Super disappointed with Everbowl. The base (both flavors) were icy and lacked flavor,, the granola was the most basic, bland granola, it tasted and looked more like oats, the 'scoops' you get of the toppings are minuscule (if you order blueberries, you get 4, literally 4). They also limit what you can order to build your bowl unlike other 'açaí bowl' establishments where it's unlimited toppings. The only redeeming part of my experience was the staff, they were friendly, helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. read more

I love coming here, especially during the summer. The whatever bowls are my go-to when I want to customize. But, my favorite pre-made bowl has to be the full moon. Tastes like a healthy snickers, this place is air conditioned, which is good in the summer heat. I'm also pretty sure when you sign up on their app you get a free Everbowl, which is only the premade bowl named Everbowl. The service is good, but sometimes they look like they don't want to be there. Nothing too out of the ordinary compared to a lot of the SoCal acai bowl places, however, I did notice that their regular size was a bit larger than usual places, which is super good considering their cheap/up to the regular standard prices! They already have premade bowls for indecisive foodies like me, so I got the Berry bowl, but they also have an option of letting you make whatever bowl you want! This option had gogi berries, so automatic yes for me. It's a quiet place with a few tables if you want to sit down with a friend group of 3-4, otherwise, I would just take it and go. This used to be my #1 place to go grab an Açaí bowl. It used to be the best in town. Actually, I would get a Raviola or something different each time. It was just $9.99 and you were assured fresh, organic, huge quantity of our amazingness. However, it went through a change of ownership or something and.. wow! Now the base is premixed frozen ball of no taste. The margin hungry investors came up with an amazing idea of creating various sizes and charging a tiered pricing. And on top of it, they reduced the size of the largest bowl by at least 20%. Now the 20% smaller bowl costs almost $14-$15 (after tax & Tip).. I think someone recently got their MBA or watched a video on YouTube or something to come up with an excellent plan to rip off their customers! i.e. Reduce the labor cost by frozen (not fresh) premade mix and then charge a premium by introducing smaller sizes. Damn.. congratulations! How is the Revenue? How is the customer loyalty? How is the customer satisfaction? Hope it works for your investors before they flip the business or run it to the ground. Sorry for the harsh review.. it a natural reaction given the strong love I had for your brand before you made all the changes. I heard about the re-opening and was excited to have a better acai bowl place nearby. I haven't had the best experiences at this location previously (service, quality, etc) and I decided to give them another chance hoping there was a positive change.They were out of acai base. A bit of a bummer but maybe it's been really popular contrary to the previous times an employee complained to me that their coworker didnt defrost more acai base. I decided to get a regular sized pitaya bowl. The girl working, while avoiding eye contact the entire time, filled the bowl and the toppings halfway and shoved it over. Still remain disappointed. Everbowl has failed me yet again. I ordered two açaí bowls & chose the toppings. The bowls are legit flavorless & honestly tastes old... It's weird. The ONLY things that are giving it flavor is the fruit, peanut butter, & agave. These bowls are sad & I'm really upset that I paid $10 for these bowls. Ok, so I was a little hesitant to come here because this place has a decent amount of negative reviews. I decided to come anyways and I'm glad I did! My bowl was amazing. I got the coconut ice cream with chia pudding and granola, banana, almond butter, and honey as a topping. It hit the spot. So, here's my horrible experience and understanding; Everbowl agrees to offer DoorDash but they do not finalize the activation and the very uncaring manager Jennifer tells me that this is not a reflection of Everbowl when it is Everbowl who did not setup their bank accounts and DoorDash tablets, etc. I place an order with DoorDash for Everbowl, pay for it, and then two drivers sent their to pick up the order all get screwed over including myself all because of mismanagement. On top of all this, the careless manager Jennifer tells me it's her manager Brian's fault and that I should call corporate LOL. I'm good, I will just take my business elsewhere read more
