I blamed the air quality problem with wildfire pollution... thought I was at fault. Went last week... the person seemed to have problems with the first eye she took forever to... other eye faster. They didn't give me any instructions when I was leaving... just told me prices for fill ins. Now a little over a week later... the lashes on the first eye are mostly gone... fell off in clumps and the other eye has a few groups of lashes. Won't be going back!
