I went back this week to this great Polish store to stock up for the upcoming holidays as well as to find something for dinner. Monica was again there to assist me with my purchases. She greeted me warmly as usual. Since I used to live in the Chicago-South Bend, IN area, I provided her a little garden flag from the Pierogi Festival I would attend when I was up in that area. She hung it proudly in her deli and thanked me for the gift. I thanked her for bringing authentic Polish food back into my life! I purchased the Polish kielbasa sausage again as well as the Polish ham. Both were exceptional the last time I purchased them. This time, I added frozen pierogies-one made with cheese and the other with sauerkraut. It reminded me of the pierogies my mom used to make, and I cannot wait to serve them for the holidays. I then asked Monica if she had any golabki (stuffed cabbage). She said, "I just made some fresh this morning." I purchased a package of three. I had two of them later that evening and they brought back great memories of my past. They were as good as babcia (grandmother) used to make! I love Polish and German food. Numerous times I have meant to try this place. The food that I picked up at Europol had the flavor of homemade European food without any work. It is a small store and unlike a lot of international markets the shelves are not jam packed with products. They have packaged groceries, prepared food and European cold cuts. I looked at some of the soups and gravy dry mixes. Some have stickers with English contents and instructions. They have spices with pictures on the package but one I thought looked like cilantro was a different herb in the marjoram family. They have made in house cabbage rolls. Fresh and frozen. Also frozen are hunter stew and soups. I was just going to get some cabbage rolls, bean soup and a couple of package products. However the very friendly staff member mentioned their cold cuts were one of their most popular items. She said many people shop there to buy their meats instead of the local grocery store. She offered to slice a sample of ham so I accepted. No wonder because it was delicious and I had to add some to my order. It tasted buttery with a hint of spice you find on Black Forest ham. My dogs were doing back flips from the aroma when I opened the package. Sorry pups all for me. Not everything has a price but like everything these day I imagine they are fluctuating. Great hidden gem that has been around for years. This is a small space in an older strip mall but it's packed with treats you will enjoy. Many items are made on premise with real ingredients and nothing colored, flavored or artificial. They have a great pierogi selection from standard potato and cheese, to lesser seen mushroom, sauerkraut and even sweet like strawberry and Prune. The stuffed cabbage are also great as well as my favorite potato pancakes. Check their board behind the register for the soups and deserts that are available. In addition to the wonderful homemade foods, they have a great selection of imported Polish, Czech and Slavic packaged foods, drinks, and alcohol. You can even find some personal goods from the same places there too. (think shampoo, etc.) The staff is super friendly and super helpful. Europol Polish Deli is located in a shopping plaza that is a bit older and could use a bit of a face-lift, but this shopping plaza has a good amount of parking and it is relatively well kept. The deli itself is inviting enough and has a pleasant enough vibe. The staff here are also extremely friendly and their attentive nature made the overall experience certainly better. Europol Polish Deli has a lot of Polish and European foods that you might not so easily find elsewhere and if you are craving something from that long distant land, Europol Polish Deli can satisfy your craving. I would definitely recommend Europol Polish Deli and if you find yourself in the general area, again, go check this establishment out. I moved to Florida from Chicago almost 8 years ago. It was hard leaving my family and Polish community behind but I couldn't stand the snow anymore. Since then, I've been searching on and off for a Polish deli. Or anywhere that I could buy Polish sauerkraut and wedding sausage. But a couple days ago, it came to a new peak when I was missing paczki something fierce. So I really threw myself into finding somewhere that sells them, I searched online and asked around. Which is how I was introduced to Europol Polish Deli. Walking in here was like walking into Frank and Joe's Polish Deli back in home. They were so incredibly warm and welcoming. The paczki are like 20 out of 10 so good. I even picked up some wedding sausage links. And dear god are those the best ones I've had all year. I will apologize to the wonderful ladies who helped me for getting a little emotional haha. I will be going back so often they get sick of me lol. read more

