I really wish I would have known that Daniel existed several years ago when we purchased our first…read morecar. Working with him was as good as it gets! I loathe going to a dealership and this made the car buying experience much more pleasant. Daniel walked us through the pros/cons of buying vs leasing, and found us two cars that matched our overall household car budget. We ended up purchasing a new car and buying out the lease on our other car, which Daniel also helped us do without paying any sort of penalties. And the car we ended up purchasing was a car a never knew existed until Daniel brought it to us as an option. Besides staying within the parameters of our budget, Daniel actually brought us cars to our HOUSE to test drive and personally delivered our new car to us. As a working parent with two young kids, that alone saved us countless hours. I'll never set foot in a dealership again!!

I own a 2012 Mazda 3s, which I have posted on Craigs List…read more {https://denvercraigslist.org/cto/d/masda3s-touring hatchback/6740984113.html} for the amount of $8,800.00. This morning I received a text from a person interested in purchasing the Mazda and we had planned to meet at 2 pm so they could test drive the car. Upon asking the persons name I was told his name was Daniel. Daniel asked me for the vin # (which is already listed on CL),he asked; if the car had been in an accident, had hail damage or had the car been smoked in? I told him no accident and I don't smoke but it had minimal hail damage (cant notice it) and I sent him more pictures that weren't on CL. @ 2:01 Daniel called while I was in transit and I told him I would soon be there and he told me his car was in the shop and he had to wait for it and now we couldn't meet until 2:30 - 2:45. My son and I went straight to our meeting destination because we didn't want Daniel to have to wait for us if we were going to be wasting time while we were waiting for him. My son and I waited for Daniel in a parking lot starting at 2:15. At 3 pm Daniel texted me and said he pulled the car-fax and it indicated accidents and before he headed down there would I go down on the price? I hesitated answering him because I knew I had not been in an accident not in the Mazda or any other car and I had to contemplate what was going on. I did text back with a "possible" of lowering the price and I thought maybe if he saw the car he would see that the car is nice. Daniel said his ETA to be there would be 3:30. At 3:45 Daniel was still not at our meeting place and therefore; I called him. Yes, I called HIM. He did not seem to have any intention to call and let me know he'd be backing out. When he answered he acted confused about who I was and why I was calling and only seemed to "recall" when I mentioned the car and that it was past the 3rd time he said he would meet. Daniel told me during this conversation that he had a friend he was looking at the Mazda for and he didn't know that she didn't want a hatch back and he wouldn't be coming any longer. I am upset because: -We came to find out that Daniel is an auto broker, which he could have been up front about it from the very beginning. In my opinion concealing that information is bad business practice. - Why did Daniel as a broker not know his friend didn't want a hatch back? - My son and I wasted 4 hours of our day trying to accommodate Daniel in which 1 1/2 hours was waiting for Daniel in a parking lot. - The "accidents" on car-fax were (2) minor window replacements and a no fault minor bump in the rear in a parking lot while I was in the store that broke the lens and put a dent in the hatch that was repaired with new parts. People should find out what happened before assuming anything major. - This is my experience today which has concluded me to believe that I was treated without consideration and with a person who is driven by self motivations. It is in my opinion that a good business seeks mutual benefit for all parties concerned and in this situation trust could have been developed with honesty from the beginning in knowing the true intention of what his motives were. He could have told me he was trying to make money off my car. Helen

I had a timing code on my wifes VW due to neglect, mostly on my part. The whole 2 qts that was in there was really dirty. Tried adding oil and clearing the code, but it kept coming back, misifiring out the wazoo. So I let the car sit. After about a month of pondering what to do, sell it for parts, scrap it, swap it.. Eventually decided to throw a dart in the dark, had it towed in, spoke with Hardeys and explained the situation. Guy called me the next day with great news, as we avoided catastrophic failure. They ended up fixing it for under $1500. Finding a shop that is honest, wont try to convince you that you need a new engine is unlikely these days, unfortunately. Especially when that is the conclusion youve come to yourself. My only complaint is they wont work on my other (domestic) vehicles because theyre not German Honestly, thank you guys so much. I will not take my (German) vehicles anywhere else

I recently brought my Audi A5 in for a water pump replacement and new brakes, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The work was completed quickly, the quality was excellent, and they came in about $500 less than the other shops I priced. It's hard to find an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced shop these days, but Hardeys MotorWerks checks all the boxes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service. They've earned my business for years, and I'll continue coming back.

Jesse is so respectful and professional! I am impressed and will be a returning customer! It's the little things, my truck is looking even better w the new window tint. Don't know about tint or clear film for the body installs, this review is only for my experience in…read morethe last three weeks with getting clear film installed on the front windshield. Friendly people, if you can get ahold of someone BUT I would not get a clear film protection installed on the windshield. They don't have the correct film, maybe it's the same file they use for the body - even the guy taking off the film said they don't have the correct film for the windshield. It's like looking through beer goggles while driving. Found this place on Google with top reviews, which now I'm surprised. My mom just bought a brand new Toyota and I wanted her to get the file on the windshield because of all the rocks in CO. She already had the body film protection installed from factory. Well, she called and scheduled and they said she can to wait for the car in their "new waiting room" - it will take about two to three hours. She was there probably 20 minutes and it was done She called me and said it was really blurry and the whole windshield wasn't covered only the middle part I called a few friends/places and they said depending on the temperature it might take a few days to two weeks to settle and look good. Three weeks later (I was out of state) and I finally test drove the car - it's horrible, I actually got a headache after driving for about ten minutes. I'm amazed at how bad it was and that they actually let someone drive like that for safety concerns. Not to mention an older lady. Scheduled an appointment yesterday to come in today and fix it. Well, she gets there today and the guy that was there didn't know anything about the appointment. He said even if he reinstalled the clear film, it would be the same as they don't have the correct film for the windshield. ‍‍ So he just pulled the film off and said to call Ernest for a refund. I will update this review and add a couple stars when the owner, Ernest finally calls me back and sends a refund and makes this right. Not much to say, just a bunch of wasted time on the phone and in person at this point. Update 10/19/25 The owner did call back apologized, offered a refund and to redo the windshield when the new roll of film comes in with their mobile service. Appreciate owners like this actually caring about the customers, the business reputation and owning up to what happened.
