Local Lime and City Silo are both fun and delicious places to eat at now. Due to its popularity, on some weekends it's well nigh impossible to find an open parking spot. So, my family and I have adapted to patronizing this area during the middle of the work week. We were lost of where to look and luckily one of the employees got free and came over to help. My husband explained his predicament and he took us over to the area he needed. I can't remember his name, but he was on it. Took my husband's quick measurement to get an idea of what size to look for. Had my husband try on a few jackets to pin point the perfect size. When he figured out what he exactly needed, he had to go to the back since none were up front. When he got the jacket, he looked for a pants then took is over to the fitting room so my husband can try them on. As he was trying them on, he got someone from the back and explained we needed alterations done. She measured my husband in seconds like a pro. We then were taken up to the register and rather than just dropping us off to the worker who was working the register, our guy stayed with us til the end and took care if ringing us up. On the day of pickup tho we didn't get a call to let us know it was ready. We stopped in to see if alterations were done and they were.

Great customer service....there were 3 very attentive, yet not overbearing sales associates that provided service on this recent visit. They were friendly and efficient and made me feel awesome about spending a lot of money for sweatpants. I like to mix and match and go between the men's apparel and women's apparel and sometimes when I do this I get odd looks or a sales associate will ask me if I'm shopping for my husband or boyfriend. Um no. I'm just a really large woman and sometimes men's sweats look good on my butt. Well today that didn't happen so I was able to avoid that awkward exchange. And for that, I am grateful. Wonderful selection and a really decent final sales rack - more so than what I've experienced at other locations. And they reminded me that a few of my purchases came from that rack so that was great attention to detail. This was my second time shopping at this location and like Arnold, I'll be back.

I used to buy their stuff not only bc it was the "cool brand" but it was actually good quality stuff. Now I wouldn't take it if someone gave it to me for free. It all feels terrible compared to my older stuff and I hate how the customer service has dropped with it.
