We're very pleased with Luke Williams' work to refresh the concrete surfaces around our home. Our pool deck and patio area were looking shabby and we sought out ways to improve their appearance with something durable and good looking. We researched various solutions and determined that concrete stain and seal would work for our needs and budget, particularly when compared to concrete overlays or replacing the concrete with pavers. When he came to give us an estimate, Luke provided ideas and impressed us with his enthusiasm, professional manner, experience with concrete stain application, and ease in communicating. Based on his recommendations and fair price offered, we decided to refresh all of the concrete around our home, including our driveway and front walk. After we agreed to the terms, Luke scheduled our work out about 3-4 weeks, which allowed us to seek HOA approval in the mean time. He kept to the promised schedule. The entire process of cleaning, priming, staining and sealing approximate 2300 square feet took 2-1/2 days. Luke and his co-worker, Brett, were very conscientious and hard working throughout. They arrived at 8:30 am on the first day and by around 7:00 am on the second and third day. They were meticulous in preparing the surfaces and keeping them clean, applying the materials in a caring manner, and cleaning up after each phase of work. Luke kept us informed about their progress and was courteous to the many neighbors who stopped by to ask about their work. The finished product is very impressive. I have been designing concrete for more then 20 years and have never left my clients without giving my absolute best to any of my jobs. I love what I do and continue to do all my jobs by myself to guarantee the best result. We did 85 homes last year and I would say it was one of our best years. Every job was a referral. Unfortunately I had a few different situations were I was being harassed and if you look on my Yelp you will see there are 3 different 1 star review from people I have never worked for and they all came in at the same time and day. I then did one of my last jobs for the season and it was a rather small job for a lady that was never home while job was done and then never paid me and posted the before pictures of my work then gave me a bad review. It's unfortunate that Yelp will allow this kind of behavior to sit on my Yelp page but I will assure you that this will make me deliver even better quality of work for my upcoming clients and go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of what is expected from my future clients. I guarantee that there is not a company out there that uses better products or a better method then what I can deliver for my customers and I will prove that these reviews are completely false from who I am as a Buissness owner. This is the third time leaving a review for Luke, yelp likes to take good reviews off i guess but i really felt that i needed people hear what i had to say because i read a few of the reviews in luke and honestly the bad reviews that were written were obviously written by unfair individuals. I have seen luke do over 80 homes in my naborhood throught the years and one in perticular was done about 6 years agi and i have watched that concrete not change. So i went with luke to do a rather large project for me and i could not be hapoier with the results. This guy really is a pro and even after 3 month i accidently peeled out in my driveway and called luke and he was out the next day and fixed in for free. Highly recommend. This is the second time leaving this 5 star review for Luke, for some reason yelp likes to delete good reviews and leave up bad reviews, kinda strang business model if you ask me but anyway Luke did about 40 homes in my naborhood over the years and his work speaks for itself. I haven't seen one go bad and the first home he did in my naborhood over 5 years ago still looks like new so I decided to use him on a rather big project and I don't have 1 bad thing to say about him from the time he started to the end he was so kind and respectful. I had a leak under one of my concrete pads about 3 months after he had finished and it only took 1 call and Luke was back and spent three days fixing the area. Everlasting Design's owner Luke does beautiful work and is a man of his word. He and his crew brought our patio to life last year with a great job. His knowledge of the product, identifying what we wanted with respect to colors and pricing were very thorough and very fair. When some of the areas began to flake, Luke was quick to get back to me and when he saw the flaking, stated "this isn't right". He returned in a timely fashion and with his crew put another stain on the entire patio and resealed. Luke and his crew did a spectacular job and our patio looks beautiful! We hired Luke after seeing the completed job of a neighbor's driveway. He explained that ours could not be brought back to perfect condition but, assured us minor cracks would be less noticeable (and they are) and the color would resemble the original blend (it's very close). The job was done in two days as promised due to the long hours and hard work of both Luke and Austin. **They also suggested we power wash and seal the brick stoops and patio in the backyard. They did an awesome job with our concrete. We had a pool put in a couple years ago and the concrete never matched our older existing concrete, which is to be expected, but ours was real bad. Never was happy with the concrete overall. Luke stained the new and blended it with the old. After that sealed everything and came out beautiful. You can't tell where he did blended it.
