This hotel is not claimed but I will still do a brief review. I honestly had a good experience with this hotel. Stayed one night after all day wine tasting. The service was good and the girl at the front was very sweet and informative on what to do and where to go. They charge $45 if you want an early check -in. However, if you don't want that you can leave your bags and wait to check in. The rooms are very new and refurbished, since it's a new hotel. It's located on a very nice modern location and only 10 minutes away from downtown Temecula. They have coffee and tea and snack bar for treats. Also, if you want a too you have to Check out the iron & board at the front desk. The parking is free, which is good! The only issue we had was that the water faucet was broken. Other than that, everything was a good experience and the hotel provided cleanliness. I will stay here again! -Marshay D.

Stayed here for 3 weeks due to military PSCing. If you know you know this is a stressful process. I have a 7mo old and a dog that will be flying overseas with my husband and I. While we expected not to stay here long you know pscing never goes smoothly. I do want to start off by saying the guy who checked was helpful and very accommodating. I would like to say the manager is not. Every Monday housing keeping comes by and I respectfully decline service being that I do not need someone to make my bed once every week and I take my own trash out and towels to the front as well as clean and sanitize my space. Having a dog for safety reasons and respect to the staff i tell them he's in the room. Being human I don't want people bothering me or in my space every week. It was said it's policy to inspect the room even if service is decline but my first full week I declined and nobody came by. The second week a little after 12 someone came by and asked if I wanted service I once again said no. I have a dog in the room I don't need service. The manager was waiting at the end of the hall watching as the guy was speaking less than a minute later she calls the room saying they need to inspect. Mind you like I stated no issues with the room did not have a problem. I told her come around 3pm someone I could get my baby and dog together. I waited for someone to arrive and they did not come at the 3pm time frame. When going up to the front and asking what was going on because it was inconvenience to me in the first place I was told the person was on their lunch break. In which a hour because a call would've been nice to say hey 3pm doesn't really work how about 3:15pm. Or even yet schedule a time that would be beneficial for myself, my son and my dog to but out the way. After been told this I was asked about stay addition days in which I notified the front desk staff Wednesday afternoon days before the original time was going to be up again because the needed more time for getting our paperwork together via military wise. I was told the information was going to be sent to my husband and I said ok since he's on another time zone anyways. The issue was the manager stated they never got authorization back but my husband who I talk to everyday never received anything from them. She also later stated the dog wasn't on there too which sounded odd being that he was there with me since the original check in date and all I needed was more days added to my original reservation. When someone arrived to my room she was terrified because my dog was barking at her being that she was in the room and he's very reactive to strangers in his space. She only looked in one room but claimed they were there for a maintenance check mind you it is two rooms. Like I said the whole situation seemed suspicious and rubbed me the wrong way because I decline house keeping a week before with a problem and this particular week it was a problem. I do not like people in my business or constantly in my space especially at an inconvenience to me. - no it was not a wellness check both my son , dog and I leave the room 3 x daily for bathroom checks - my son has a portable play pack system for safety , portable high chair - I use a towel on the shower floor and bathroom - sanitize daily OCD reasons - dog has portable crate systems - everyone ate & had clean water to drink from bottles etc - told it was a charge for towels all hotels provided towels that are white for sanitary purposes. Said it was stains on the towels like they were not used because they were god forbid I bleed on a towel accidentally or my sons spits up or something and the towel is stain I'm pretty sure the brand of hotel is not bad but it's just the people they hired if you don't not want to work in hospitality pick another job

Hand prints and sewage!!! Put your feet in there after paying for it!!

Alex and Aaron helped us and were so friendly. All the staff here actually are super friendly and helpful. Serviced golf carts are available if you don't feel like making the hike (or are too drunk) to make the trek up to your accommodations. The view is gorgeous from the top! There's a fire pit and jacuzzi available. Our room was nice and cozy and we greatly appreciate the complementary note and gift. The only thing that wasn't working in the room was the TV. We just wanted some background noise and we kept finagling with it but no luck. We did let the front desk know and they're aware of the situation. We didn't have any issues with noise but maybe we were lucky and didn't have anyone else staying nearby. All the wine and food here is delicious. Really can't go wrong with this beautiful winery and no need to leave really. The only suggestion would be for the coffee shop on site to be open in the morning instead of later on in the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back again!

I cannot say enough how much I HATED this experience. I will also NEVER trust Expedia again, because their customer support was completely worthless in getting this resolved.

