Upon my return I noticed two very obvious stains. So I respectfully declined taking possession of the defective item. I was offered five dollars by an associate for dry cleaning. Long story short I rejected that offer as well, I received a replacement pair of slacks but took a $12 alteration fee loss just to be done with this inconvenient ordeal. I will also end up paying for another alteration. In closing I'd advise MMW to simply do better.

When I visited the Wolfchase Galleria recently, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have returned. In my opinion, they are still on top of men's fashion with the selection of suits, casual wear, and men's accessories (ties, bowties, pocket squares, and cuff links). When talking to one of the sales persons, he informed me that they have signed a 10 year lease with Wolfchase Galleria so they plan on being around for a while. I highly recommend Bachrach and am glad that they are back in Memphis.

I've been to my share of BR's and this one's staff is truly top notch. They carry themselves with such class and are SO helpful. You would think, you were in a high-end boutique, not a chain store that you can find in a mall. After stopping in this location several times, I can confidently state that the staff do not wait for you to ask them for help. The absent-minded teen is not employed here. I have never seen a staff member using a personal cell phone or displaying similar unprofessional behaviors. I like the clothes at BR a lot. I love how attentive and professional the salespeople are. For example, they will start a dressing room so you're not lugging your potential purchases through the store. However, they are not intrusive or overly chatty. They were also really good about bringing other sizes to the dressing room and checking other stores for desired items. This shopping experience is well-suited for busy men and women who do not want to be slowed down by inept cashiers and the like.
