I've been coming here pretty consistently for the last 6 years. I initially did not like this place that much until a newer lady (never got her name, just knew by face) joined in 2018 and started doing my brows, and I was so amazed by her carefulness and gentleness that I had a hard time being sent to the other ladies working there and would even queue up for as long as 30+ min so she could thread my brows! I even had a hard time going to other threading salons because she was so good. She left a few months ago and every time that I come here now and get a different lady, I'm literally just on the edge of my seat with lots of anxiety that they don't hate me and mess up my brows because I had a strong preference for my threader. They turn out fine most of the time, but I experience redness from the pressure they put on with the thread and constantly working on the same spot. It's a hit-or-miss place and it always hit when my favorite threader worked on me but now it's literally a gamble between hit or miss when I get thrown to the first available lady. Still, can't beat the $5 price for decent threading and they probably don't have any competition for that price point.

I will be doing this service again. The eyebrow lamination/tinting... will not be doing this again. It seems like a waste of money. The shape of my eyebrows is not great, I don't really think they look fuller, and yes they look a bit darker, but i feel like it only highlights the gaps of missing hair even more. First and last time doing eyebrow lamination or tinting. You can't really see in the photos, but one eyebrow is definitely thinner than the other. I hope they can grow out fast so I can repair the damage.

It makes it convenient and so much cheaper to do these services. I just make sure to tip appropriately cuz these ladies work hard. The only con I can see is that sometimes they are super busy so I try to go during downtimes so i don't wait too long. Everything is clean and I always have good brow shaping.
