I've officially run out of patience. It's been three months since my car was damaged at this location and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I used to come here regularly to wash my car, but on one of those visits, as my vehicle was entering the wash bay, due to the incompetence or lack of proper training of one of their employees, the water hose was left out of place. It ended up getting tangled with my left side mirror, causing the mirror cover to fly off and shatter completely. They had me fill out some paperwork, and the employee responsible told me it would be resolved in three days a week at most. Today marks three full months, and I'm still waiting. RAMÓN, the manager, hasn't even taken 10 minutes to go to Toyota and get the replacement part. Instead, he keeps giving excuses and vague promises that they'll "handle it eventually," with no real timeline or action. We've gone back to the carwash multiple times, wasted our time, and sent countless messages all ignored. They're clearly hoping we'll give up and fix the problem ourselves. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If they damage your vehicle, they will NOT take responsibility. They'll stall, avoid you, and hope you just let it go. I have a brand new Subaru Outback with less than 3,000 miles, and my experience with EverClean Car Wash has been a complete disaster. After using their wash three times, I noticed that a portion of my bumper was pried off and there was a vertical dent on the hood, clearly caused by one of the vertical rollers getting caught on the bumper. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who assured me he would review the footage and get back to me within 1-2 weeks. After **months** of leaving messages, speaking with assistant managers, and chasing them down, I finally got a response. Conveniently, the cameras "weren't working" during my visit, and the manager, David, tried to claim the damage was caused by a rock -- even though there were no scratches or chips to support this. When I insisted on an in-person inspection, David shifted his story multiple times, offering ridiculous explanations like someone "set something" on the hood or leaned their elbow on it, causing the dent. None of this made any sense, especially since my car is brand new, has never been through another wash, and hasn't even had its first oil change. After three months of wasted time and zero accountability, they refused to offer any compensation or help with the repairs. If you value your car, **do not** bring it here. I got a car wash here the other day. A good car wash was what I was hoping for and they delivered. But there were some definite bonuses. The employees were friendly and I got some extra things that felt like bonuses like the lemon scent freshener and the wipes. Even my 3 year old liked the car wash when she saw a smiley face that they made with the soap on her window. The vacuum suction was strong and got rid of the crumbs all over the floor. Just cancelled my membership after several years. Short story - damaged my vehicle, waited weeks for the manager to respond, I was told it was highly unlikely, followed up by "unfortunately our cameras were down" and there's nothing to be done. Convenient timing and unbelievably poor member service. Long story - Nearly 3 weeks ago I heard a bang while getting a wash and due to my lack of sleep from working at 4am I naively assumed something in my trunk fell over. Later on that week I noticed a dent above my rear passenger door. I filed an incident report and waited. I waited for nearly 2.5 weeks before I finally got in touch with the manager, David. I called him twice with no response - leaving messages both times. I reached out to the store once more and employee said they would text him again to see what was taking so long. After finally meeting with him today he inspected the damage on the car and proceeded to show me the inside of the wash and how things operate. Of course they're not designed to damage vehicles, so I told him I understand how it works, but your employee told me over the phone you have cameras at the entrance, the exit, and throughout the inside of the wash. Apparently the cameras, conveniently, don't work during periods of times where there's an incident. I was told due to location it's "highly unlikely" it could have been caused by them but because somehow none of their cameras were operational that day I can't prove it happened. I asked for a regional or corporate manager's phone number and David declined to offer one. I can't express how disappointing of an experience this was. read more

