I found this place after having gotten into a fender bender the night before. I searched on Yelp for a nearby shop and ERN came up. After explaining what happened they made me feel comfortable and said they could definitely take my car in that morning. I took the car in the morning and they immediately welcomed me, took my car in and assured me it was going to be in good hands. They joked with me and definitely calmed my nerves. (I never had an accident before so I was definitely asking lots of questions). I appreciated the fact that they kept me updated with the progress and I was so excited when I got the call that my car was ready for pickup. When I got there they even washed and detailed my car, it was so sweet to see my little car back to its full glory. About a week after getting my car back I asked them if they could fix a problem that the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and leg for (even though I was still under warranty) and they took me in again and gave me a great deal for. Edvin and Alan helped me with a pre-purchase inspection on a pre-Owned Audi A4. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their inspection process is very thorough and comes with a Carfax history report. They're also a LITHIA sponsored shop - they can definitely handle Audi. Called ERN after I noticed my car had been scraped in a parking lot. I didn't want to waste any time and told them when I needed my car back. They had my car in and out within 2.5 days and now it looks like nothing ever happened. Very clean job (car was also washed when I picked it up which is always nice) they communicate with you while your car is getting fixed and they were super accommodating with my crazy work schedule (regarding drop off and pick up). Edvin and his team are really quick and fair with their prices. Originally I came in with a problem with my ABS module in my Jeep Wrangler 2008 that was causing a Christmas tree dashboard. At first, it looked like the repair might take some months, but Edvin went above and beyond and found a quicker way to get it done and fixed it in less than two weeks at a cheaper price. This place did an amazing job, the owner was responsive and very helpful full . I went to go get a front brake and rotor replacement on my BMW and they did a fantastic job and even caught that my wheels were loose from just doing an inspection check. America's tire didn't tighten mine all the way down from a previous rotation but ERN auto center caught it and tightened them . Thank God because that could have been a bad situation .
