She actually took the time to walk me through some of the common problems so that I can troubleshoot. Once we figured out that the issue will need professional help she got me on the calendar as soon as possible. I was scheduled with Lou A. He was super communicative prior to the appointment. Once here, he quickly diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor and got the ac working in no time. Despite having a jammed schedule he did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. Terrible experience from start to finish. I had two techs come to service my PTAC units. One did a…read moregreat job, the other didn't even bother cleaning the filters in my master bedroom. Immediately after the service, my 4-year-old PTAC started making noise and the thermostat stopped working properly. I called them back, and they sent a tech who insisted nothing was wrong--clearly to avoid holding the first tech accountable. I then hired another company, who found a leak and confirmed the unit was losing freon. When I confronted YuHan, she claimed it was "impossible" their first technician caused the problem and that their company "never makes mistakes." That's hard to believe when they couldn't even clean a filter. She asked me to send pictures and receipts, but it's pointless--she'll just deny responsibility no matter the evidence. She basically said I am lying. I attached a picture, this was AFTER the "cleaning". You can see the line thats leaking. The rep went as far as saying I am taking pictures of a third unit they never serviced, as if I am trying to scam them for a machine that wasn't working. Its ridiculous There are far better companies out there, and I can recommend a few. My advice: stay far away from these guys.
