I tend to only come to this mall for events now, because it's very much so a dying spot. Most businesses are out of there from childhood, whether they've been replaced or went bankrupt, so most of the slots are empty & desolate. The food court was once full of various foods, now only being a food caddies. There's a few chain stores, but nothing that you really can't find at alderwood mall. Sadly Everett mall is very dirty, & makes my skin crawl to walk into, feel unsafe stepping into it. The most recent event I went to here was the witch's event which was held in one of the empty stores, which, was very cool ! Besides that, I take my business to Bellevue but mainly alderwood mall now. It's nice to see that Everett does try to hold events or tries to decorate for the holidays, but it doesn't help hold a reputation. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless your looking for overpriced items, an eerier environment, or really just have nothing better to do

    Sad!

*laughs* This mall is so depressing! I come here because I'm a member of Massage Envy, and it's located in the Everett Mall. But I'm not shitting you, I haven't been to this mall ONCE when it's been even remotely packed. Not even during Christmas! It doesn't help that there are no decent stores. And the food court SUCKS! It's almost laughable to watch people try to figure out what to eat there. Ugh. I think the mall from "Dawn of the Dead" had more people in it...and that was during a zombie apocalypse! And why is that whenever I check in here, I get a warning about gangsters and being shot? EGADS!

So cute!! Very clean and well kept, had a fun couple of hours there! Even though it's small, there is a good variety, had a hard time choosing what to get for lunch because everything looked great! Cant emphasize enough how nice it looks, it's in great condition and I had a great experience. Favorite spots were the arcade and Wishes!

Of all the malls I've been to, this may have been the most disappointing. Even on a weekend, this mall just felt empty.

Its ok. I went on a Saturday. It wasn't as crowded as I expected it to be. I have nothing negative to say at this time.

The traffic around this mall is horrendous. The engineer needs to go back to school and start over again.

This is a great place to meet up with friends for dinner and a walk. I have many favorite restaurants including Hot Iron, China City and Azul. There are many more to choose from and I think I have tried them all. I am always excited when someone suggest something here as a destination. There are also lots of places for just coffee or a drink. I often finish my visit with a trip to the grocery store Town and Country on my way home. It really feels like a one stop destination and I love not having to move the car multiple times. If you have not checked out the walking trail, you should do so. It's nice and shaded so you don't get too hot or too wet depending on the weather. You can take it from behind the Town Center all the way to McCollum park. It's stroller and dog friendly. There's usually other people out and about so you don't feel too unsafe even though a large portion of it goes behind people's residences. I also really appreciate the Summer Concert Series, this happens on Wednesday nights for the entire summer. It's usually cover bands, if you are lucky you can snag a seat at one of the restaurants bordering the forum on their patio, but if not they provide some seating. It's free and a good way to meet up with friends and listen to some music while enjoying the summer weather. It's usually a good time.

That's fine if they charge us but I felt like I was being nickled and dimed during my meal when we were trying to relax during our outing. Las Palmeras is not exactly inexpensive so why not raise their prices a little more, stop bugging the customer about more money during their meal, and provide customers with a seamless experience? They also gave us tiny take home containers when we clearly needed larger ones and they stopped providing after dinner mints. The food was delicious but I left feeling upset that they changed so much in the wrong direction.

I was able to see the product without having to dig through everything making it a pleasant experience. Overall, I felt like through out the store everything was neat an orderly. I felt at peace to be able to browse at my leisure and shop. Shopping at these types of stores hasn't always been this comfortable, looking at you all Ross's. I had a pleasant experience with the greeter/security at the entrance. I felt welcomed and valued. The colognes and perfume are a great value if you find what you're looking for, comparable to the online discounters.

The place was littered with products, which made it difficult to maneuver around the store. Three woman stood near the back door shooting the breeze, as well as a person with a "Loss Prevention" vest on. I had been there about 20 minutes earlier, when one woman at the door stated where I could find what I was looking for, at the opposite end of the store. Unable to find the item, I walked around looking for an employee to help me, but no luck So, I went back yo the back of store and saw a young man exiting the back room. When I asked for help he pointed me towards the same area and said I would have to look through all that is scattered. What? There are now the women I mentioned chattering away. I was pretty upset and asked for the manager, when he seemed to page. The women were now smurking,, including the one with the vest. I don't think she was doing her job as she was facing the door. As I waiting for the manager I said, "Apparently, you are all off the clock and if someone doesn't help me soon, I will be leaving my cart where it is and walking out. One stepped up to help, but could hardly contain herself. I suppose the entire nonsense was a source of amusement for them. I had about $200 in my cart at this point. I decided to take two cheap items out of the cart and checked out. As an aside, they are not the nest price in town, other places are cleaner, more helpful, and fairer priced
