Great experience for a grand opening and my first acai bowl! Fresh ingredients and a unique spin makes this place awesome. I came to this place during their grand opening for the free bowls, but I was not expecting it to be so good. I got the classic Everbowl and my partner the Apple Up. The Everbowl had that classic acai flavor but with Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries and granola. Those Blueberries really made it! The Apple Up had a swirl of vanilla and acai at the bottom, then Apple, Cinnamon and granola on top. Mix the vanilla and acai layers together and you've got one delicious combo. They sell smoothies and coffee if you're not in the mood for a bowl, too. Their staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotless, even after being open for an hour and a half and serving tons of people before I got to the register. Ever since my last Hawaii trip, I've been craving some acai and this place came up in my search! I perused their menu ahead of time and decided on a menu item while my husband decided to go ala carte with his order. Ahead of my trip there I thought their prices were reasonable but once I received my total with all of my husband's additions, I was a little less impressed. The food was definitely delicious and the service was excellent but I will probably stick only with the predetermined menu items in the future to keep the price more affordable. I love their variety of bases and toppings and definitely want to go back and try more. So far the cacao wow base is our favorite. read more

I very rarely leave a poor review, but this order was so epically bad I had to. I had such a deeply disappointing experience with this place this morning. I had an extremely rough week and wasn't feeling well this morning, so I decided to spend too much money and treat myself to an UberEats delivery. I ordered the Chewy Bowl and a matcha smoothie. The Chewy Bowl is supposed to be a peanut butter/açaí base with bananas, granola, peanut butter, and coconut on top. What I got was a plain, frozen açaí base with plain granola on top. That's it. Nothing else. I literally could have walked down to the store, bought frozen açaí packets and granola and made this myself. The $10 smoothie wasn't much better - It's very watery and was completely separated like it had been sitting out for a while. Not even sure they managed to get the banana in there. I feel like they threw way too much ice, some matcha powder, and little bit of almond milk in a blender and called it good. I'd venture to say it might be the worst smoothie I've ever had. I'm sorry guys, I really don't like hating on a business, but this order was absolutely ridiculous and I feel completely ripped off. It was my first time trying you too. read more

Pros: * menu! At first glance it may seem limited because the menu isn't super long, but the options are endless. The combinations of bases and toppings you can create are absolutely craveable! My favorite is vanilla, cacao wow, and chewy as the bases. Smalls have 3 scoops, med have 4. If you're in the mood for a med, add another vanilla. It's fluffy and almost marsmallowy. For the toppings I love chia pudding, granola, and peanut butter. Chia with the crunchy granola is . For the fruit, I keep it simple. Although all of them are so good, I tend to stick with strawberries and bananas. After that, I add dried pineapple and cacao nibs on top. So good!! Sweet (but not too sweet), soft, crunchy, chewy! * service! Every single person that I've ever met working there is so nice. They genuinely love their job and care about you and it shows. They greet you when you walk in. They're super helpful when trying to decide what you want. And they keep it clean!! This place has a vibe - healthy, friendly, delicious, calm.
