Excellent Experience at Eurotechnik Hendersonville after my 2014 BMW 328i began to operate poorly. The start engine button was sluggish and I was having to try starting the car 4 to 6 times before the engine would turn over. Also getting warnings on the dash of Drivetrain and other symbols I had not seen prior. Mike and the team quickly diagnosed the need to replace the battery and also found 2 burnt out parking lights. Mike and his colleagues treated me so very professionally and I could tell by the immaculate waiting room and entire building cleanliness that the team at Eurotechnik Hendersonville take great pride in the customer service experience. This place is sketchy. Be very careful. It is the only auto service business that told us they don't have a set hourly labor rate, it depends on what work they are doing. They estimated work on our BMW that was nearly double what other reputable BMW mechanics charged. They were WAY above the dealer, which is normally the high water mark. I would not recommend going here, unless you hate your money. read more

Yes, these guys even work on Tesla's. They did a great job of diagnosing a difficult problem with my Model X, which others had failed at. I had a front end shimmy on accelerating. They figured out I had worn front axles (half shafts) causing the issue. Job well done. Super nice people too, which is always a big plus. read more

Kevin and the crew at Eurotechnik worked on my 1976 Mercedes 280C. It had not been driven much in over 4 years and needed lots of work. They installed a new carburetor, fuel pump, gas tank and lots of belts and hoses. It is running great. They said I could bring in back in a couple of months for some free fine tuning. Wish I could leave a Minus star. Brought over my Porsche 944 Turbo to have some tires installed. The guy instead of removing the tires from the car left them in over the weekend and the black rubber leached into the tan color leather. Now seats have a tread mark on them that is almost impossible to remove. Plus the guy does not want to own up to it.. Terrible! read more
