    Delicious hot Chinese cuisine!

Love Evergreen Buffet! As we all know, hospitality is half the pleasure of dining out, our server, Brenna, was most hospitable and attentive to our dining needs! Evergreen serves a great eggplant dish... omg, their "volcano" dish is excellent, made with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp and jalapeños in a delicious oriental sauce! The ambiance is quite spacious and comfortable. #SatisfiedCustomer

Now that they have opened for Carona, the food is awful. It must sit for hours. Rubbery shrimp and dry meats. I hope it gets better.

This place is pretty good. I mean its a Chinese restaurant in america. Only complaint is the cream puffs sucked.

I love going there to eat with my friends. Can't beat that good fried rice and General Tso! Not very expensive either!

In addition to noodles, the lunch special came with your choice of soup, a spring roll, or 2 crab rangoon. I opted for the crab rangoon. I also ordered 2 dim sum dishes - the shrimp dumplings ($6.50) and snow mountain lava buns ($6.50). The crab rangoon came out first, and they were delicious, hot, and crispy. Then I got the dan dan noodles. The noodles had a bit of a kick, but they weren't overwhelmingly spicy. They had a nice chew, and I slurped them up happily. I just wish there were more noodles lol, but the portions were pretty typical for dan dan noodles at Greater Cleveland restaurants. The dim sum was great. The shrimp dumplings were tender and juicy, and the buns were so fluffy. Be careful eating them though, or you might get hot, delicious egg goo all over your hands, lol. The staff is very no-nonsense. The service was efficient, and I made it in time for my Red Cross appointment. Note - the restrooms are super clean and even smell nice!
