OK... I know some people exaggerate but Jerry is a godsend. I will give a very specific example. Today, I went in for a couple small things and asked for a radiator flush as well. I just purchased my mini and I knew it was worked on at Euro Techs prior to me buying the car. The prior owner had a lot a paper work history but I could not find anything that said the radiator was flushed. Jerry said he worked on this car a few months ago and he just flushed it. The previous owner didn't have that particular paperwork it seems and Jerry ABSOLUTELY didn't have to tell me that. He also said there was no need to change my fuel filter at this time. I have been here twice to repair my Mini. I think the best thing about being here twice is that they have ALWAYS done the best they could. I grew up in a mechanic's shop. I know a little about cars. I also know that I do not know A LOT about cars. These guys have never made me feel like a stupid woman that has no business looking under the hood. I appreciate that. Unfortunately, that has happened at other shops. I have never had them under quote me and if there has been something unexpected, they tell me before they do the repair. Although Jerry never actually worked on my Jag, he did inspect my car and diagnosed an issue without evening having to wrench the car. He also listened to another issue I was having on the phone and told me exactly where to go and who to contact to get it fixed. Euro Techs gets five starts because diagnosis is just as important as actually turna wrench. If you have a Jag, be sure not to take it down the street to those other guys, take it to Euro Techs! Jerry is great! MINI of Tempe always gives me the worst and most expensive diagnosis for my car. I go to Eurotech and Jerry sometimes finds the problem is much better than previously diagnosed and always less expensive to repair. I am done dealing with the dealership. I have not yet been here. but i called to get a quote to change out the battery on my 2012 mini countryman. he told me that it is covered by mini and to take it to the dealership. I was shocked by his honesty. he gave me a quote that if for any reason it wasn't covered i could have them switch it out for less than half of what the dealership quoted me. Just had to add to the party! I got my MINI Cooper last year in late 2013 and I LOVE it! (just not the dealership repair prices) So I heard about Euro Techs and fell in love instantly. Not only do they specialize in MINI Coopers, but they are very fair priced, the work is done by highly competent people, and the customer service is very MINI owner friendly. I did make a mistake as to take my car to another mechanic for an oil change (worst idea ever). I ended up with a major oil leak, a dead battery, and a broken hood latch. All at the same time. Luckily, Euro Techs can fix all of that for me, quick, easy, and wallet friendly. Ill be moving to Texas in 10days, so ill really miss this place. Thanks for all the great work ya'll have done! Jerry quickly diagnosed why the engine light was on. he replaced the oxygen sensor at a reasonable cost. He also diagnosed why my tail light did not work. It was due to improper placement of tail light bulbs. A former jaguar repair place told me I had to replace the entire rear tail light assembly. Obviously bulbs are $$$ less expensive than the hundreds for the entire assembly. Great job! I will choose to replace the chains and tensioners on my 2001 jaguar vanden plas as a preventative measure. The vehicle has 92k and rather than be left at the mercy of every dishonest repair shop on my cross country trip, I will have Jerry do this work. His cost for parts and labor is so much less than my former jaguar repair place and thousands less than a jaguar dealer!! Jerry displays not simply professional courtesy, but exceptional expertise, and honesty. He is so totally trustworthy. I recommend him to anyone that has a jaguar. thanks jerry read more

For mini coopers and Jaguars, I'm willing to bet he could fix other cars as well, but with the two specialty cars he focuses on, He's the Best garage I've ever dealt with. Great facility, such a polite and well mannered young man and found the issue first shot. He also diagnosed my car over the phone. He takes time to explain what the problem is, how it started and how to prevent the issue in the future. This young man is one of the best mechanics I've came across in a long time. And I've been around auto repair garage since I was 12 years old and I'm 45 now. I highly recommend this shop. You will not get jerked around. Update on Euro Techs...my MINI was in need of brake service and once again, Jerry and Dad came through! After being told by the dealership that I needed front and rear pads and rotors, it was determined by the guys that I just needed rear pads and sensors (surprised the dealership forgot that one). Instead of charges of nearly $1K my total bill was less than $130! Thanks to the most honest, ethical and skilled MINI mechanics there are! Absolutely love this shop. I am so happy to have found a affordable and friendly shop that specializes in Mini Coopers. I had three items replaced, which I was told would take about 2 hours. It only took 1 hour, yay! Additionally, the prices are competitive. I honestly couldn't do it cheaper myself. It was a relief to find a well priced shop, especially after seeing the dealers shocking prices. Furthermore the staff was very nice and welcoming. They offered a lot of advice in regard to maintaining my car, but did not pressure me into purchasing any parts soon. In other words, they were honest about what my car needed, and I felt like I could trust their advice. As a woman, I also appreciated that the men treated me with respect, because I actually do know a thing or two about cars. Lastly, the shop is in a great location (right across from Tempe Marketplace), so if you are waiting you can walk over and find some place to eat or some other entertainment. We have 2 Mini Coopers in our family, so we will definitely be returning based on this experience. If you love your Mini Cooper as much as I do, I would definitely take it to this shop. read more

I tried 3 different Mini mechanics before finally finding these guys, and they've been great! I had some issues that 2 previous mechanics couldn't figure out, which ended up costing me about $1500. I walked into the lobby, explained what was going on, and they immediately knew what was happening. Apparently the the previous mechanics hadn't reset the check engine light correctly, and these guys were able to fix it for $40. They did a complete inspection on the car and told me a few things that should be serviced in the future, but they didn't try to force any unnecessary maintenance. I've taken it back a few times since and I have absolutely no complaints! read more

I found this awesome Mini repair shop on Yelp. After dreading having to take my 08 mini to the dealer I called Eurotech with the issue of back window not going up. Jerry's partner knew exactly the issue and ordered the part and had an app the next day. I brought my car in and was completed in less than an hr and quote on phone was price I paid. I'm very happy to have a reliable mechanic who doesn't try and sell me services I don't need. The price was $150 less than the dealer.
