Unlike many auto repair shops they are not money hungry or deceitful. If you need an oil change, they will not say you also need a new ignition system. Strongly recommend! read more

Zion was very helpful in walking me through the stuffs that needs attention in my car. I appreciate the diligence

I normally don't trust auto repair shops, because as a woman they always treat me like they can walk all over me. At Evergreen I didn't felt that way. They were professional and courteous and a great help with my car. They gave me good advice about what to do with my car. I'll definitely will go back in the future for car repairs. Thank you! read more

Don't take your car here they can't fix anything and they don't listen to any of your concerns. And now my car smells like armpits and ass fucking clowns read more

Went for just an oil change. They did a full inspection and suggested a few things be replaced at my next oil change. They even looked into an electrical problem that I've been having. read more

Excellent service and very fair competitive pricing. I will gladly come back here again for future repair!

I brought my X3 M40i in for an oil change, brake pads, sensors and to clear all these faulty codes BMW has on the hard computer. I am very particular on who gets under my car but these guys did a great job. The computer system was reset and the nav works so much better. The brakes make no noises very smooth ride and they finished my car in a very reasonable time. Very friendly staff and quick to respond. Thanks Evergreen Auto!! read more

Excellent service! Duncan and his team got me back on the road after my harmonic balancer went out. Will definitely be coming back!

Awesome service and value if I lived in the area this would be my go to shop. I went there to have something installed in my van.

I took my high mileage Rav4 to Evergreen Automotive and I was very impressed with their customer service. They quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle, and they described the repairs that were required and gave me a firm quote to fix the problem. They even gave me a lift home as the repairs were going to take the better part of the day. read more

They are reliable and up front. Now, I found a gem close to my area. I will recommend this place.

They took my 81 Corvette in and did a nice job of getting everything electrical fixed. I just love how every gauge light, dome light, hood light, etc. works perfectly. They even invited me into the shop to see other cool cars being worked on!! The mechanics all came up and shook my hand. Great bunch of people, including Jenny the owner. I'm gonna bring my 73 Plymouth Roadrunner over there too. read more

Evergreen Automotive - Thank you Evergreen Automotive for your excellent work on my 81 Corvette!! - Auto Repair Near Me - Tacoma, Washington

Don't go here! I asked them to look at a pulley i thought was loose. The spent less than 10 minutes with my car then said it was the pulley and wanted to charge me near $500. This after lying that they would not charge to attach a lower engine shield because I have the parts and hardware. Took the car for an estimate elsewhere and they discovered that it wasn't the pulley at all. Instead, it's a bracket that was loose and rattling against my oil pan. They tightened it and voila. No more rattle and no expensive and UNNECESSARY pulley replacement like these guys insisted upon! Save your time, energy and money and stay away from these crooks!!! read more

Great service! Bryson was great! Got me in the same day. My spark plugs were toast. Hard to find to get work in on the same day. Really appreciate getting back on the road without worrying about breaking down. Thanks guys! read more

At last, an honest mechanic shop! My new permanent stop for automotive needs is Evergreen Automotive.

I usually never do a review on sites. But I had to share about the outstanding service I received. They did awesome work on my Pontiac I brought in for repair. I've been to many shops over the years an I will recommend this shop to anyone lookin for a trust worthy auto repair shop an good honest prices. Great customer service an knowledgeable staff. read more

I've been going to Evergreen for the past few years, and every time I've gone there with a need, they've gone above and beyond to fix it. Jenny (owner) is always helpful and knowledgeable, and her staff is wonderful. Their work is impeccable, and most of all, they don't charge an arm and a leg! I'll continue to bring my family's cars to Evergreen. read more

Love these guys .. I could not ask for a better shop all my stuff will go there for now on and I'm telling my friend to go there as well. Best place around !! read more

We've been coming here for a few years and a glowing review is long overdue. We always get great service, including fantastic communication. Prices are competitive and staff is knowledgeable. Bonus points for being a well run woman owned business. read more

Looks like the only satisfied customers who come here are those that came to pimp their ride. I know it's partially my fault for not doing research about my problem before coming into the shop, but I thought it was a simple problem that had an easy fix. Instead, I left with my car worse off than it was before. When I called to ask about it the next day, they insinuated that I was making it up and didn't even offer to look at it and fix what they broke. I ended up spending a lot of money in labor because they didn't listen to me when I clearly articulated my problem. I only found this out afterwards when they came out to explain what they had been doing for that hour of wasted time (mine and theirs). Do not bring your car here. read more

Nice people. I'm sure they are good mechanics. But, I had a problem with the front end of my truck with the steering, and noise in the rear end. Came in for a 1 hour diagnosis, and I ended up paying $100 for them to take my truck around the block and tell me to take it somewhere else. Jokes on me I guess. read more

Friendly knowledgeable service. VERY honest! Every car problem that I've taken here, they always give me options and recommendations instead of trying to sell me on repairs that are less glaring. They've always come across like they actually care about customers instead of just being out to make money. Will continue to take any automotive problems here and suggest you do too. No BS shop. read more

Have been taking my 65 Galaxie in for work at this shop and been thoroughly impressed! They did a great job of installing new rear end gears and posi, a new starter and brake booster. My favorite part is that they keep you informed of work progress, give you a fair quote upfront and always call if there is a question, unanticipated problem or change. Great customer service and Chris is a terrific mechanic. My car is show quality and they kept it inside for all the work and took great care. It's hard to find places that still do dependable work on old school rides and know what they are doing. If you are looking for a place to take your hot rods and musclecars that you can trust, this is the place! read more

Fast and as priced! Plus ran by great people. From the time I called to when work was completed was less than 2 hours.