At the window I told them I was trying them out and was skeptical because of the yelp reviews. I purchased the $15 (top wash), received 2 dashboard wipes, 4 drying towels and 2 small scented squares. Super friendly at the window, was almost a bit too scripted. Who wants an ass at the window anyways, I'll take it! Dryers at the end of the wash were not working, soap still on the car after wash, wax spots impossible to wipe, NO TIRE SHINE (I paid for it), vacuum nozzle was very small, and blower for cracks and crevices not working. I approached the shift manager and told him my tires were not shined, soap still on the car and dryers at the end were not working. He acknowledged the faults and said they started using a new soap so they are tweaking how much to use. His answer sounded scripted and I told him I like the answer they have told you to give us. He said no it's really the truth. I let him know I was trying them despite the bad reviews on YELP. He said the thing is those are fake reviews from the competitors across the street. He had no problem sending me through the wash again. He was super nice about it. He met me at the end of the wash to make sure my tires were shined. He gave me the thumbs up but when I got out and looked at my tires I was not satisfied. Picture shows what they consider "shined" compared to what I sprayed on the right side. I had to wait in line again while the girl at the window went through her script. I was offered more wipes while I waited and dashboard cleaning wipes. Shift manager passed me through the member line. Same wash the second time around, soapy, not dried, wax spots I could not get off. I tried, I wanted to like them. read more

I decided to stop at this new location for a car wash as it was conveniently on my way home. I pulled up to the window and the employee was beyond nice and helpful. He was very informative as he inquired if I was a new or returning customer. Obviously I was new. He even gave me towels, car scents and dash wipes! So thoughtful! I've been to other car washes locally and although they are cheaper by a little, they lack the amenities this little gem has! The car wash experience overall was wonderful. My car is sparkling clean! I decided to clean the inside of my car as well and there were many stations to do that! They even had a little air machine to blow out your vents of all the dust and such! So cute! What a fine young man who I give an A + in customer service. The monthly cost seems reasonable for a few months out of the years when the Chicagoland weather is volatile. The wash is pretty decent. If I am in some muddy conditions inside the wheel wells aren't always spotless. A little soap when I'm going through the rinse but I can't imagine it gets much better than this . Try washing it yourself and let me know if you leave a little soap ? They do a great job . If belonging to a car wash club is your thing , I recommend this establishment. read more

Took my SUV here on a Monday morning and opted for the $13 basic wash. Upon exiting, the mirrors, front, and rear windows were still covered in water and soap. The blower fans only seem to work on the side windows. The wheel wells were still dirty. Apparently no wash jets spray in there. I complained to the manager who simply said they are still working out some of the technical issues with the facility. I will not be going here in the future. read more

I have been here a couple of times. Pablo was so friendly and really helped my grandson not be afraid! He was so much fun he smiled the whole time and made silly faces at my boys and really made the experience fantastic. The second time we went we had Alex Johnny and Zack. Again, just so friendly so willing to help and noticed my grandsons in the back and we're so very friendly. Everyone wore masks and explained the process so wonderfully and my car looks fantastic. The people at this car wash are very friendly, but the vacuums have been broken for months now. For a while there were 7 open that still worked. Today they are down to three. I have visited many times and not been able to vacuum my car. The last time I washed my car it was also horribly dirty afterwards. The tires and rims are usually dirtier after the wash than when started. Also the wash is down frequently for service. Lastly, I purchased this monthly subscription when the place first opened and was told I could have the the top wash for the price of one tier down. Now that I have been there for years I noticed I am not getting the top tier wash. read more

The everclean in West Chicago is poorly designed. Soap always left on my SUV. They supplement cleaning on left side and back but too lazy to go to the right side. Not a good value. I also go to Bartlett location. They are obviously run by different people. Design gets soap off, blowers dry the car and workers help clean all sides. I will stay with everclean for now due to Bartlett location. Just sorry I need to drive extra to get a wash that gets all the dirt and soap off.. actual rating is 5 for Bartlett location and 1-2 for West Chicago location. read more

Cool concept of subscription service but the actual car wash operational functions can use work, specifically the drying thoroughness. My mirrors seem to go untouched by the dryers, so they remain spotted with water and soap. When I drive off on north avenue after a wash, the drips fly off and streak along the side of of my car and the soap leaves a stain as well. Also the vacuums cut on and off a few times while I've used them. I'll remain a customer for its convenience, the RFID system is excellent. Just wish the actual cleaning was as good as some of its competitors. read more

