I scheduled an in-home consultation and we arranged our whole Saturday around this appointment. At the exact time he was supposed to arrive he called and said he couldn't come and wanted to do a virtual consultation. He quoted me a huge price because "we didn't meet the minimum feet". Lots of fun and oh-so convenient! Everlights gave us a great set of lights, easily programmable for all occasions, and their back end customer service is great as well. Highly recommend--no need to string those pesky Christmas lights ever again! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Everlights has been frustrating, dishonest, and a total nightmare. The sales rep, Arron, promised me in verbal conversations and in text messages that the metal the lights would be installed into would match my home. That was a big reason I trusted him and paid my deposit. Come install day, the color was completely wrong -- and even the installers admitted this wasn't the first time he's done this to a customer. When I reached out to their operations department (Casey), instead of honoring what I was promised, they refused to refund my deposit. Their solution? Spray paint the lights to make them "match." That is not what I was sold, and it's insulting to be offered a cheap fix after being misled. Judging by my experience, this company does not care about their customers or keeping their word. I feel bad for anyone who already has Everlights installed, because if you ever have an issue, you'll see how much of a nightmare they are to deal with. There are so many other companies out there that offer better quality lights and actual customer service. Casey had the audacity to ask me to send them all the footage before I wrote any review. This company has the nerve to do people wrong and not want any other customers to see their real reviews! Do yourself a favor: save your money and run the other way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! After having lights only one year, on zone freaked out on us. Contacted them Dec 15 and said support will contact us. It is now Jan 7 and nothing! they keep telling me that they have a lot of "tickets" and will get to us when they get to us. This tells me that they have a shoddy product and have so many problems that they can't handle them. I soooo regret spending my money on this company. read more

I had my everlights installed in May of 2024, install took most of a day to get both zones installed and setup. The lights look amzing both on and off. During the day you cant see them because they used little brown caps to match my paint and at night you cant miss them!! I've only had one issue with them since they were installed and a technician was on site very quickly to diagnose a bad fan on the main control box. I would definitely recommend Everlights to anybody who is interested in lighting up their life without hanging traditional lights. read more

Not sure if this review was for the Tempe location or corporate. We had Everlights installed about 2 years ago. They were great and worked well until October 2025. Since then, the customer service is just about the worst I've ever encountered. No return calls, promises to forward the "ticket" to the one handling it and nothing. That person needs to be fired. Was very happy initially until we had a problem 6 weeks ago. They were recommended to us and now "their customer service sucks" is going back the other way. Really hope the ROC doesn't have to get involved as that's the nuclear option read more

I would provide a Zero rating if available. Sale & Install was for Gilbert, AZ. I met with salesman at the house who measured and provided quote. Full price was comparable to competition but with added discounts we agreed to have them complete the install. Paid deposit and was provided date of install before Christmas. I confirmed install date twice with Aaron, the Area Manager. On date of install they canceled stating they had not confirmed install with Tyler, the installers calendar. Now have to install after Christmas but offered addt'l discount due to mistake. Felt like a bait and switch and I told them so. They offered a larger discount so we agreed to move forward. 2 techs showed up to install. Very kind guys. They first measured the install area again. Seemed strange since sales guy had done that and provided quote and contract per his measurements. I never measured--why would I. Of note: this is a one story with 2 gables for the 2 garages. Very easy to measure from the ground. It is basic geometry and math skill required. Now the installer claimed there was a problem and needed me to speak to Aaron. They claimed the sales guy undermeasured by over 60' so now they did not have enough custom trim, needed larger control box, and more parts. and OF COURSE another $1,300 dollars. An obvious bait and switch. I refused to play their game. I requested my deposit back which they provided. I would NOT recommend entering into contract with this company. There tactics are sketchy at best. read more

You get less than what you pay for. They'll come on 20-30% less than reputable companies that cost a bit more, have sale people that will be dishonest about capability, functionality, and even get the trim match shockingly wrong. The techs are good people which is their only redeeming quality read more
