I've bought tons of medication from them and all his normal flea and tick ointments and heartworm medications. So after $5,000 in vet bills we discover that my dog is allergic to beef. So before this was discovered I had paid $125 for chewable heartworm medication that is beef flavored. Bottom line is I went to them and they said they won't allow me to exchange it for something else. I'm livid. It's not like I asked for a refund. I asked for an exchange and they refused. I hope them denying my dog was worth losing my business. I understand everybody has policy's that they must follow but I also was a good customer and I always paid in cash. After treating my dog regularly since he was 2…read moremonths old, today, after a 20-minute walk, I noticed that my Cane Corso wasn't walking on his back legs. I brought him inside and waited 10 minutes, but then I noticed he was panting strangely. I picked him up and rushed him (safely) through school-release traffic, arriving at the vet in 8 minutes since they are very close to me. When I arrived, I rushed inside and told them my dog was having serious issues. There were four people inside: the regular veterinarian who prescribes my dog's medication and three front desk staff. There were also no other pets in the clinic at the time. Without hesitation, one of the front desk ladies handed me a card and told me I needed to take him to the emergency vet. I went to my car but then thought about it and went back inside to ask if anyone could look at my dog because he looked like he was dying (my exact words), and the emergency vet was 30 minutes away. Without hesitation, she said they couldn't do anything and sent me on my way as the rest of the staff walked to the back. Frantically, I drove 20 minutes to the emergency vet, using my hazard lights and periodically patting my dog, looking into his eyes, and telling him he would be okay. Sadly, when I arrived at the ER, they pronounced him dead due to a blood clot caused by the heat. They also agreed that Allied should have at least checked my dog to see if there was anything they could do. It's a heartbreaking day, and I would never recommend this place. Their medication is overpriced, and they do the bare minimum.

I still had to wait about 45 minutes in the room for them to come in into some lab work. I was told over the phone. It wouldn't take more than two hours. and it took more than that. I was in a tight schedule because I had to go back to work so I told my partner to take the dog home so I can just rush back to work and figure out what we would like to do when I told them that the dog went back home, they literally start yelling at me asking me why I took the dog home when they needed to stay overnight I told him I had to go back to work and my priorities were to make sure I made money to be able to pay this bill and unfortunately the attention and service I received was enough for me to not go back

You can tell they really care about the pets they treat. They have just recently renovated and the facility is lovely and clean. Every employee has a great attitude, which says a lot about the folks who work there. Kudos to all of them for the wonderful work they do. My kitties and I are very grateful!

I would expect some of this but it wasn't very clean at all. I had a severe sinus headache the next day I couldn't bring myself to go back. My sweet little pup got a shot which made her hip so sore, she would yep out in pain thinking I did something to hurt it. Sorry but this is my experience at this place.

They are knowledgeable, caring, and truly love what they do! My FURbaby (pictured) got a second chance at life thanks to this veterinary office. Her owners bred her around 5 months, got her pregnant, she went into labor over night, and because her owner "ain't got money for an emergency vet", she lost her puppies (they were brought to the office in a black trash bag). They brought her to this office around 8am and had a rectal prolapse; she was in a crate covered in old and fresh blood. This baby didn't even get the love and respect to be cleaned prior to going to the vet. She needed surgery (about $900), but since the owners "got her to make money" and they couldn't, Coral Sands was told to euthanize her (about $250). So thankful to have been there with my Yorkie puppies for their exams, shots, and dewormers. Offered to pay for the surgery and give her a good life; I have been going to this office about 2020 and know them very well. Shari and Dr. Grant were able to get the owners to relinquish rights, get her healthy for surgery (antibiotics & pain medicine treatment for over a week), preformed the surgery, monitored and managed her post-op for days, and when she was ready I took her home! She is so playful, so rambunctious, and so loving with so much personality! She is living her best life with her and am blessed to be her PAWrent.
