I brought my X3 M40i in for an oil change, brake pads, sensors and to clear all these faulty codes BMW has on the hard computer. I am very particular on who gets under my car but these guys did a great job. The computer system was reset and the nav works so much better. Don't go here! I asked them to look at a pulley i thought was loose. The spent less than 10 minutes with my car then said it was the pulley and wanted to charge me near $500. This after lying that they would not charge to attach a lower engine shield because I have the parts and hardware. Took the car for an estimate elsewhere and they discovered that it wasn't the pulley at all. Instead, it's a bracket that was loose and rattling against my oil pan. They tightened it and voila. No more rattle and no expensive and UNNECESSARY pulley replacement like these guys insisted upon! Save your time, energy and money and stay away from these crooks!!! read more

Looks like the only satisfied customers who come here are those that came to pimp their ride. I know it's partially my fault for not doing research about my problem before coming into the shop, but I thought it was a simple problem that had an easy fix. Instead, I left with my car worse off than it was before. When I called to ask about it the next day, they insinuated that I was making it up and didn't even offer to look at it and fix what they broke. I ended up spending a lot of money in labor because they didn't listen to me when I clearly articulated my problem. I only found this out afterwards when they came out to explain what they had been doing for that hour of wasted time (mine and theirs). Do not bring your car here. read more

Nice people. I'm sure they are good mechanics. But, I had a problem with the front end of my truck with the steering, and noise in the rear end. Came in for a 1 hour diagnosis, and I ended up paying $100 for them to take my truck around the block and tell me to take it somewhere else. Jokes on me I guess. read more

Have been taking my 65 Galaxie in for work at this shop and been thoroughly impressed! They did a great job of installing new rear end gears and posi, a new starter and brake booster. My favorite part is that they keep you informed of work progress, give you a fair quote upfront and always call if there is a question, unanticipated problem or change. Great customer service and Chris is a terrific mechanic. My car is show quality and they kept it inside for all the work and took great care. Had noise after spending over $1100.00 on brakes and belts, I took it back. They quoted over $1000 for rear brakes and master cylinder. I got a quote for 2-3 hours for the repair I needed, from Jenny the owner, before I brought my truck in. I left my truck with them but had a hard time getting the parts I needed for the repair. It took a lot longer than we all expected. Once I finally got the parts it took 3 weeks to get my truck back. I felt like I was being punished because I couldn't locate parts quick enough. When I got the call from Lee that my truck was ready he told me it took 10 hours for the repair! No phone call to tell me it was going to take longer. When I told Lee that I had been quoted 2-3 hours he said he would talk with Jenny. I had to call them again the next day. Lee called me back and said he talked with Jenny and they would reduce the hours to 6.5. If you want to get a different price than what is quoted, come here. Otherwise steer clear. read more

This is the best auto repair place! I can not tell you how many times they have saved me money. We have all 3 cars serviced here and every time I walk away feeling very satisfied and so grateful to have a shop that takes such good care of me. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch. I first found the shop several years ago when my son had some major work on a money pit of a BMW. I asked for bids on everything that needed to be done. Jenny gave us by far the best price for the work but also took the time to explain what we should do in priority of safety. I so appreciated that. Most recently, I took my Camry hybrid in because the braking system was malfunctioning. I had received a recall notice from Toyota and called them asking if the malfunction was related to the recall and was told no. So I took it in to Evergreen. Jenny said it absolutely is related to the recall. Sure enough, once I had the dealer fix the recall issue, the braking system worked fine. Her integrity is unparalleled. I would first like to say do not use EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE car repair shop at 8411 pacific highway. I used this shop to have them install a fuel injection system. It has been a real Hell of a experience. They had my car 3 weeks because the shop mechanic told me he does not know any thing about this fuel injection system and was having a lot of trouble programing it. Two days after I got the car back it broke down and would not start. I had to have it towed home and later towed to there shop. The Shop told me that the throttle body lost its programming. when it was time to pick up my car again, there exact explanation was that we do not know why it lost programming an we are not going to fined out why. I was told I could call the manufacture technician myself. I did just that when I got the car home. The manufacture technician told me that the only way it would lose programming is when its not programmed correctly from the start and no other way. EVERGREEN AUTOMOTIVE SHOP does not want to warrenty or back up there workmanship. They wrote on my invoice that they will not go any further into this vehicle and I should take my car to a different shop if there are any issues with it. I feel the owner was very rude during are conversations and has a poor customer relationship issue. read more
