I'm not even sure there is running water inside. It has the same siding as the apartments behind it, so I wonder if it's ran by someone who lives there? Or if they cook in their home and bring it there? I have no idea. This seems very similar to Joey's Pizza in that as long as you close your eyes and don't pay attention to where your food is coming from, it'll be great. Food itself was quite tasty and enjoyable.
