There isn't a lot in this mall but they have done a total remodel making it much nicer than it was. The Macy's here isn't a full scale Macy's but still nice. I love the Party City and Ulta. Both awesome customer service. The food court is sad I will agree. Love the Old Navy and will pick this one over Lynnwood anyway. Less messy and way less busy. The theater is awesome as well. Burlington sucks but it does with any location. read more

Of all the malls I've been to, this may have been the most disappointing. Even on a weekend, this mall just felt empty.

When the Everett Mall first opened in 1974 is was the coolest kick in the cave. We all went there. The stores in downtown Everett closed their doors for lack of business. Young people, like myself, hung out there and so the slightly older folks with some money shopped there. This worked until peoples money got tight and these folks shopped where the deals could be found. The internet helped shed even more customers. When Mr. Bills went away, that to me, was the death nail. If it wasn't for the great American company, Sears, I would never go to this Mall. read more

This has got to be the worst indoor shopping mall I've ever been to. It seems more like a flea market. If you're looking for some cheap junk from off-the-wall vendors, this may be the place for you. This mall needs a major makeover to attract some higher-end stores. I just moved to the area and have visited the Alderwood Mall, Northgate Mall, and the Bellevue Mall and the Everett Mall doesn't come anywhere close to any other comparable local malls. read more

This is the worst mall north of Seattle. It has a bunch of worthless stores. Their food court is a joke. One half of the mall is a ghost town. During the holidays, this mall is not even busy.. that says a lot. We only go here if we are specifically buying something we cannot find anywhere else. If I could rate this place a zero, I would give it a zero. read more

If you've ever wondered what it would be like to be the last person on earth, walk through the Everett Mall on a weekday The arcade is practically empty of customers. I'm not complaining, mind you: I don't like crowded malls. It has a nice movie theater too. I don't expect the mall to remain in business much longer, so enjoy it while you can. read more

I was at this mall at a Victoria's secret store a couple months ago with my newborn and needed to nurse him...I asked an associate if there is a nursing room in the mall somewhere,and she didn't think there is...so i asked if she could put the bras I liked on hold while I search for a nursing room.. so I went all over the place looking for one but only found a family restroom..and I didn't wanna nurse my baby there..I went back to Victoria's secret and asked to fit the bras...I asked the lady that helped me if I can nurse my baby In the fitting room...and she was so nice and offered me the biggest room and told me to take my time...which I did....if it wasn't for her, I would've went back to my car and nursed him there...so I'm calling you out Everett Mall, put a nursing room it's our right as nursing moms! read more

This mall is a dump. Plain and simple. It's always been a dump and although they try to fix it up and make it look nicer, the fact of the matter remains...Everett Mall is no good. They need better stores, better food and clean out some of the trash then maybe it will begin to be compared to the Alderwood Mall or *gasp*, Bellevue Square! read more

This mall has been going through some big changes! I love the new furniture, and with the addition of Burlington Coat Factory and a Vapor Bar of sorts, they are primed for the holiday season! I especially like that there is always ample parking, and it isn't too crowded so I have room to breathe while shopping! read more

Its ok. I went on a Saturday. It wasn't as crowded as I expected it to be. I have nothing negative to say at this time.

There is not much in this mall. How does it stay open? The people watching was pretty wild. I'd liken it to going to one of those tent flea markets. If you want to take a gander at some salt of the earth kinda folks and there isn't a county fair or carnival going on...you can always come here to get your fix. This is such a sad old mall. The only reason I ever go is because I am a member of Massage Envy. I also go to Old Navy, but I almost don't consider it to be in the mall since I can go straight in there and straight back out. Other than that, the place is always deserted. The store selection is minimal. It's a much better bet to skip Everett and head over to Alderwood. read more

Well, poor ole Everett Mall..when will it get the ax? I can't imagine it can sustain this economy much longer. Every time I have been here it's a ghost town. I came here for the Santa pictures. Line was short. That was a plus. Santa didnt smile , for both shots, and he didnt bother to talk to the kids. The teen was upset. What? Did he thinks that the teen girl was showing off her baby? Because she doted on him? And showed his displeasure by not talking to them or smiling?? It was her baby brother she had with her. Those pics were for their mom. Who has congestive heart failure and is slowly dying. And they will only have each other when she goes. It was babys first Santa and his big sister was excited. Because this was something special for their mom. And that Santa was a judgmental a-hole in something he knew nothing about, and took an otherwise special picture day forever letting us know how he felt. read more

This place I think is at the end of its life. On any given weekend there are not a lot of folks milling around the stores. You are better off going to Alderwood if you want more selection. That aside, it is nice not having to fight people traffic as you shop. read more

Love the posted pictures, though unsure what's going on in the parking lot... Went here once to return something, don't want to go back. Parking lot had an eerie feel and the building seemed old and uninviting. Generally felt trashy with the quality of the stores and the ghetto people. Felt like I couldn't get out soon enough. If you want to get mugged or harassed, this would be a good place to start. read more

Went to Victoria Secret's and their manager was very rude and un-welcoming, plus the workers and cashiers were very slow and unprofessional. Went to Hot Topic and a girl refused to exchange my unopened purchase even though it was included on the receipt. Nobody greeted me at Ulta either. That mall is a drag all around read more

