For starters, the shower doors were still dirty after the cleaning, which is one of the main areas I expected to be spotless. Additionally, several of my glass end tables were left with visible spots, even though I specifically requested attention to detail on those surfaces. The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them. I had to call the company back to get a refund for the one bedroom they refused to clean, which was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. Given their glowing reviews, I expected much better. Unfortunately, their level of cleanliness and professionalism fell far short. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others. Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. I've had multiple crew members in my home: Karla, Adriana, Adela, and Hazel. Every single one did a fantastic job. I didn't have to ask them to go back over anything and I'm picky. I speak Spanish but I think language is not an issue because they have a strict checklist and I'm certain they would just call the supervisor for help if you're struggling to communicate something. Both times a newer employee cleaned, a supervisor came at the end to check their work. The company handles payroll, etc. for these cleaners who are their employees, all above board, and they have a good online system. Only issue I had was with scheduling confirmation and they apologized profusely and fixed the issue. A+++++, 10/10, 100% worth it.
