I bought a CD from this store and opened it in my car right after buying it--the case was empty. I went straight back for help, but they refused to refund me. Most reputable companies stand behind what they sell, not treat every customer like a suspect. It's not reasonable to expect people to film themselves opening a basic purchase. I was shopping for trinkets at my Korean themed meet up last month. I couldn't believe there was no such gift store in Koreatown (Spring Branch) near Super Hmart. I came to Eve Pink II to find cute little things. My audience was more mature than usual K-pop fans. I found Molang Pen to give away. Reasonable price. I also looked at other merchandise which young people gathered in groups giggling. There are boxes above the shelves got a sign to say "don't open". I asked about those, "why not?" A cashier told me that they were lights ticks for concerts. Ah, ok. I was pointed to a sign "No return. No exchange. All sales final" when I was paying. As someone new to buying K-Pop merchandise, everyone there was great and explained what I needed to know and where to find it. They had a great selection of items that varies a ton of well known and new groups/solo artists. I was able to find a Wonho lightstick which had me so happy!! They walked me through how to do preorders on their site and guided me through finding the right albums I wanted to get for Stray Kids. The 1st time I visited this store was back when it just opened & I remember walking inside H Mart & towards the right side I could hear EXO' "Overdose" it happened to be playing on the TV inside the store. This was the 1st Kpop shop I visited & I was shooked because I never thought I'd ever see one of these stores in Houston. After receiving a warm welcome by the owner I asked of she had any merch from a group I wanted & she showed me around the store & pointed out where everything was. She let me look around & later asked what artist i also liked & showed me all the merch she had of them as well. This little shop has all kinds of Kpop goods big & small from key chains, photo cards, posters, wall scrolls, stuffed animals like "Kakao Friends" & of course Kpop Albums! The selection of albums are pretty good they have a lot of the new releases with preorder goodies if the album has any. If you want Boy Groups like Got7, Big Bang, BTS, Seventeen they got you & for everyone who likes Girl Groups they have a solid selection like Twice, Gfriend, Apink, SNSD etc. If you want to check if they have the album before going you can always message them on Facebook. For those of you who are wondering how the album prices are they all vary depending on what album, but they are actually very well priced if you look at online prices of the album you want & add shipping it's really close. If you're still not convinced they get most of the new releases a few days to a week after it drops online so instead of preordering it & having to wait about a month & worrying if it makes it to your doorstep just drive over & get your album right away. I love this kpop store! My sisters are obsessed with kpop so, this is always the place I go to for gifts and presents. They have everything like pillows, mugs, sweaters, and posters. They have everything you could want and need. The only mishap was the pricing of it all. Most of their items are overpriced such as, a necklace being $10 and a pillow being $45. The lady/owner handling the register, was extremely polite and answered all of my questions about her items. She is the best person to speak to for customer service! read more