What an amazing friendly deli. They are very familiar with their products and if there's something you don't see and you ask, they will look it up. They will try and find it. They will try and order it for you. They truly go over and above what Customer service means. They have wonderful, delicious lunch meats and cheeses sliced to order in their deli. They also have soups and specialty items which they run out of fairly quickly. They have a large selection of frozen foods, for example, four or five types of pierogies Hookies and other items that I haven't tried all yet, but the ones that I tried the pierogies the cheese and potato the sauerkraut mushroom, and the meat and potato were delicious as were the stuffed cabbage. The Polish ham is absolutely wonderful and the bread is so good. It's like grandma used to make. The ladies that run the deli or were there the day I was there that my son took me were above and beyond friendly, professional and knowledgeable in the products. They help search on the Internet to find the mushrooms I was looking for. I will definitely be back many times. read more

We stopped in here hoping to get some kielbasa and city chicken. There was only one person working and 5 people in line waiting before us. The selection was very limited compared to what we see in the Detroit area. I cannot attest to the taste of any of the food as it was taking so long that we didn't buy anything. My first time here yesterday and I bought 3 varieties of frozen pierogies and 1 frozen tray of Golabki z sosen (3 stuffed cabbages in tomato sauce). I chose the Beef pierogies ($7.29 / dozen), Mushroom pierogies ($9 / dozen) and Potato & Cheese pierogies ($7 / dozen). The stuffed cabbage was $5.75 / lb X 1.78 lbs = $10.24. Total before tax was $33.51. Unlike another reviewer, I got exactly what I wanted and paid the correct price. (głupek!). Today I boiled up 2 of each of the 3 pierogi varieties and heated up 1 stuffed cabbage. The quality was just like my grandmother used to make. When she would visit, the entire family would form an "assembly line" to make these 2 Polish delicacies. I understand how labor intensive these items are to make and appreciate finding GREAT HOMEMADE QUALITY that is SIMPLY HEAT & EAT. The stuffed cabbage had the PROPER proportions of meat and rice inside TENDER cabbage leaves. The Beef pierogi was UMAMI. The Mushroom pierogi was EARTHY. The Potato and Cheese pierogi SATISFIED my carbohydrate taste receptors. The best part is that I anticipate getting 2 or 3 more meals from my purchase! GOOD VALUE during these times of BIDENFLATION. I love this place. Random drive by and bought some cabbage rolls. SO, SO GOOD! Went back when my sister visited excited for her to get some food to take home for lunch (this is a deli - not an eat in restaurant). The owner (?)(Margaret) was so friendly and explained a lot about the foods she sells. Since our grandmother came from Poland, she also told us about the place our grandmother came from and we bought some cheese which is made in that area. Led us down a fascinating rabbit hole of Oscypek cheese making. Let me tell you..... it is sooo good. Smokey, savory flavor. We ate it on a cracker and added jam and even better. I purchased perogi from here for Christmas Eve. So glad when I called after Thanksgiving the lady on the phone said to place an order in advance. I picked up my order two days before Christmas. I'm all about trying new, unique, and interesting food... so I hopped on over to Europol to check out what they had to offer! I don't know much about Polish food, but I do know that Europol offers tons of scrumptious Polish delicacies that I was just trying to try! Upon entering, the owner immediately approached me and asked if I was looking for anything specific. He gave me a small sheet of paper that listed all of the items that his store offers. There's everything from homemade pierogi to fresh sausage and kielbasa. YUM! They also offer a large selection of European beers. If you have family in Eastern Europe, Europol also specializes in sending packages and selling phonecards for these countries. The store itself is pretty tiny, with just a few small tables and a counter along one wall. There's a cold-cut case stuffed with different sausages and meats. Along another wall, there's shelves lined with Polish groceries. I told the owner that I was looking for something sweet and unique to Poland. He showed me some pastries near the front counter - fried and covered in powdered sugar. They looked pretty good, but I wanted something different. He then came around the counter and showed me some of the groceries. He suggested Polish marshmallow candies and said that they were delicious. I trusted his judgement and bought them right away. By the way, I ate one a few minutes ago and he was definitely right! The owner was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely head back and try something else. Discovered this place while doing laundry a couple doors down. Upon entering, they have a deli type counter and one wall of pantry type items. They seem to offer frozen premade Polish food that you can cook and eat at home. There was a guy in there buying several jars of their dill pickles imported from Poland. We were curious and bought a jar. I'm a fan; they're awesome. My grandparents are Polish, so I want to come back and check out their deli items, see if their cabbage rolls are like my grandma's. read more

