When I called the next day, I was informed that the driver had taken the item to another location and that it would not be ready until after 3 PM, unless I wanted to pick it up at a different location myself. Because we had to leave out of town, my sister-in-law called since she would be picking it up for us. She was then told it would instead be available the following morning at 8 AM. This level of disorganization is not acceptable. The missing item was a pair of suit pants needed for an event. We had planned to pick them up in time to have them hemmed, but due to the repeated mistakes and inconsistent communication, we were unable to do so. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

Just got into the items today. Shocked. The tie still has the stain. It was clearly processed in some way but there was no attention to the stain at all, or any acknowledgement of it. I dig in further and find a shirt that looks like crap and as if there are sections on it that are melted. Further in and I find a pair of slacks be had cleaned many times in the past by another spot...there's literally a new pattern imprinted down the leg as if it was heated to a point where a weird pattern was imprinted on it. So, while speedy with multiple convenient locations, the quality is sub-standard. Literally afraid to check other more expensive items I sent their way as I'm afraid what I'm going to see. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.
