The all you can eat lunch buffet has a lot of delicious variety. The selection can change on a daily basis. My wife is vegetarian and we love all the vegetarian choices. Today, some on my favorite items in the buffet were the tandoori chicken and the vegetable curry. The papadam and the chutneys are really good. What separates Darbar's chutney from others is the flavor and the thickness (while other restaurants water their chutneys down). This is one example of the attention to details the makes this my go to for this cuisine. The folks working there are friendly and provide good customer service. The restaurant is spacious and ample to seat parties large and small. They also have a private room that folks can set up a private party. I look forward to returning:)

And sadly, the chunks of chicken in it were hard, ie tough, precooked for who-knows-how-long-tasting; old tasting. And the sauce was way too sweet. I was disappointed with the $35 bill. We took the food to go. Once we tasted it at home we basically threw it all in the garbage. What a waste but, yuck. Sorry! Ambiance: The place was empty of patrons, and felt like it was closing now even though they still have 45 min.
