The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Since I booked through ClassPass, I just had to show my ID and sign in. I was directed to where the women's locker room was as well as where the class would take place. Since I was there early, I sat in the sauna for a bit to warm my body. It was very clean and the perfect temperature. The studio itself was fantastic and the aerial silks were placed just the right distance for us to swing. The teacher was amazing and was great at giving instruction and coming around to help us get into each pose and ensure we were doing them properly. I felt really stretched out after and left feeling like I got a great workout! I am so glad to see a gym offer aerial classes and cannot wait to return again!

Most of the front desk guys ignore me during front check in and only seem to acknowledge people they want to flirt with and get super loud with their male customers. Super uncomfortable environment as a woman. I'm planning to finish out my membership and switch to Equinox. They are opening one in Burbank in June 2026. I'm paying way too much for limited equipment access and an environment that feels like a men's jock locker room.

Everyone minds there own business. You dont feel judged. When I say they have about almost everything you need im not joking. Their gym equipment is very modern to help build your gains. Additionally they have a physical therapist and about 30 trainers in total perhaps about 6 daily. They have a refrigerator to store your lunches in, a water cooler, private lockers and showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The only downside is you may feel crowded when you workout bc of all the variety of gym equipment but this gym is meant to keep a threshold and did i mention this gym is 24/7??? Take advantage if you're early bird. I struggled a bit with their equipment ngl, bc im still a newb to weight lifting and im not familiar with seeing equipments having an on/off switch to load/unload weights however, i thought it was cool. I really enjoyed their dumbells and im glad for the most part, everyone reracks them. Sadlly im a starving student so it doesnt fit my budget yet. hopefully it will in the near future. I wish them the best. this gym deserves a lot of recognition!

Now it feels like the company is doing everything possible to push lifetime members out by raising prices, limiting access to clubs, and refusing to honor agreements at many locations. On top of that, the overall quality of service has gone downhill badly: * Many machines are broken for long periods of time and never get repaired. * Cleanliness in several locations is unacceptable. * Staff often do not care when members complain or request repairs. * Customer service at the front desk is dismissive and unhelpful. When members bring up concerns about broken equipment or poor conditions, it feels like nobody listens. Loyal customers who supported this company for decades deserve much better treatment. To the CEO and leadership team: please remember that longtime members helped build this company. A lifetime membership should mean lifetime -- not constant restrictions, price increases, and pressure to re-enroll. 24 Hour Fitness needs to start respecting its loyal members again before more people lose trust in the company.

*SIGH* I've been on…read morethe cusp of having to pull my membership because 85/mo for someone who does such mid workouts is bordering on laughable. But. 1. Months ago, I lost my grandmother's ring. Poof. Gone. Somewhere in the gym, that ring was twinkling around, and I could not find it. This was ALSO the day my hot water heater died, so I desperately needed a shower and it was just -- I was spazzing. Carley, one of the wonderful receptionists, scoured the gym with and for me. She checked corners, retraced steps, talked me down from CrazyTown, and pulled out a broom to do a literal sweep. She found it. I just. GIRL. 2. Today, a woman who cut me off and brake-checked me repeatedly *followed me into the gym parking lot*. I entered the space pretty frazzled and shaky after the altercation. Amanda, the manager, took one look at me, asked what happened and if I was okay, and proceeded to have me breathe with her to calm down. And you guys. If I'm not a sucker for good, caring customer service... But I'm also a sucker for good *employer/employee* service and I really think I see that here too; the desk folk stick around for years, they work out in the space, they seem to really get along with each other, themselves, AND the clientele. Less personal story time: they actually use the AC and keep the space cool, they aren't bumping club music constantly, they're 18+, I saw a gal with a tripod set up ONCE and that shit was nipped immediately... So fine, you win, Everfit! My comically lame workouts continue because I don't think anyone does it better.

I canceled my membership approximately two months ago and joined another gym because management…read morerepeatedly failed to address what I believe was a serious and ongoing safety concern: excessively loud, concert-level music being played from opening to closing. This was not an occasional issue. The volume was consistently overwhelming, and my phone regularly measured levels above 110 decibels. It often felt less like a fitness facility and more like being in the front row at a rock everyday cofor 70 mins at a time. I personally saw members covering their ears, and numerous members expressed the same concern. Even high-end noise-canceling headphones did not make the environment tolerable. Despite repeated requests and emails asking management to lower the music to a reasonable level, my concerns were ignored. A fitness facility has a responsibility to provide a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for its members. When management receives repeated complaints about excessive noise and chooses not to act, it reflects a serious lack of concern for member well-being. I do want to recognize one Saturday staff member who was consistently professional, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, that level of service was the exception, not the standard. Ultimately, I took my business elsewhere. My new gym provides a much more professional atmosphere where members can exercise without being subjected to unnecessarily excessive noise. Management at this location would be wise to take member feedback seriously before more customers decide to leave. As a business owner to another I would rid of people who don't value my company now look at my legs press
