They will drown you in paperwork at the end so make a list of all the things that you think you are getting because if it's not in your paperwork it does matter what was said. Also they say it is the buyers responsibility to ask that the car comes with 2 keys...Overall it was a OK experience but don't let yourself get to tired to make sure you are getting what you expected

Brought my 2016 Ford Expedition in to replace the rear camera due to a recall. The first time I…read morebrought it in, they kept it for two hours while I sat there waiting, and Daniel (worst technician I've ever encountered) wanted to charge me for a diagnosis after doing nothing but breaking my tailgate. I brought it back after discussing with a manager that the camera issue is covered under warranty, and they decided to have Daniel touch my car again. He claimed the "sCreW wAs rUstY" so it broke. The supervisor was there and told him to replace the screw he broke. They also replaced the camera but didn't run the LIN initialization test that programs the camera to work with the car. Daniel texted me saying he will charge me $250 to run a diagnostic test on it to find out why the camera wasn't working. All of the work I needed done only pertained to the camera and it should all be covered under warranty, but Daniel tried his hardest to charge me for whatever sorry excuse he could. EDIT in response to the reply from the business, every time I leave a voicemail for the manger, Daniel calls me back, and he's the last person I want to do business with

Overall experience was great. Liam helped and was a top notch employee. All options on purchasing a…read morevehicle were put on the table. It was a lengthy process taking hours. Please allow time and make sure you eat something before traveling down the new vehicle road. Shorter staffing also made for butt-numbing waits. I have patience however. So no big deal. Last minute inspection took a day and a half, and they told me to come at a specific time to pick it up. I arrived a little early via a Lyft to find out it would take another hour. I had to wait in an overheated customer lounge wiping sweats from my brow. A phone call would have saved me the precious time. But I won't ding them on the review due to that. Just wanted to mention to please call if delays are happening. Thanks. They optioned to swing me through a drive-thru as I waited but I declined because Red Lobster doesn't have a drive-thru.  I am very pleased at the customer service and all the hand shaking by different members of the team. Get a car here. You'll be glad you did.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. This was, without question, the worst car-buying…read moreexperience I have ever had. From the very beginning, even the negotiating process was a nightmare. I had to make call after call just to get basic information, and almost nobody ever returned my calls. I would leave voicemails, send texts, and wait days for responses that often never came. Every step of the process required me to chase someone down, and no one seemed willing to take ownership or follow through. I purchased a vehicle that had to be shipped from out of state, and the communication only got worse after the sale. No one clearly explained how the shipping process worked or what I should expect. When the vehicle finally arrived at the local dealership, they had no idea what they were supposed to do with it. It was obvious there was little to no communication between the dealerships, leaving me stuck in the middle trying to figure everything out myself. To this day, no one can even give me a straight answer about something as simple as how I will receive my license plates. Every person I speak with gives me a different answer or tells me they don't know. I continue to get transferred from person to person, only to end up in voicemail after voicemail, with promises that someone will call me back. They almost never do. To make matters even worse, the vehicle came with only one key, and that was never disclosed before I purchased it. An OEM replacement key and programming cost hundreds of dollars, and this should have been communicated upfront instead of becoming an expensive surprise after the sale. Throughout the process, I also felt like I was talked down to and dismissed because I am a woman. Rather than listening to my questions or providing straightforward answers, I was often treated as though my concerns didn't matter. It was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Buying a car should be an exciting experience. Instead, this entire process was stressful, confusing, exhausting, and full of unnecessary headaches. The lack of communication, lack of accountability, poor coordination, and overall customer service were some of the worst I have ever experienced. Once they had my money, it felt like no one cared about helping me. I will never buy another vehicle from AutoNation, and I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them--especially an out-of-state vehicle--to think twice. If you value communication, honesty, and customer service, take your business somewhere else.
