Well, last night Friday, June, 10th 2023 we were taking the van out to grab dinner. It was my first ride in the van. I am medically disabled and on oxygen 24/7. So one of the main reasons we got such a nice vehicle was the stability of getting me places in comfort. We weren't but about a mile from home, going through a little construction, when we had a duel blowout on the right side. We got the van to the Circle K on the corner but we had no idea what to do then. It's Friday at 7 pm in central Phoenix. We have two 20" low-profile flat tires, our dog is with us and I was on my last tank of oxygen. We tried calling 3 local tire shops but none could come and help us. I called two different tow trucks but one said no and the other was going to take a couple hours. Needless to say, we tried many different ideas to get the tires fixed. We were just going to give up and get an Uber or Lyft home, even though I hated the idea of leaving our brand-new van in the Circle K parking lot overnight. Right then I came across Zonum Roadside assistance. Lux answered the phone after the second ring and I swear it felt like I was the main character in a movie. I explained the situation to him and he understood how nervous I was about running out of oxygen. He told me they could be to me in 20 mins. They would pop off and check both tires. If they needed work, they would drive back to their shop and fix or mount new tires. Then return to us within 45 minutes. We had called several places with no help and here Lux is telling me he would have the van fixed in almost less than an hour. That is less time than we had spent trying to get help in the first place. Not only that but the price was probably half of what I would have had to pay to get it towed to a shop. Well, not only did they get it done, but they did it faster than they claimed. I still had half a tank of oxygen when they were done. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. I tipped each guy $20 and paid the bill with my account. Like I said, I felt like the lead in a movie. Besides a small ding in the back right rim, you can't even tell anything happened. We will be saving their contact for any future mechanic work that we might require. I CAN NOT give them a high review. They deserve to get a full 5 stars , extremely friendly, professional, and at an incredibly reasonable if not cheap price. If you read this whole review and are still unsure. I received Dan's name/# and called him this a.m. I hadn't (thank goodness,) had a vehicle leave me stuck for over 10 years. This was a new (used) vehicle to our home. I had zero history with any companies in the area, as I had never needed one! I should not be surprised as to the amazing/quick/excellent service that was provided. I've now been able to read the reviews here on Yelp and they are 100% consistent with what others have shared. He was at my home on-time, courteous, kind, and even offered to make sure that my vehicle re-started after I turned it off/started it up again. His jump-equipment and his truck/flat-bed are all very clean/well-kept. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, the charge was VERY reasonable under the circumstances. I found out since that Tow AZ is contracted with my insurance company as well (you can bet I'm going to add roadside assistance/towing to my auto policy now!) I hope I don't need to see Dan again anytime real soon - but I'll be passing his info around to my friends/family for the future. His company will be the only one I'll use.

Then I called several tow companies I've used in the past and they ALL said the same thing ... "at least 4 hours to get to you". I couldn't wait 4 hours, time was of the essence ...as I needed a tow to Bell Lexus before they closed. Enter "Old Town Scottsdale Towing". I googled "BEST TOWING COMPANY IN SCOTTSDALE" and they popped up! They answered the phone immediately and promised to get to me quickly. Thirty minutes later Todd was at my front door! I was super impressed for several reasons: 1) my Lexus was dead in my garage and I have a VERY tricky driveway that isn't easy to back into. Yet Todd maneuvered his large flat bed truck into my curved driveway like he had done it a million times before! 2) Todd's tow truck was shiny clean - with brand new tires and a super spotless interior (this was an important detail because I was getting a lift to the Bell Lexus dealership) I've been a passenger before in other tow trucks ... let's just say it wasn't a pleasant experience. 3) Todd hooked up my Lexus, backing it out of my garage and carefully positioning it onto his flatbed trailer. 4) Todd got me to Bell Lexus with time to spare! FYI: I owned a classic 1966 Lincoln Continental Convertible and consequently have had LOTS of experience with flatbed trailer companies. But I've NEVER had the lightening quick, fabulous service that Old Town Scottsdale Towing provides! Todd told me he's been in the towing business for many years. He's only 29 years old but his expertise far exceeds that of men twice his age. I will NEVER use another towing company except Old Town Scottsdale Towing. They've got a customer for life!!! I sure hope Todd and Todd's boss reads this review ...as I've never been so impressed with a young man before who was so professional at his job. Thank You for saving me today. It was crucial that I got to Bell Lexus today so I could get a loaner car from them in order to get to several important appointments this weekend.
