They will drown you in paperwork at the end so make a list of all the things that you think you are getting because if it's not in your paperwork it does matter what was said. First, they charged $825, which is $200 more than most dealers. Then they mucked up the appointment time by an hour and a half, leading to 3 hours at the dealer for what is supposed to be a 30-60 minute job. They utterly butchered the install. They carpeted OVER the front bed hooks and Boxlink plates. They carpeted over the drainage tubes for tonneau cover, making them inaccessible. They carpeted over the tailagate, despite explicit and repeated instructions (including that day!) not to since the truck had a ProAccess tailgate that would be rendered unusable. They miscut the holes for the storage bin, bed lights and ProPower port and did not secure them, leading to gaping, misshapen holes, and room to stick your hand in behind the loose carpet. See pics for all of the above. After pointing this out, they refused to take responsibility. They claimed they "had" to carpet over the tailgate, and that they did not cut any holes...it arrived from Ford that way. Two other dealers looked at their work and said these rugs do not come precut, and they had never seen such shoddy work. (This is my third F150, and my third Sportliner...I know how they are supposed to look.). The only solution and end result: I paid a reputable dealer to rip out the ruined Sportliner and throw it away, bought a new one, and had it installed correctly at another dealership. It was done in an hour and for hundreds of dollars less. Caveat emptor.

Now my experience was special. I was trading 2 Vehicles and Upside down a lot so i understand the lengthy process. The Experian Identity check that they have you run did not work for me. And it's a required process through the dealer. But they did find a way around my having to do facial recognition. I also got Cut back a check for some leaks I found on the vehicle after the test drive. This was the longest part. I waited over a week to hear back from anyone about the checks. After communicating several times they had to split the checks in two. And required a manager's signature. At this point i waited over 3 weeks. But it is understandable. Overall, it was a Good buying experience and they worked with me on trade-in value and price of the vehicle and even cut back checks for leaks. It was a lengthy process, But everything takes time. Rhay & Paul were great, And straight forward with value and what was actively being done.

They charge over $200.00 for diagnostics if your warranty doesn't cover their findings. However, this specific part was covered.. After getting it inspected from a different mechanic who took literal video of the problem, I took it back into this dealership and showed them the video and asked them to address that problem. (along with an oil change) The guy who checked me in, informed me that it would close to a week before anyone could look at it due to recalls. I said that was fine and by the end of the day, they messaged me that it was already done... Suspicious considering he said he had over 60 cars to handle prior to mine. That tells me they did the diagnostics as quickly as possible to get it out of the queue. Upon reading the report, they found all these other things that supposedly needed to be done but somehow hadn't found any of these issues when Id taken it in a month prior AND a few months before that?! Strange... They also basically said that this grinding was due to feathered/cupped tires. When I addressed their findings regarding the video I showed the intake employee (the ACTUAL thing I wanted diagnosed), they said there was no issue with it. Which was absolute bullshit. They didn't want to address it because it was covered under warranty and they didn't want to put in the work for free. So they just made a list of these non-urgent things that needed to be done in the hopes it would satisfy the $300.00 I had to shell out for an oil change basically. I took it to another independent mechanic and he took his own findings, submitted it to warranty and it got approved.. WILD how an independent mechanic can handle such a simple thing but an actual dealership strung me all over the place for months out of pure laziness. If you have a Jeep, don't go here. If you have a warranty and know there's a covered part that needs to be addressed, don't go here. Unprofessional, condescending and unreliable.

Please allow time and make sure you eat something before traveling down the new vehicle road. Shorter staffing also made for butt-numbing waits. I have patience however. So no big deal. Last minute inspection took a day and a half, and they told me to come at a specific time to pick it up. I arrived a little early via a Lyft to find out it would take another hour. I had to wait in an overheated customer lounge wiping sweats from my brow. A phone call would have saved me the precious time. But I won't ding them on the review due to that. Just wanted to mention to please call if delays are happening. Thanks. They optioned to swing me through a drive-thru as I waited but I declined because Red Lobster doesn't have a drive-thru.  I am very pleased at the customer service and all the hand shaking by different members of the team. Before 2200 miles, I would have absolutely rated this 5 stars. 2) product - be weary about buying. My entire Infotainment system went out after 2200 miles....This leads me to the warranty. 3) service - I was not able to be seen within a timely manner here so I went to the dealership in Centennial (they have a lot on their plate, have less techs, and very limited loaners (After about 2.5 weeks, I was 5th in the queue)). Centenniel ran their own tests and stated the entire infotainment system needed to be replaced. I was told the part would be in on August 19 (after already being delayed). I made an appointment for the 24th. Upon arrival after a 40 minute commute, I was told the part had not arrived yet. Overall, I'm pretty frustrated as this is completely unexpected for a brand new 2026 truck with 2200 miles on it, in conjunction with the prolonged time and inconvenience for the respective warranty repairs.
