I have been coming here for over 20 years! Robert has helped my family and I with multiple cars. He's the best out there right now; completely honest, awesome work and he is the best in town!

He helped fix my vacuum leak and routed lines to the charcoal canister for emissions, egr valve was also replaced allowing me to pass!

Very detail oriented. May not be fast but it will be done right. Price is very fair. Great value and great quality of work. Recommended.

Amazing and honest. This is a true quality business. It's hard to find a great mechanic and that's exactly what Robert is- a true mechanic.

The issue was exactly the same when first time around and also what's the point of charging Aircon…read moreinspections. That's the whole point of the Aircon inspection . We have informed them the exact problem now they come up with an excuse . They will find ways to try to make more money or they don't know what they're doing. Be careful with businesses like this . So we thought since they work on our Aircon and after a week not working it will under 5 years it's not even a week and comes up with new findings and charging me $600 . If they are that good they should have seen the problem from Initial inspection. The problem was exactly the same sir. Unless they charge me for the fan that was not needed . Also second time around they are charging me for another air con inspection fee what a joke, they are taking the piss . They should change the name to Bad Works . It's probably their family or friends or them did all the good reviews . I doubt all those good reviews . Pls check video and pictures as when I came in first time it was exactly in the same state.

My car's front passenger door started making a snapping sound, so I went to Fix Auto Tempe. They…read morequoted $990 and warned costs could go into the thousands if more issues came up. For a 16-year-old car, it didn't feel right. Before heading home, I stopped by Good Works Auto Body nearby. The owner came out, calmly took a look, reached inside, and adjusted the panel--the problem was gone in seconds. I also showed him the paint scratches on my car, and he gently wiped them off with thinner. Just like that, my car looked clean and blue again. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said, "I didn't do anything--no charge." I was honestly taken aback. It's rare to meet someone who leads with genuine care instead of trying to make a quick transaction. This kind of integrity stays with you. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely return.

I would shop here again if I had more money Isaac Granados…read moreis awesome I'm referring him to everyone I know until I can come back

I had a very disappointing experience at Carizona…read more I spent hours at the dealership working through a deal with Danny and a manager. I was presented with monthly payment numbers that I agreed to. I literally signed an agreement. Before signing, I made sure to ask all the right questions. I verified the monthly payment multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what I was signing. After signing the initial agreement, purchasing car insurance, paying my down payment, and providing six references along with proof of income and residency, I was brought into the finance office to sign the final paperwork--the last step before receiving the keys. I signed several documents (privacy forms, warranty paperwork, etc.) before we got to the retail installment contract showing the loan terms and monthly payment. This is where I felt like I was hit with a bait-and-switch. The monthly payment on the contract was about $100 higher than what we had agreed to. I immediately spoke up. We had agreed to **$389/month**. The contract said **$482.09/month**, while the finance manager told me his computer showed **$489/month**. Somehow there were three different payment amounts for the same deal. At that point, I was told they could no longer honor the payment we had agreed to. Whether that was because of the bank or dealership management was never clearly explained. We asked them to honor the agreement we had already signed, but they refused. Instead, they countered with a payment of around $450/month, even though I had repeatedly stated throughout the 7-8 hours we were there that my budget was **$400/month or less**. I walked out of the finance office without signing anything further. To their credit, the salesperson I worked with genuinely tried to make the deal happen, but the final decision appeared to come from management or the finance department. We ultimately left without purchasing the vehicle after spending nearly an entire day at the dealership. We had actually tried to leave around 3:00 p.m., but were assured they had found a vehicle that fit my budget. Unfortunately, that fell apart at the very last step. After canceling the deal, I was understandably concerned about getting my money back. Thankfully, the dealership did process a full refund, and Victor was very responsive and quick to provide documentation showing it was being processed. My insurance company also refunded my policy. Overall, I left feeling that the sales process lacked transparency--which is ironic, because "transparency" was mentioned repeatedly throughout the sales presentation. If a dealership cannot honor the payment being presented to a customer, that should be made clear **before** someone spends hours completing paperwork, purchases insurance, pays a down payment, and provides extensive personal information. While I appreciate that the refund was handled appropriately, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I chose to continue my car search elsewhere. I would encourage anyone shopping here to carefully review every document, verify every number, and avoid purchasing insurance or handing over money until the final loan contract is in front of you.
