As the appointment date neared, my Mother-In-Law made numerous attempts to reach the office to confirm her driver/pick-up appointment. No confirmation or return phone call was ever received in return. The day of the appointment, she had still not received any contact or indication from All Aboard Medical Transport that they intended to pick her up at the pre-scheduled time. As a result, I had to leave work in a rush to get her to her appointment at the very last minute. When we returned from the appointment, we were surprised to find a voicemail from David Ngyuen at All Aboard Medical Transport advising that there had been a driver on-site waiting to pick her up. Terrible business practice by All Aboard Medical Transport! If you are in the business of transporting Seniors (etc) to medical appointments, then you NEED to confirm with the client that you will be there on said date/time at LEAST 1 business day in advance. This was a very stressful situation for a senior who had never used All Aboard Medical Transport prior. Common sense dictates confirmation of appointments for ALL clients prior to arrival. David Ngyuen was very rude to my Mother-In-Law when she called him immediately after her appointment had concluded and she had received his message. Please avoid All Aboard Medical Transport at all costs until they refine their scheduling/confirming practices!

On our return ride will call, they first wanted to make us wait 3 hours for a pick up. Then I got them to agree to 25 minutes, still long considering Lyft comes in under 5 minutes. Then the driver never showed up. Also, they don't send confirmation texts giving you the car's description and plate number. Very unreliable and I'd never use them again. You get what you pay for.

The guys are ok, but the ambulance is so dirty, food and trashes are all over the ambulance. Pickup was on time delivery was on schedule, but return trip was horrible. They can not wait for 10 minutes. my schedule pick up was at 11:30AM. Due to overcrowd clinic at UCI, I call them at 11:40am for pick up at the driver of the ambulance told me.
