If I could give them no stars, I would. My sister is a mother of 2 and really needed some cleaning done to her house, for extra help she reached out to "Eva y Reginaldo". They confirmed Friday morning and NEVER showed up or even called to explain, not to mention answer one single call that was made to them. Sooooo, if you need some cleaning I suggest you reach out somewhere else because if they decide to bail, they will and not even let you know. An apology would've sufficed but they can't even deliver costumer service. I'm not here to take any jobs away but to only let other know they are not responsible. We had called Eva and her husband for a deep cleaning of our 1 bedroom apt and are super impressed by their work. This is the first time I was getting professional help to get my house cleaned and was skeptical with choosing someone online but I can say for sure I made the right choice with choosing Eva. They were very easy to schedule with, arrived right on time and were very nice. Our house is literally shining and some areas look cleaner than they were when we moved in.
