    Rita is a true professional! She. Is. On. It. I had my consultation with her about 6 months before my wedding. She was there for me every step of the way leading up to the big day. She knows what she's doing and is always cool, calm, and collected. She also has excellent taste and has that confidence that only comes from years of experience. She knows every vendor in the game, and the second you mention her name to a vendor, their immediate reaction is "Oh, Rita is your coordinator? I love her!" On the day itself, she anticipated every need and her assistants went the extra mile to make us feel so special and carefree. Rita has my full trust and I just couldn't imagine having worked with anyone else. Rita, thank you for everything, from the big details to the small. I will never forget how much you helped make our wedding dreams come true!

    Rita is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Firing our other wedding planner and hiring Rita at the last minute just 3-4 weeks before our wedding was THE BEST decision that we could have made. She immediately took full ownership of the planning, re-did a lot of things from scratch, and went out of her way to make everything perfect. She pointed us to amazing vendors at exactly the price point we requested. Her suggestions helped our wedding be so much classier ;) Rita was immediately available any time we needed her - and I know she had many other events to attend to! Her knowledge of every rule and detail of our venue, her interaction with our vendors, and her resourcefulness were a tremendous help to us. Rita, Malerie, and team's attention to detail, effort to learn my taste and style, and logistical expertise allowed for the LITERAL most perfect wedding that was collaborative and exactly how I wanted from start to finish. I can not begin to articulate how wonderful they were - bringing the right vibes, always solution oriented, working with me to sift through hundreds of vendors, and helping me cope through the good bad and the ugly.     Rita and her team were simply superb! She communicated, helped me book all the vendors, managed all of them and the invoices. She was the perfect liaison and managed the myriad moving parts of our wedding swimmingly. The day of the event, she pulled off the impossible! Just when I was getting overwhelmed (as any bride might) she would show up with a drink or taste of something, a change of shoes, or the exactly the person I was looking for. She and her team pulled off a monumental feat, especially after the crazy cancellations in 2020 due to the pandemic. She never asked for an extra cent even though the workload was double and stretched into almost two years. My husband and I are beyond grateful to Rita and her incredible team. From the big things to the small details, Rita was on top of it all. I will book her for any and ALL upcoming events as it was such a pleasure having her help and guidance.     Rita is a phenomenal event planner. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted. She ordered all of the supplies, decorated the venue, and coordinated the event. We had a gorgeous bridal shower. Thank you for a perfect party.

    Words cannot express how I feel about Rita and all of the work she did to make my wedding dreams come true. Being a pandemic bride extended our planning for almost two years and she was supportive and commutative every step of the way.     I would give six stars if I could to Rita and her team. She coordinated my wedding this past Saturday and it was the most magical, amazing day of my entire life. Everything looked so beautiful and the day went by seamlessly. I got the full service coordinating package so she was with me from day one during the whole planning process and was extremely professional and in constant communication with me the whole way through. She and I saw eye to eye on everything, and she really understood my vision. She also hired some INCREDIBLE vendors. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. Also, her packages are very reasonable for all the services she offers, compared to some of the other planners in the area, so that was another bonus!

The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used rentatheirl equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets.