I am a little disappointed with today's visit. I've been coming to this place for a couple of years now. I am not a member as I only wash my car every three weeks to a month so the clear coat doesn't come off the paint. The guy at the window tried pressuring me to buy a membership when I told him "no" twice, then refuses to give me the blue towels and dashboard wipes when he gave me the free air fresheners prior to speech. Proceeded to tell me they only give this stuff to members only. What fuck? Umm... No. I've been coming here for the same grade wash for the past couple of years now with 4 of our cars, and never been told this. I argued with dude, then heard management say "give it to her" as he's still proceeding to tell me to get a membership. Went through the wash, came out with soap spots and bird shit on my car still... great! Got it off with water from my water bottle inside my car since I refuse to go back, and listen to that kid again. Word of advise for management, whoever was the cashier at the window on 8/2/20 at 3:40pm - he needs to learn some customer service skills. When someone says no, it means no. Went here with my truck after a weekend of tollway driving. Bought the highest level wash ($21). Told the attendant that there were a lot of bugs and other stuff all over the front end and asked that they pay extra attention to that. He agreed. I was still left with a ton of bug guts all over the truck which I had to clean off myself at home. I can't recommend this car wash. read more

I love this place. I signed up for the unlimited monthly service for two cars shortly after it opened. The wash does a great job and I really like the vacuum cleaners and interior cleaning supplies they give you. The young people who work here are well trained and extremely professional; my hats off to whoever trained them. I've never interacted with anyone at Everclean who wasn't helpful, professional and kind. In fact I recently had a billing issue, my fault not theirs, that was resolved quickly by the assistant manager. Unbelievable service. I'm a customer for life (or until I move to Arizona). read more

Molding fell off car on 04/26/2019. Car was has been open for two weeks. Montez King requested me to complete an incident report and that they would take of it. Employees stated that the parts fall off all of the time, and we were waiting for you to return. Montez and the the new assistant manger stated that they would take care of the matter. 04/29/19 Montez King stated that they would not repair the molding . Also he stated that I needed to educated on why Everclean damaged my vehicle. There is no corpote number for follow up. He personally stated "parts fall off all the time". After the standard I sorry and 15 minutes of wasted time, I am still left with a $300 part that needs to be replaced. I don't need a responding apology and quoting a disclaimer after the fact. Stay away if you have a newer vehicle. Everclean is not accountable to their statements and will have you complete paperwork to give you the runaround after the fact read more

I was there opening weekend (04/12/2019), as we are members of the other location of the same brand (interestingly, the reason we went to THIS branch is cause the back of our cars were all extremely scratched from the manual brush used by the team when you enter the car wash at our normal branch). The under-engine plastic cover on my car got caught on a piece of metal sticking up in the wheel funnel as you enter the car wash (they modified the carwash within days of this happening to prevent further problems for other cars). I have to say - the staff were extremely friendly & concerned - stuff happens - especially for a new car wash. Then, the manager got involved. Accepted ABSOLUTELY no responsibility at all, even tho we were all standing around looking at what it had got caught on. I handed a broken bit of plastic to the manager that fell off my car. Parked my car in the side to get out of the way of other customers, and came back in to the office to chat with the manager further, but the manager denied having ever received the plastic that I gave him no more than 60 seconds ago. When I asked to review the cameras to prove it, he told me there were no cameras at the front of the car wash (right...), and told me that my car was already broken and didn't break at the car wash (again - despite the fact that when it happened, the crew ran out to see the metal STUCK in the plastic that broke AND the fact that I handed him the chunk that broke off AND I had only just had it in for a service with the dealership a few days before with absolutely nothing damaged). It was like the manager thought he was going to be personally responsible for what had happened, and was just lying to get out of any responsibility - it was NEVER my intention to pin blame on the manager - I understand that these things happen, and that was always my attitude. I had several team members apologize for the way the manager was acting. I attempted to escalate to someone reasonable, but the listed emails on their website all bounced, and most phone numbers I found were broken numbers, and the website portal is also broken. I can't recall such a big discrepancy of a professional looking business, but such huge short-falls with management and corporate structure. read more

In response to the cracked windshield on my car the repairman said there was no puncher in the window. Unfortunately the Everclean Car Wash is not interested in customer service or honestly. If u picture shows a puncher u have photo shopped the windshield like u did the first time. read more