Horrible experience, BETTER KNOW THEY HAVE WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR BEFORE GOING IN, or you may getl security on you. I went in to Spencer's searching for a container and when they didn't have what I was looking for, they "called security to keep an eye on us" according to the head of security (mr. Lopez) after I confronted him about our experience. After leaving Spencers I was then followed around the mall to other stores, and then out to my car where a blonde female security officer was waiting for me in her security car to follow me out to my car. After entering my vehicle and making my way out of the parking lot, she proceeded to cut me off, nearly causing a collision, in order to snap a picture of the front of my car. I am horrified by my experience here, and although I live about a quarter mile away from Everett mall, and have been a consistent customer for nearly my whole life, I would rather drive any extra amount of distance to go to Lynnwood, Northgate, or marrysville where I would get treated like the respectable human being that I am. read more

The everett mall died years ago. Aside from the movie theater and a hand full of shops the place does nothing but sell garbage. It needs to be demolished and turned into a park or something, the whole area has become a sad fairy tale of blaaaahhhhhh...... If the city of Everett was smart they would try to attract the business's back down town to TRY and bring some variety back. read more

I like how the Everett Mall is a small mall. It has the essential stores I enjoy shopping in (Ulta, Burlington Coat, Hot Topic, Rue 21, Macy's, Spencers and Old Navy). It certainly has a dated feel to it--but frankly I don't understand how the locals here refer to this mall as 'ghetto' when I'm sure they've never set foot in Stockton, California or the central valley for that matter. Our mall back home in Humboldt County, California lack half the stores that this mall has, so I was happy to shop here! The parking was ample, me and the boyfriend found some great deals--the teriyaki/bbq place as well as Cleopatra's Mediterranean Food next door were fantastic, excellent chicken. We found some great deals at Sears and the cashiers were friendly. Burlington appears to be the newest location I've set afoot in, I believe this use to be a Mervyns? One star off for the smell inside of the mall, it has a tad musty scent in areas, perhaps the air conditioning was on low today. I'll be back for more great deals. read more

I have been too many malls all around the world and by far the worst mall I have ever been to is the Everett Mall. I have even been to malls that were closing down you know the type the ones with the broken water fountain and half of the stores are closed those malls are better than Everett Mall. The worst thing about this mall is the selection of stores horrible and not to mention the fact it is directly in between the outlet mall in Marysville about 20 minutes north on I-5 and Alderwood mall in Lynnwood about 20 minutes south on I-5. Also the mall management allows a lot of kids to hang out at that mall and it's no fun trying to shop and walk around the mall when there is nothing but 12 year olds at that mall at 7 o'clock at night. If I could I would give this small -5 stars but the lowest on yelp is one star. Even the selection at the food court is horrible there are five places to eat and maybe three other types of places like a Orange Julius and a off brand Cinnabon. Your best bet if you want to shop is to either go to the Alderwood Mall or the outlet mall read more

Yikes. It's not that this place is scary it's just that it's... sad. There is nothing in it. The stores that are there are pretty lame or don't carry the things they do at other locations. If you need a place to do a major shop (get the kids ready for school and that sort of thing) skip the Everett Mall. read more

This used to be a better mall, but seems like it is in a nose-dive to ultimate mall death as more and more anchor stores are being replaced by stores with names I've never heard of and Only-Sold-on-TV (and apparently in dying malls) merchandise. Walking down any corridor but the center feels a little bit like you are walking down an alley and should keep a hand on your purse - but maybe that's just because I know about the various shootings that have occurred here. If you are coming from the North, spend a few more minutes in the car and got to the Alderwood Mall. If you are coming from the South... well, I know you didn't leave any of that shopping and go to the Everett Mall. The only good reason to go to this mall is to watch them filming here when it is ultimately used as a set for the Walking Dead. read more

This mall is a wonderful local attraction. I love the new Ulta Beauty that just opened and am exited for Burlington to open later this year. In addtion to my favorite stores, Bath & Body Works, Old Navy, Victoria's Secret, Macy's, Wet Seal, rue21, Famous Footwear, Christoper & Banks & Aeropostale, I love that I can also see a movie, the Regal 16-screen cinemas are nice. Plus, I love the convenience of the LA Fitness! It's a nice, comfortable mall to spend time in. read more

Today I took my 10 year old to get her picture taken with Santa. This is the first year I didn't have money to pay for a picture and thought it would be perfectly for my child to see Santa and me get a couple of snapshots. The photography studio Arthur & Associates didn't just tell me I shouldn't one of their associates tried to get in and block the shot and then harassed me so bad I was shaking to take the pictures. I haven't worked in 3 years and all I wanted to do was have my child see Santa and get a picture like everyone else. My poor child was so shocked and scared she didn't even smile in the pictures. I was completely embarrassed to be treated like that. I called Everett Mall and talked to one of their managers and they were super nice and apologized for the behavior of the studio and explained they would make this right. I was glad I called and I feel like my complaint will be indeed dealt with. I am also going to write a review for the photography studio because it was completely wrong what they did. To make me feel so bad for not having money to pay for a picture. I mean every child deserves to see Santa and the memories saved if possible. I thought the way the manager of the mall handled this situation and listened to me was awesome. Thank you. read more
