Can't speak on the consignment process, but I did notice someone picking up her stuff that they chose not to sell for her. ( she left unhappy with the amount they gave her as well as the clothing she took back home) What I did not like were the customers which is no fault of the store, but I did have to remind myself of where I was shopping and just to keep a smile on my face and my tongue bitten so not to say anything. Over all, I'm sure I'll return the next time I'm looking for deals on kids clothes. I will say be ready to spend a good amount of time looking as the racks are pretty tightly stocked and there are lots of things to choose from.

There was a time not too long ago that felt successful, like a win win situation for all parties involved. But at some point prices started to go up and now I can't justify exchanging some of my nicest baby clothes for a used toddler tee shirt priced a dollar or two below its retail value fresh out of the big brand store it came from. Or a pair of used shoes for practically the same price as new. I shop here because I love the concept. I shop here because I love that shopping second hand keeps clothes out of our landfills. And I used to love shopping here because it was affordable... I probably won't stop coming but my shopping selections have become much more slim and I only go on sale days. If you listen closely you can even hear the snickering in the aisles of other moms appalled by the pricing.

Sale prices were $10 for each item (pants, shirts, dresses and shoes) The store was super cluttered and it was hard to walk through. Boys clothes were on the left and girl's clothes, bows, necklaces and other accessories were everywhere else. Everything was super cute but very pricey! A lot of shirts/pants/outfits weren't organized together and sizes weren't in order. It was really hard for me to really just look through because the racks would also be so tight. I felt quite overwhelmed with the overstock that was laid out all over the store. The lady in the store was nice. She was busy helping another customer though. The store was extremely cold which felt really nice on this hot day. The lights went out suddenly. The employee said it happens all the time... I decided to leave since I couldn't really see much. About 1 or 2 minutes later the lights came back on. I really wanted to like this store but the prices and the clutter was a turn off for me. I hope they organize, get a bigger store and lower the prices a bit. I would be back if that happened.

I got an outfit at Shabby Abby for my daughter in October, it was never washed and I put it on her once briefly to take some pictures in. Upon trying to take it off the snap buttons would not come apart and were ripping out of the fabric. I took it back to the store and was told they'd never had this issue before and all they could do for me is have it repaired. While I was there I asked the sales clerk to grab a brand new outfit of the same design and try to undo the buttons she was unable to do so because they were so snug. They had my outfit for 3 months not once did I receive a call I had to go by the store 3 times checking on the outfit and each time left empty-handed. I finally went back today and was told that I can exchange my outfit for the exact same one that has the defective buttons or get 50% off an outfit. I let the sales clerk who was speaking to the manager on the phone know that I didn't want the same outfit because the weather has changed extremely since October and it was too cold for my 1 year old to wear a short-sleeve outfit and I would like to exchange the outfit for a long-sleeve outfit without defective buttons. I was told that wasn't an option. Once I got in my car I tried to undo one of the buttons that was already snapped together and yet again was unable to do so, clearly the manufacturer needs to be contacted and told about the defective buttons and the outfit needs to be pulled from their racks and not sold to anyone else. I know many of you shop here, I would warn you not to, I know I won't be returning, nor will I shop at its sister store Kisch again either.
