Told me I should have left and not got serviced and how I should have called right away I told him to rewatch the video I was on the phone with Jiffy but called the wrong one. Said he would refund me and this is the end of it. I contacted Logan Bennett who was super nice. Said he would talk to his employees and use this as a teaching lesson. I said thank you that is all I wanted just say hey don't speak to our customers this way. He said he totally understood and would be checking the video himself when he gets back to his desk. I did get a refund but it isn't about the money it's being told to shut my mouth and then basically being called a liar by Dustin. I've gone to this location for years for all my cars and never had a problem until today. I was waiting outside for them to arrive and a car swooped in and tried to cut in front of me. When the tech showed up I rolled my window down and said Sir, hey I been here for 20 mins and he screams at me to shut my mouth and just goes on a rant yelling for a few mins. I pulled in got out of the car and he smogged it and I went to pay and I was like sir I wasn't trying to be rude I just wanted to let you know I had been here but you didn't need to scream at me to shut my mouth. He aggressively and with so much anger tells me he doesn't need me telling him how to do his job. I said I am so sorry in no way was I trying to tell you how to do your job I was just letting you know I was waiting and I am so sorry if it came out that way. It's just basically getting the loose dirt off, so that your car is presentable but definitely not gleaming. My main issue with this visit is that the car wash broke a part on my roof. I noticed it while drying and reported it to Nick, an employee, who documented the damage with pictures and called his manager, Barbara, for guidance. He told me that she would call me later that day, Saturday 4/11/26. She didn't. I left a message on Sunday and went back to the car wash on Monday, fortunately Nick was there again, he called Barbara who said she'd call me ( no specific time frame provided). She finally called me Tuesday morning. She said that she watched the tape, saw that I discovered the damage and reported it. She informed me that she can't see how the car wash caused the damage and she knows that her company would not pay for it. I asked her to escalate the issue anyway and she said that she would. Then, I thought if they have cameras that saw me drying the car, they should also have cameras as I went into the car wash, this could prove whether or not the car was damaged before I went into the car wash. So, I texted the number she called me from and have yet to receive a response, a week later. If you care about your car, do not use this car wash! When I told my neighbors about what happened, two of them had similar stories. The damage, the report and then the ghosting. My next note/call is to the Better Business Bureau.

Morning crew is AMAZING! I work in the same parking lot and sometimes I'll pop in on my lunch…read morebreak. (11:30-12:30) They are always so friendly and every interaction with them is a pleasure. Afternoon crew is RUDE though. I came in after work today (around 3:30) and both the cashiers were unprofessional. The guy was just sitting at the register so I smiled and said "hello" and brought my 2 items. He looks at me with a blank stare and asks "are you with them?" Gesturing to this woman with a bunch of children running around the entire place. They were grabbing stuff, not even ready to check out yet. I said no and backed up, I was annoyed but it wasn't a super big deal. Like 3 minutes go by and nothings happening. I checked my phone for no more than 30 seconds and now some girl behind the counter is like "HELLOOO?!" I look up and suddenly another register is open. I smile at the new cashier and say hello, she rolls her eyes and ignores me. After the transaction I said thank you and goodbye and this woman continued to act like my existence is bothering her. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary, even for a gas station.
