BMW E70 X5, I was having transmission hesitation/stuttering between gears 4 and 5 around 1,500-1,800 RPMs. There was also a 2-3 second delay shifting into reverse. The car had no codes yet, but we all knew the mechatronic adapter needed to be replaced. Orhan quoted me a price and recommended I also replace the mechatronic control unit solenoids at the same time. I initially thought he was just trying to up-sell me on services, but to my pleasant surprise it would be included in the transmission flush/sleeve replacement service. After I received the solenoids, I called to let the guys know I couldn't source the ZF foam protection sleeve. They said the job could be done without it, but recommended that I track it down to make sure the job is done correctly. I really appreciated this about them. They could have just performed the service and I would have been back in sooner for repairs due to contamination of the solenoids. Instead, they pushed for the right parts so the repairs would last. On the day of the appointment, I really needed the car back by a certain time so I could get my kids to jiu-jitsu practice. Despite a late start, Orhan pushed to get the job done on time. They were on time and the repair was perfect. The difference is immediately noticeable. There is no hesitation when shifting to reverse and there is absolutely no stuttering in the transmission. For anything I can't readily DIY, this is my go-to shop. read more