I'm a Gold member that doesn't really give you much benefits anymore. They used to always give me water and points, something from the store. I will have to inquire about that. My first thought as soon as I walked in the door was this giant chandelier that had not been clean or dusted in years, it was quite disgusting. They do offer a decent breakfast, it has a omelette station that was actually really good, something for most people. My omelette was really good, especially with that salsa! The line was huge at the omelette station. I was happy to have a conversation with the two chefs (Jacob and Sadiel) that we're working on 8/6/26. Sandy who was whipping up the eggs on 8/7 so kind, and of course, a shout out to Davion. They were awesome, actually probably the best part of the stay. They were so excited that somebody acknowledged them, look them in the eye and said hello and thank you, that was me saying that, how hard is it to be nice, say hi and just acknowledge people? My correspondence through the chat app, linked me to Cesar, he was the one that reached out to me often to see how things were going. Well today, I will share with him some of my views.. Not happy about not being offered water, nor was there any of my room, even though they did have a coffee maker, I guess you use water from the tap, I never do that. They did have a little fridge, but their room was very old and banged up. The bed made a lot of noise and the mattress was very old, bed frame seemed broken. Our room never really cooled off. Can't really say the shower was good either, turned on the showerhead, but there was more water coming out of the bathtub part than the actual shower, how frustrating. The pool looked great outside, although we did not take advantage of that. The hotel was full of kids. The pool was full of kids. I think this location has turned into a location, staycation for families that have a lot of kids that dining room this morning was packed full of children. This Hilton property has turned into a low budget hotel, I guess that definitely needs love and a facelift. For that reason and others, I could not recommend this. I JUST CAN'T

We were especially impressed with the nice bathroom with large shower and separate tub. Check-in was easy; like an Airbnb a simple code for room entry was provided and payment was made online. Like an Airbnb, bring your own amenities; other than soap and towels, nothing else was provided in the bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. We planned a stay here just to relax and rediscover what a nap is. The huge downside for us was that the walls here are paper thin. The noise from the room next to us kept us from being able to relax or sleep and even woke us up the following morning. Conversations, the television, and the lovely sounds of snoring could be plainly heard by us. The most irritating noises from next door were the sounds of a babbling toddler who enjoyed running around the room; we were mistaken to think this is an adult-only type of villa. We booked this property back in February due to a wine tasting tour that we scheduled for Labor Day weekend. We liked the fact that it was part of the pickup/dropoff route for our Grapevine wine tour and is within walking distance from Old Town Temecula. The property itself is just ok. We had all of the basic amenities that we needed but it definitely isn't a Marriott, Hyatt, nor HIlton property. Breakfast was included from 6:30am to 9:30am and your typical hotel breakfast buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, various breads, cereals, waffle maker, yogurt, etc. The dining area seating is somewhat limited (we were always able to get a table) and there is patio seating outside (facing the street). The only thing I disliked about the breakfast was the scrambled eggs as they appeared to be the powdered kind. The breakfast attendant was also very rude. Did not smile once and always seemed like the guests were intruding her work. She would also get in the way of the guests and would not excuse herself. As for the room itself, we booked a suite and a suite it is not! Basically what makes it a suite is a sofa (not sure if it turns into a sofa bed). They do have a Keuring machine and a mini fridge, but there's no kitchen, utensils, dishware, sink, etc. The room was very clean and the bathroom was big and for the mobility impaired. The gym was very clean and you could tell rarely used. The temp was 76 degrees and the gauge was locked (albeit to make you sweat lol). The laundry room was a joke! Located on the 2nd floor with the ice machine, the cost is an astonishing 4.00 for the washer and 3.00 for the dryer! I guess that is a sign that they discourage their guests from doing their laundry. Not only that, it's one washer and one dryer on one floor for the entire property! I did bring 5.00 in quarters with me as I expected the wash to be max 3.00 and the dryer 2.00 as I have NEVER stayed in a property that had those kinds of ridiculous rates for their laundry machines! Now's where it gets even better...I asked the front desk clerk for 2.00 in quarters (I had enough for the wash but not for the dryer). She informed me that she did not have any quarters to give out. I asked her how can you not have quarters on hand for your guests to do laundry? She shook her head and then sent me to the 76 gas station across the street for quarters. I told the gas station cashier about the hotel clerk referring me to him for quarters and he was flabbergasted! He said he barely had any quarters for the store and was kind enough to give me the 2.00 in quarters in exchange for my two dollar bills. Upon returning to the hotel lobby, I informed the front desk clerk that the gas station cashier said for them not to be referring guests over there for quarters and the clerk just shook her head again. Lastly, there is an indoor pool which I found strikingly odd as most pools in So Cal are outdoor year round with Temecula being in the desert and on the warmer side. Overall, had it not been for the terrible customer service, I would have rated this property 3 stars but I will definitely not stay here again if I'm in the area again.
