I informed them that I was taking a 3 week trip overseas and they expedited getting the device to me in time to test it out before launching out on my trip without taking my CPAP. Starting week 2 of my trip and I really must say, this works like an absolute charm. The only drawback is a slight soreness to my jaw in the morning. Dr Greiner says he can take care of that the next time I am in Seattle. They are a great group and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their bulky CPAP even if just for trips. Instead, no one contacted me at all until I reached out myself days before my x-ray appointment, only to be told (for the first time) that I never qualified for coverage in the first place, and that I'd supposedly already been informed at my first visit. When I pointed out the mismatch between what I was told and what was now being claimed, the office dodged responsibility rather than acknowledge any communication failure. "Hey, so sorry no one reached out to you to follow up. We'll make an effort to fix that in the future." That's really all it would have taken. Instead they went with "We never said that, we already told you." Which is honestly just...why do that? So weird. Tldr: great doctor, but if you go here then get all your communications in writing because their admin WILL gaslight you if they make a mistake. Especially so if you have any doubts at all about how they deal with insurance.

Several times when calling their office, there is no answer on the main line, or the medical assistance line, and your only option is to leave a message or call back. If you leave a message, it is apparently a big black hole, the call back from them is hit or miss. It has taken me 2 weeks to get a sleep aid prescription refill through her. I am out of the medicine which I take twice a week and it is the only way I get a good night's sleep. Her concern level, at least in my case has been poor.

I heard my dentist and the other dentist saying/yelling in the office (while I'm sitting in the chair) that if I didn't pay I don't get the device. My dentist came back into the "cubicle room" and explained she would knocked off $100). I want to make it clear I asked about price of the device prior to going and after I was brought back into the dental office for a second fitting. It was the end of the year and I had already paid a few hundred dollars. I also want to make it clear the individual who coordinates with the insurance company was a negative nightmare. Without a doubt negative energy / negative person (in my experience). Below is my response after being told I'd be issued a refund TWO months later: ~~~~ Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate your attention to this matter. I must admit, I found it rather amusing as well that I was charged $500 in December, especially considering the circumstances surrounding my inquiry about the charge. Unfortunately, my interaction with M left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service. In light of this, I'd like the refund for the overpayment returned to my credit card. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you require any further information or documentation from my end to process the refund. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Buyer beware and don't be bullied by the male dentist or their unprofessionally childish back office.

I especially highly recommend the hospital doctors that saved my life when I suffered acute respiratory failure with hypoxia. Here are reviews of two doctors that really made a difference in my health. Very very impressed with both Dr. Young and Dr. Picazo, who both work in pulmonology critical care. I met them both at the end of my hospital stay after I had initially been admitted to the ICU during a frightening, truly life-or-death medical crisis. Both doctors were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly highly talented physicians. Despite their obvious expertise, what stood out most was how personable, compassionate, and down-to-earth they both were. Both doctors surprised me with how relatable they were. I felt relieved and comfortable asking questions during an extremely stressful time. I would recommend Evergreen Health to any and all looking for expert, compassionate and affordable care. I wrote to Evergreen's billing department this: I recently received a bill for $361.63 for an ER visit. My insurance covered $2,632.93 for it. That seems like fair compensartion for a 90-minute visit. Given that I'm retired and on a fixed income, is there any way that Evergreen can forgive the balance? Guess what they said: No. They offered a payment plan. Isn't over $2600 enough for a quick visit? This is what is wrong with our healthcare system. Sheer greed. I think I'll choose another provider in the future.
