OAKBERRY AÇAI @ CARLSBAD Parking is available right in front of this Oakberry. It's located in a plaza, so you can easily park your car and walk to other spots nearby. I love how big the parking lot is, there are plenty of open spaces, and it's completely free. I've always really enjoyed Oakberry, especially their açaí bowls. Today, I ordered online and got the 12-ounce build-your-own, which lets you add as many toppings as you want. Some toppings do cost extra, but I kept it pretty simple. My order was ready right away, and when I walked in, I was greeted immediately. I love the store, it's all purple, super clean, and they have seating on the side along with merch. The staff were really nice, and the girl who helped me was so kind. The açaí bowl itself was delicious with fresh fruit like bananas and strawberries. My only complaint is that I asked for extra strawberries, and they only gave me two, so they're definitely a little skimpy with fruit. But overall, the bowl was great, the staff were friendly, the ambiance was clean, and I'd highly recommend stopping by this Oakberry.

The staff was polite, quiet shop. Good acai, sweetened with guarana which not many acai shops do! Has great options like bowls(which are still in cups fyi) & plenty of drinks, I got the acai matcha -full of flavor and they weren't shy on the acai!

I was fortunate to attend the grand opening to try Oakberry's healthy fast good. It was a pleasure to meet the down-to-earth owner and super friendly staff....very welcoming and laidback atmosphere. You all made my day with the radiant smiles!! I experienced stellar customer service and enjoyed my yummy acai immensely...sooo fresh and flavorful. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it and will be back for more :-)

I was intrigued by this place and looking forward to trying it out! It is a small journey to get there for me so I ordered in advance and decided to stop by the grocrey store there before I went in. My order was ready when I got there and the employee greeted me right away. I thought maybe it should have been in fridge or freezer before I got there but NOPE! It was a little melted but not terrible. Next time, I will be sure to order closer to the actual time I will be there. I was surprised by the different options I have never heard of before in an acai bowl. For example, Chia Pudding and Matcha. Anyways, my bowl had a lot of Peanut Butter it seems (the cheapest thing of course lol) and I don't think I ordered extra. The presentation is more of a cup rather than a bowl which is also different. If you download the app I think you can get points for a small free item. My Acai Bowl was good and I enjoyed it, but I will most likely stick to closer places to where I live :)

I've been waiting for this location to open for months and was so excited to finally try it! I ordered online for pickup and the staff was great. Loved that my order came in a reusable cooler bag! The bowl was the perfect size and tasted amazing. Highly recommend!

Very refreshing açaí bowl! They call it a bowl but it's a cup. Every time I've been here parking was easy to find and customer service is quick! My go to toppings: Organic Granola, Coconut, Chia Pudding, Matcha Chia Pudding, Mango Puree, Mango, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs, & Crispy Quinoa

Pretty tasty. Kinda pricy for the small amount that you're actually getting if minus the other things they add in. Staff is new since they just opened not too long ago. Parking can be kinda crazy if you park in the front front so park a tie back.

We ordered coffee and then started working on our laptops. From the get go we could tell the cashier woman was NOT a friendly person, it was like we were annoying her by being in her cafe. Our goal was to work there for the day and eat lunch there as well. There were hardly any other customers in the place the entire time we were there. At about 11:20 the cashier woman came to our table with our original receipt and showed us the time stamp on the receipt and said, "I told you you can only be here for about an hour, this is not the kind of cafe where you can sit and work all day." I said, "It's only 11:20, it's not even lunch time, we planned on ordering lunch here as well." She just walked away and said nothing. We should have left but we were in the middle of working. We did end up ordering food, 2 avocado toast dishes. They made one of them incorrectly and they tasted just OK. We certainly didn't tip her and we certainly will NOT be going back there EVER again. There are other reviewers who feel the same way about this woman, read carefully before you consider giving this place a single penny, she doesn't deserve your business. We are always looking for nice little cafes to work from, she could have gotten 2 new customers for life, instead she gets this review and maybe one day will learn a lesson.

Everyone, especially my dad because it was his first experience (and he's picky) loved the food, coffee drinks and liquid therapy! The 6 adults (me included) easily finished the pitcher of mimosas, we chose the pomegranate lemonade. Don't even get me started on all the specialty coffees and teas that are amazing and come with art! Everyone loves tea or coffee in my family, my go to is the Blue planet because I love spuralina but I got the yummy Chaggaccino (see photo). My dad loved his espresso! My nephews have returned for the 3rd time and one has some dietary restrictions and was happy they both devoured the strawberry chocolate pancakes. I'm vegan and so happy this is a brunch place that has numerous options instead of 1-2 choices at most other establishments. Super happy with they use JustEgg to make an egg dish vegan friendly! I had the pesto quesadilla with black beans and rosemary potatoes, it was delicious. Can't remember our servers name but she easily a group 6 adults, an almost 15 yo and an 11 yo. It's one of my favorite spots because the staff always make you feel taken care of, and the quality of the meals keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, during my last visit there was a homeless man who came inside with feces on his shoes, and the smell was extremely strong. I truly feel bad for the situation he's in, but it made the environment really difficult to sit in and ended up making us lose our appetite. We actually had to leave because of it. I hope this can be handled in a compassionate but practical way so customers can continue to enjoy the great food and service that Naked Cafe provides.

I appreciate many aspects of the restaurant, including its use of fresh produce and plant-based ingredients, as well as its overall focus on nutritional value. Quality ingredients and healthy eating are central to their mission. That said, I found the food itself somewhat lacking in the savory richness and depth of flavor that I personally look for in tacos. The sides were a good example of this. The beans tasted flat and somewhat undercooked to me, while the rice, although fully cooked, was quite dry. I ended up adding salsa to make it more enjoyable and easier to eat. The salsas also seemed to reflect the restaurant's "health halo" approach - fresh and wholesome, but missing some of the bold, comforting depth I typically expect. One exception was the hottest salsa on offer. Despite not being particularly spicy, it had a pleasant smoky flavor that helped it stand out from the rest. Baja Fish Taco Plate - 3/5. Overall, this was a solid dish. The mahi-mahi appeared to be high quality, and the two beer-battered fish tacos had a nicely crisp exterior. However, the fish itself was somewhat dry. As with the rest of the meal, the vegetables were fresh and vibrant, but the overall flavor profile felt restrained and a bit bland. It could have benefited from more richness and depth. Shrimp Diablo Taco Plate - 3/5. My impressions of the Shrimp Diablo Taco Plate were similar to those of the fish tacos. The shrimp were succulent and properly cooked, but the dish felt lean and lacked the richness that would have made it more satisfying. A touch more butter, sauce, or another source of fat could have added body and enhanced the overall flavor. While the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared, the dish ultimately fell short of delivering the comforting, savory experience I was hoping for. Healthy and organic food are not mutually exclusive; they can have bold, satisfying flavors too. The best versions of both can coexist on the same plate. Haggo's Organic Taco offers fresh, thoughtfully sourced food in a welcoming atmosphere, and diners who prioritize clean eating will likely find much to appreciate. My only wish is that the restaurant would pair its commitment to quality ingredients with a little more depth, richness, and comfort-food appeal.
