I've driven by this food truck and always wondered how good of the food was. Stopped in for lunch today and had an excellent street taco. It was so good. I decided to try something else and have one of their quesadillas. Everything was very tasty and excellent and the Chefs we're all very friendly. Going back for more soon. read more

This is one of my go-to places for good, authentic burritos in town. The meat is always flavorful and the burritos come absolutely packed with fillings. The person running it is super nice and they're pretty quick about getting the food out. This food truck is part of a food truck pod on Barger. The parking situation isn't great because it's just a gravel lot with no designated spots or anything, so just park where you can safely fit. Now that I'm writing this review I kind of feel like I need to go and get lunch here today, I'm craving those burritos again. read more

Who knew Wednesdays were busy days. We stopped in just around 1230 after some appointments to grab a bite to eat. There were a few other people waiting in vehicles and outside the cart for their food. We ordered and got a buzzer to wait as well. I had wished they told us one group ordered nearly 60+ tacos. We waited over 35 mins for 2 tacos & a couple quesadillas! Holy smokes. That was a long time to stand there. We also got a horchata to sip with our food, but was nearly gone before our food came out. For about $36. This place is a little pricey, but definitely homemade and good. My first bite after all the wait was a chunk of fatty gristle in the meat. Not appetizing. Once I got past that it was good. I know a lot of little taco shops with street tacos offer their tacos double layered with 2 tortillas, they don't do that here and although they're homemade fresh tortillas- mine was falling apart after the first bite so it was a big challenging to eat. Flavors are good. The quesadillas were served differently this time, which is fine they're still good, but we ordered 3 cause last time they were small little almost quartered folded style and this time they were folded in half and seemed bigger! Definitely a little inconsistency there. Overall we like this little truck and it's appetizing, but a few things to note and think about for our next visit! read more

After my wife and I unsuccessfully went to eat at a favorite restaurant due to them being closed; we decided to try something new. And Wow. The gentleman that took our order was right, we LOVED the food! The Carnitas burrito was really good. ( I had to sneak a bite of my wife's Carne Asada burrito it was also really good). Over all everything was excellent, the food is worth the price and the gentleman who took our order was very friendly. Already recommended it too a few friends. read more

I am not exaggerating when I say that I had the best tacos of my life from this food truck. After noticing that most of the meals shown on their menu included meat, I asked the kind gentleman taking orders that I am a vegetarian, is there anything for me to order from them? He responded with "no problem" and then worked with me to customize the perfect vegetarian taco. Rice, beans, cheese, and lettuce. That's all I ever want in a simple vegetarian taco, and they delivered. It sounds simple, but every individual ingredient was each wonderfully seasoned and flavorful. My favorite part was the homemade tortilla. A delightful texture that reminded me of the tacos I enjoyed in Puerto Vallarta. The best thing about this entire experience is that they are within walking distance of my home. Which means on any warm gorgeous day when they are opened, I can throw on my burks, a leash on my dog, and take a lovely stroll that will ultimately end in a delicious meal. read more

Today was my first time stopping & ordering from Eva's food truck. It won't be my last. I ordered a Super Burrito & my daughter ordered the tacos. The Super Burrito was HUGE! It was also filled with super yummy ingredients. My daughter enjoyed her tacos as well. The staff were friendly & our order was prepared quickly. This is on a vacant lot across from Carls Jr. I ordered Carneasada, Al pastor tacos with home made tortillas. Each taco ran $3 and a extra $1 for homemade tortilla. I also ordered the Carneasada gordita. All the food was great. There was a large line so be prepared. The cost was a bit higher than most taco places but worth it. read more

I have been look for good Mexican food since I left Ca. to live with my family. I purchased a Chicken Burrito and then I asked him to please then add in the only the ingredients that I didn't have a very high food sensitivity too ( I can become extremely I'll, however not die from.) After checking the burrito at home. It was delicious!. Because of the great food, wonderful attention to my individual food needs. This place is so underrated! After two bites of my carne asada burrito I already knew this would be the best burrito I've had since moving to Eugene. I grew up in Southern California so I've been on the hunt for decent Mexican food here. This place is my new fave! Portion size was perfect. The menu on the truck is large and easy to read, although the prices are a bit tougher to read. Lots of parking in the dirt lot. The workers are super friendly. read more

Everyone's raving about this place, but I definitely had a different experience. I wanted a crispy taco, but they don't serve them here. So the gentleman at the window suggested a gordita, made with homemade corn tortillas. I figured, ok, I'll try it. I asked for beans and rice, chips and salsa also. Well, the Gordita was disappointing. Soggy after a short ride home. No beans and rice. And chips from a bag. How can they call it a taqueria when they don't make their own chips??? read more

Make sure you check your bank acc afterwards to see if they took the right amount of money. They took another dollar of the amount that I told them to take for the tip. They also tried to get me to buy these tiny homemade tortillas for a 1$ extra... yeah it's overpriced. Menu was also misleading. Not good. Small portions, long wait, dry meat, bland flavor and out of most everything. Completely unprepared for any quantity of customers. My favorite part was the green tape over the prices on the side of the truck that jacked the prices up $2.00 on some items. I get it, when your the only food truck there you can kinda make your own rules but if there was any competition and I mean any you better drop them prices because your food ain't that good. The truck was at my place of employment today for lunch. They were scheduled to be there from 11-2p at 1245p they were sold out of nearly all the meats. I ordered 3 tacos. I waited 55 minutes for my order. The steak taco has nearly no meat on the taco and the pork tacos were all fat. It was some of the worst food and service that I've ever had. read more
