Going straight to the point. I had 3 different cars repaired at Eurotech. The only thing I can say is...Mr. Garo ang the rest of his team are really doing an exemplary job -above and beyond. They fixed a minor whole on my rear bumper on my 07 Lincoln MKX for free instead of replacing it with a new bumper, while repainting the rest of the car. I've known Mr. Garo for a while. 85% Good body shop with some minor considerations. *** Came here around Oct '13 for a collision repair through my insurance company. My car was rear ended by another driver. Much of the body had to be worked on and the exhaust had to be replaced entirely. Overall, my experience here was positive. At the end, my car's condition was good. I waited a number of months to write this review to insure there would not be issues popping up soon after the job. The body panels on my car is entirely flush, and the paint seems matched well. I was happy with the work done. In terms of customer service, things went smoothly with the feedback from the manager of the company that I worked with. He was friendly and informative. I liked how there was shuttle service to from my house. On one occasion, the shuttle coming by my house to take me back to the shop ran late by an hour. It's not an issue for me, but be forewarned of that in case your schedule might not permit the extra time. Value is something I don't feel confident to comment. I do not know how much it cost to repair my car, save for it wasn't so much to total the car. Everything was paid for by my insurance. Punctuality of repair may or may not be an issue. I was quoted it may take about 2 weeks for the repair, but it took closer to 3-4 weeks. Nonetheless, I had also requested that the shop take their time to work on the car well, so it might be unfair for me to fault them for that. Again, it's just something to take into consideration depending on your priorities. One minor detail of the repair I did not care for was that one of the plastic clips that held my trunk liner in place was broken and not addressed by the time I returned to pick up my car. I was glad this was addressed after, but I wish that were the case the first time around. I would rather not have to take another trip back to any shop, because something wasn't taken care of the first time around. If it seems like I'm nitpicking, then it only goes to show this is a solid body-shop. I would recommend this business if your insurance company is covering the work. I'm reluctant to do so if you're paying out of pocket, because Im not sure of their prices. They might present a good value, and I imagine it wouldn't hurt to get an estimate. read more

When I was rear-ended, my insurance company set me up to have my car taken care of by Eurotech. From the first call, to the day that I picked up my car, they lived up to my high standards. Erica thoroughly inspected the damage to my car, and the next day I received a detailed quote for the repairs. When I dropped my car off, she made sure that the Enterprise rental office that my insurance company also arranged for me was there to pick me up. And she let me know when my car was ready, and took care of all my paperwork. And sweet, sweet, sweet - all the way through! My work is guaranteed for the life of my car, so I can always take it back if I have any issue. And. It looks GREAT. Great! The paint in the repaired area is perfectly seamless, the surfaces look brand new, and they even noticed the inner trunk lights were put out by the damage so they're functioning properly too. They washed my car for me, inside & out, before I picked it up. And the guys in the work area were all super polite at every turn too. I was revelry in a vehicle accident and upon speaking to the insurance company I was going to let them know which auto body shop i was going to go with. I received a call from a Bernice from the Euro Tech Collision Center and when I was trying to figure out who provided them with my information she was exceptionally rude to me. And blatantly asked if I was going to use them or not. When I informed her based on her "service" levels no thank you. I was very impressed. I got a few quotes on some front end work after one of my family members (who still won't fess up or wasn't aware they had done so) made a rather large dent in my fender. The one on the right was damaged beyond repair in the accident and the tires on my car are no longer manufactured. My insurance company paid for 73% of the tire (based on the amount of wear on my old one). The tire on the left? Garo paid for that one. With something like auto-body work it's hard to get a sense of a place because it's a service that you don't use that often like you might a dry-cleaners or barber. I was recommended to Euro-Tech by my long-time mechanic. And I'm very happy he did. I don't write many Yelp reviews, so I hope this one helps others seeking quality, professional service. I had been rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance ultimately covered it and I took the car to Euro-Tech and they made it good as new. I will say that Garo, the owner was very helpful and made sure the car was fixed right. I'd gotten estimates at other places and after speaking with him I understood that other shops were not going to fix the car properly. Everything that needed to be replaced to make the bumper whole again, not just cosmetically acceptable was taken care of and the cost was comparable to shops who were going to do less quality work. I seriously cannot rave about this place enough!!! I was the victim of a hit and run accident on the 5N freeway. It was pretty ugly, especially considering I drive a Fiat. My poor Randall (my fiat) suffered a massive crush to the back left of my rear as well as the complete removal of my bumper/all that was attached after some moron smashed into me and immediately took off. But Garo did such an incredible job fixing my Randall! He (and his staff) was so friendly. They answered all of my questions and even had my car finished way earlier than they told me! After I left I realized that one of my hub caps was missing and my headrest hadn't been replaced. All it took was one simple phone call and Garo had it taken care of. 2 days later they were in! I cannot tell you how impressed I am. Words just do not do Euro Tech justice. These guys are the real deal. I'll never go anywhere else. My car looks so amazing and it drives like new. You'd never know I was in such a big accident. The paint job they did looks incredible and I could not be happier. My car really means the world to me so knowing that I not only got to keep him but got to have him restored to even better than his former glory just makes my entire life. Oh! And I almost forgot to mention, they took care of my rental car return for me too and they stayed open late to let me come pick Randall up after I got off work one night! Plus, they went way out of their way to try to track down a decal that was on my car. I bought the car with it on there. Garo wasn't able to find the same decal, which I was totally fine with not having. So he asked if it was okay if they just removed the remaining decal. I said yes and I've got to say, Randall looks stunning without the decals there anymore. I always thought they were a bit of a weird addition for a fiat anyway but it wasn't a big enough thing to keep me from buying him. This place rocks! I had some minor damage on my 335 that I needed to take care of outside of insurance since my deductible was quite high. I have to say, these guys really came through! I was able to negotiate a great cash price. The quality of repairs are second to none and they only use glasurite paint, which is the same paint used by all the german automakers. I've had my fair share of experience with super fancy body shops that charge an arm and a leg (i.e. McKenna Collision). At the end of the day, I never understood why they charged so much considering the fact that I'd still have to take my car back several times to get things done right. These guys at Eurotech got it right the first time and on-time! Ask for Garo or Henry when you get there. They'll take good care of you. read more

