Came to the market with my because he wanted to eat. He wound up wanting an açaí bowl so we came here. While I was waiting for him to order I saw the Analee making these fruit cups that looked delicious. I wound up getting own and my brother got an açaí bowl. She was very friendly and helpful in making sure we got what we wanted. It also impressed me that when my brother kept asking for one more thing to add to his bowl , her response was eager to serve. This place is very small but cozy inside. The smoothies are so pretty, creamy and flavorful! I got that and the turkey pesto bagel sandwich. Will definitely be returning for more smoothies and food in the future. read more

What a bummer. When this place first opened there was a ton of vegan items I could get. However the last three times I've come in and asked for the portobello sandwich (on their menu), I've been told they don't have it. Tonight I asked the owners son if the sandwich would ever be back. He responded so rudely "no probably not." I expressed confusion because it was on the menu. He shrugged his shoulders and said "it's probably never coming back", another shrug and a sigh. I said maybe they should update the menu, his response? "Yeah we will someday." He was super young, rude, inconsiderate, and seemed too busy to talk to customers. Apart from my first visit, their staff has never been friendly. It's always been kids, on their phones, that would rather tell me they can't help me, than make a sale. The location is RPM (Reno Public Market). The ladies behind the counter were working hard to make sure they were ready for upcoming Grand Opening of the mall. Getting little details dialed in while being newly opened is tough but they did it well. Texting me when my order was ready and then even trying to find me when I missed the text. The Spicy Avocado Toast was perfect in size. Not too much but just enough when you pair it with a juice in the combo. I hope they keep ip these specials because it makes it so easy and is the right amount. The juices and smoothies looked great and they have some things I hadn't heard of. Not a very impressive acai bowl on a Sunday afternoon. Very small serving for about 10 bucks. The acai frozen slushy part lacked flavor and the container was small. Held a half of a banana, small amount of strawberries, a few blueberries, some hemp seed, kiwis and honey. I've had better at other establishments here in Reno. This was the best avocado toast I have ever had. This place is located inside Reno public market over by sprouts. We stopped by here randomly while we were out and about. We had a smoothie and toast. The workers were very nice, they explained the menu when we asked questions. They made our food quickly. Also they can take your number down to text you when your food is ready just incase you walked around. The Reno public market has a lot going on to look at. I'm glad I found this place. Sadly very disappointed! Stopped by on the way to the airport and was in the mood for an acai bowl. The lady taking my order had to call the owner to ask if the small bowl could do choose your own toppings which took about 5 minutes. When she finally went to scoop the acai, it looked liquid. Acai was barely frozen, it was like a melted smoothie. Toppings were yummy but pretty average. Strawberry oats very loose, wish it was thicker and came with a crunchy topping, fruit was very fresh Pretty small for the Staff wasn't very warm or helpful Menu didn't have a lot of information for building your own bowl I'm unsure of what time they open but they seemed to be still getting settled in around 11am on a Sunday, which was fine but it did lead to a lack in attention when I approached the counter. I wasn't greeted an the staff seemed a little distracted and cold. The woman who checked me out was a bit friendlier, but still made no small talk or conversation during the transaction. The menu board itself was kind of lacking in information as to how you would build your own bowl if you decided to do so. I didn't see where any of the bases or toppings were listed anywhere either. I opted for a prefab bowl of the strawberry overnight oats. They were a pretty color and had a mild strawberry flavor but were pretty loose and runny and it didn't seem like the oats had soaked enough in the mixture as they were still pretty chewy. The fruit was fresh but I do wish it came with a crunchy topping as well. And for the price. It was a pretty small portion, only about 8oz which also was not communicated on the menu. Id like to give them another chance and try one of their smoothies since they all sounded so delicious but I definitely would not recommend the oats and would not get them again. read more

Just had the worst experience! My friend and I just ordered coconut chia pudding. As we waited, we were talking to each other about how my phone number was taken and my friends was not, I got a text she did not etc. how was she going to get her food...I told her not to worry they will text me and your order should be ready too. When we saw two pudding bowls being made we thought it was our order, but then one of them was handed to someone else. We joked ...oh they are eating ours...ha ha...they handed my friend the one that was left and then proceeded to make mine. When the young girl pictured handed me mine she stated "don't come around here with that attitude!" Shocked!!! I said what?! She repeated not to come around with that attitude! I said I don't have an attitude. She said I was eyeballing her the whole time and making comments. My friend and I were shocked and said No we weren't! She said, you said those people were eating your food! I said yeah we were joking to each other cause we thought it was ours. Clearly this girl has the attitude and is not a good representative for this company! I wonder how many customers she will cause never to come back before they get rid of her. read more
