After getting a quote to have a window and door replaced($15,500) I tried to contact them several times to discuss their proposal. I stopped by 3 times to discuss the plan. The worker said he would pass on my message to the owners I also attempted several times to reach them via text and email (at least 10 times) to no avail. Quick, efficient, easy and friendly. I needed a glass top for my coffee table and I called and spoke to RiRi. She promptly emailed me an estimate that came with a link for easy payment. Then I got a call a few days later that the glass was ready an I could set up a time for a free local delivery. The technician, Mike arrived on the delivery date and cleaned and placed the glass for me. He was even so kind as to take measurements for a future service. Our sliding glass door up and died. Just stopped sliding. And then a host of other problems. Dave Sanchez from Hayward Glass is who we dealt with. He came out and gave an estimate. Super professional, knowledgeable. The new door took a while to get in stock, but the front office were responsive and helpful. Then the new door came in. Really love the customer service of this place and the quality of the work they do. We needed a custom shower glass installed and David came out and came up with a much better design than some of the other places that we talked to and at a reasonable price. I didn't really know exactly what i wanted so he educated me on options - from the handles to the clamps that hold the glass to get the desired aesthetic we wanted. He knows what he is doing and you can tell he has a ton of experience. When a hiccup came up with issues with the glass, John the owner was quick to expedite getting the glass remade and installed in a timely manner. They were both very professional and careful given COVID: they had their masks on and immediately took their shoes off when walking in. Just after 2--3 days, John was able to send his team out to get an exact estimate and provided options to choose from for repairing. John gives fair estimates and no over the top prices. He was very responsive and was quick to action when there were some changes to the scheduling. Not very good at getting back to you or following up on a quote. Very passive service. I needed a window replaced. Took two months because they kept loosing the measurements and having to come back out. Then they ordered the wrong glass. Then they came out for installation and brought someone else's glass. I didn't want to assume anything and I know vendors, just like us customers don't like surprises that will increase the price. They were able to provide a general price, then came measured and the actual price was very close to what they quoted. The installer was punctual, well mannered and did an excellent job. The guy that came to my house said that this was his company and yet he sent a couple guys out with the wrong size glass. They had to come back about a month later and had the wrong size again. Then I did not hear from them for about a year every time I tried to contact them and find out what was going on the lady who answers the phone was talking to me like I was interrupting her soap opera and snacks.