This place is under new management and she is awesome. Willing to listen and give her honest opinion. I took my car to a Nissan dealership and they wanted $7000 for repairs. I took it here for a second opinion and 1/2 of the items listed on the dealership estimate were bogus. Quick turnaround and excellent service! My car is running 1000% better! I highly recommend!!! read more

Jenny and her crew are awesome. The ultimate in integrity and customer service. I stumbled upon her shop while randomly looking for service for my motorhome two years ago. I was quoted $3000 in repairs at Scarff Ford Auburn and Evergreen got the same work done for less than $700! They have been my go to mechanic for all of my family vehicles ever since. If you are looking for a reputable shop that will do quality work in a timely manner for a great price, look no further. read more

Great customer service! Very friendly employees. They got my vehicle done in a timely manner. I'm really please with results. Highly recommend Evergreen Automotive read more

Had noise after spending over $1100.00 on brakes and belts, I took it back. They quoted over $1000 for rear brakes and master cylinder. Took to another car shop (Westons) and they said I still had 60% on rear brakes. The noise was the front bearings, they were working on that wheel 1 week before. A bunch of ripoffs. Would never recommend read more

This is the best auto repair place! I can not tell you how many times they have saved me money. We have all 3 cars serviced here and every time I walk away feeling very satisfied and so grateful to have a shop that takes such good care of me. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch. I first found the shop several years ago when my son had some major work on a money pit of a BMW. I asked for bids on everything that needed to be done. Jenny gave us by far the best price for the work but also took the time to explain what we should do in priority of safety. I so appreciated that. Most recently, I took my Camry hybrid in because the braking system was malfunctioning. I had received a recall notice from Toyota and called them asking if the malfunction was related to the recall and was told no. So I took it in to Evergreen. Jenny said it absolutely is related to the recall. Sure enough, once I had the dealer fix the recall issue, the braking system worked fine. Her integrity is unparalleled. I will never go anywhere else. read more

I spent almost two months screwing around with different auto repair places trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with my car. I finally came back to Evergreen because Jenny was the only one who I felt was giving me straight answers. EA spent countless hours on diagnostics and only charged me for a fraction of those hours. I know if I had taken my car anywhere else I would have been charged for every second! EA has my business for life! read more

I got a quote for 2-3 hours for the repair I needed, from Jenny the owner, before I brought my truck in. I left my truck with them but had a hard time getting the parts I needed for the repair. It took a lot longer than we all expected. Once I finally got the parts it took 3 weeks to get my truck back. I felt like I was being punished because I couldn't locate parts quick enough. When I got the call from Lee that my truck was ready he told me it took 10 hours for the repair! No phone call to tell me it was going to take longer. When I told Lee that I had been quoted 2-3 hours he said he would talk with Jenny. I had to call them again the next day. Lee called me back and said he talked with Jenny and they would reduce the hours to 6.5. If you want to get a different price than what is quoted, come here. Otherwise steer clear. read more

I have had Evergreen Automotive work on all three of my vehicles. Each time it was for a problem that was more than routine maintenance and the problem was accurately diagnosed and fixed without extra time, parts or visits to the shop. I recommend Evergreen to all my friends and family for repair and routine service. Great shop! read more

I would first like to say do not use EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE car repair shop at 8411 pacific highway. I used this shop to have them install a fuel injection system. It has been a real Hell of a experience. They had my car 3 weeks because the shop mechanic told me he does not know any thing about this fuel injection system and was having a lot of trouble programing it. Two days after I got the car back it broke down and would not start. I had to have it towed home and later towed to there shop. The Shop told me that the throttle body lost its programming. when it was time to pick up my car again, there exact explanation was that we do not know why it lost programming an we are not going to fined out why. I was told I could call the manufacture technician myself. I did just that when I got the car home. The manufacture technician told me that the only way it would lose programming is when its not programmed correctly from the start and no other way. EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE SHOP does not want to warrenty or back up there workmanship. They wrote on my invoice that they will not go any further into this vehicle and I should take my car to a different shop if there are any issues with it. I feel the owner was very rude during are conversations and has a poor customer relationship issue. read more

I take all my personal and work vehicles to Evergreen. I always get honest and upfront pricing that is reasonable and fair. Brake jobs, trailer and vehicle electrics have been repaired and fixed correctly the first time. read more