Great Polish deli! The owner is always quick to great and offer up suggestions, very nice man. The Perogies are tasty and freeze well, I usually stock up when I come here. Make some, freeze some. Ditto for the Stuffed Cabbage (Golumpki). They offer a nice assortment of sausages in the deli case. While it's a small store, there is a great selection of Polish beers and specialty foods. They stock fresh Polish bakery items and include some seasonal favorites so if you are looking for Paczki's (Pounchki's) then swing by here or call ahead. Just found this gem! My husband is polish, in the past I would always make his favorites myself but they are time consuming. The wedding kielbasa was delicious as were the pierogies, they were light and fluffy, just delicious! We had the potato & onion, and the mushroom & sauerkraut.When I walked in I immediately spotted the krushecki, my husband said they were the best he's ever had, just like his grandmother made. Stopped in here this afternoon while out running errands. Having grown up in an area with a heavy population from eastern European countries, I was glad to find a market specializing in groceries from Poland. This market and deli carries specialties including kielbasa, hams, bacon, kiszka, and other fresh sausages. Prepared foods include pierogis, stuffed cabbage, flaki (tripe soup), cheese blintzes, potato pancakes, and pyzy ( dumplings with meat). Pastries and candies are also available, along with a variety of canned and packaged groceries. There is also a refrigerator stocked with several European beers. Having a few other places to go and not having a cooler in my car, I decided not to purchase any products that would need immediate refrigeration/freezing. I did, however, buy a jar of Polonaise Polish Dill Pickles ($5.50), and took a business card and flyer. When I do get out this way again, I will most likely buy some of the kielbasa and other sausages offered. The store is small, as well as the selection of groceries available. But Europol Polish Deli is clean, and the owner is quite helpful. The only problem I had here was that some of the products do not have a price tag. So you have to ask what the price is. With all of the grocery stores and specialty markets in the Orlando area, it is nice to have a store in the area with groceries and prepared dishes that I grew up on in my hometown. read more

I recently visited this cute little place down by Full Sail. I've been coming here for about 3 years now, and up until this last visit the older gentleman who owned the place was always very quick to greet me the minute I walked in the door. During this last visit I learned that he has decided to retire and a young lady has taken over ownership of this business. Not much has changed from when the old man owned it she is still very polite helpful and quick to suggest items based on vague descriptions from someone who is not polish. Since it is my girlfriend who is Polish and not me this is very helpful when I decide I'm going to pick up a special treat to surprise her. During my last visit, there was no wine or beer and an incredibly limited selection on perogies. This was certainly not due to anything that the new owner has done wrong, it is actually due to the fact that I showed up on her last open day just before the Christmas holiday. She did assure me that there would be a much larger selection of perogies more selection on kielbasa and other Deli items as well as the dry goods that I'm used to seeing on the shelves. If I lived closer to this fun little store I would actually stop in a lot more often than I really should. As it is, I make a special trip across town on a fairly regular basis just to get what I know they have in stock. Keep up the excellent work! read more

I have never had real Polish food, and my roommate wanted to show me what a Polish deli was like, so we searched online and found this one. It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in, and I was surprised at how clean it was! The man behind the counter was so helpful, and was doing business in both Polish and English. My friend and I were so excited that we decided to buy what she was used to having for Easter dinner as a little girl, when her parents were both alive. :) We also bought some things for dinner tonight. After reading other reviews, I also decided to buy some of the cookies and candy he had in the little grocery section. There are these little heart-shaped soft gingerbread, jelly filled cookies dipped in chocolate that I definitely recommend! Can't wait for dinner tonight and for Easter this Sunday! read more