so after someone tried to steal my car by slashing my top, i was not looking forward to getting it repaired. ug! the thought of having to find an auto repair shop made want to just forget about it. but Garo over at Euro Tech was like a knight in shining armor! he made everything simple, easy and fast! he was very understanding and poliet. being a woman, i always am a little leary of anything having to do with cars, but i was put at ease right away. the place was neat and clean, too. my car was estimated to be fixed in 2 days, i had it back in a day and a half. later, when i had a problem with my top going down, i brought it back and he fixed it quickly. they also have a very nice waiting area. it's clean and the receptionist is very friendly. they seem to only have bird, horse and auto magazines, just fyi, if you are going to be there for awhile. they also have a TV and you can watch whatever you want. of course, if you are looking for an autobody shop, that probably means you may not be in the best of moods. but if you gotta do it, i highly suggest Euro-Tech. read more

brought my car here based on the recommendation of my insurance company, after i was involved in a collision. the entire rear bumper had to be replaced. the bumper was replaced, but the paintjob was one of the worst i ever had. they told me it would take a week, and it took almost a month. i would have made them fix the bumper paintjob, but they took so long, i'm going to be out of pocket even more money to extend my rental car. This is a place to bargain--it's all up for negotiation. The estimate for repair after a parking lot collision began with "attempt to buff out dents" and "attempt to reattach bumper." Bumper bolts had been sheared off so in the end it was necessary to replace the bumper and repaint the quarter panel. Sadly for me, I was sent in by Safeco, the other driver's insurance. I was there an hour after the collision and my own body shop was ready. It took two weeks to get a valid estimate which meant the body work took three weeks instead of four days. I have dealt with Harry for several years and referred an number of my friends and relatives to this body shop. We were very pleased with the quality of service and fast response. Unfortunately service has deteriorated when his partner Garo took control of the operation. Harry had no say so any longer and we had to deal with Garo. He conducts an unethical and improper business practice. Early this year I referred a friend to have his 2004 Yukon repaired. Garo knew pretty well that once inspected, the truck will be totaled, given the fact that the repairs will by far exceed its market value.. Rather that expediting the the process, Garo purposely deferred any action for almost a month. to rip the insurance company with thousand of dollars in storage fees. He charged the insurance company $75.00 a day which is almost twice as much ongoing rate As a result the insurance company questioned my friend choice for this body shop and he had difficulty settling the claim insinuating that he might have made a side arrangements with the bodyshop to share the storage cost. I am totally disturbed from this experience and ashamed to have recommended this body shop. I question their survival if they continue this flaky business and I felt the duty to let the word out. read more

Just got back my brand new Hyundai Sonata that was sideswiped, requiring a new fender, bumper, headlight assembly, and a refinished left wheel. Garo and his guys did a great job; the car looks like it did when we drove it out of the show room. He delivered the car as promised and worked with the insurance company to get authorization for the headlight assembly where the damage could only be seen after the fender and bumper were removed. As an additional accommodation, he was able to get me a part for my son's car for $50; the dealer wanted $359. Highly recommended for quality, service and price. read more

Never have I felt so taken care of by someone in the auto repair industry. Because I'm a woman, I tend to get taken advantage of whenever I need to get my car fixed: this is not the case with Garo at Eurotech. I honestly feel that there is no one more trustworthy and reliable than Garo, and his work is far superior to all other repair shops. I was taken care of like family, like I mattered, like my concerns were his concerns; he cares about me and my car because he truly cares about my, and all his clients', safety. Garo fixed, with care and attention to detail, my fiancee's porsche (the poor porsche was backed into by a delivery truck and the hitch put a hole in the bumper!) This bodyshop is "pre-approved" by my insurance company, so when I needed some body-work, I came here. They are completely organized, professional, and extremely polite. For the most part, my car looked perfect when I picked it up, but one aspect of the repair (on my door) looked a bit shoddy. I noticed this once I got home and called the next day to let them know. They could not have been nicer and told me to bring it up at my convenience and they take care of it. When I picked it up, it looked fine. If the car had been perfect, I'd have given them 5 stars for sure. They certainly get a 5 for customer service, which is rare these days. read more

My wheel bearings had been bad for quite sometime, and they finally started to fail on the way home from work. I knew I couldn't drive much further, and luckily, I saw Eurotech coming up on my right. I was able to get my car in their lot and walked into the office. I had no appointment and explained my situation. They were able to take my car in and fix it by the end of the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, the bill was much lower than expected. When I said, "Man, I thought this was going to be a lot more expensive," the owner replied, "Honesty is the best policy."
