Since there was no press person available, we were told it would be ready the following day. When I called the next day, I was informed that the driver had taken the item to another location and that it would not be ready until after 3 PM, unless I wanted to pick it up at a different location myself. Because we had to leave out of town, my sister-in-law called since she would be picking it up for us. She was then told it would instead be available the following morning at 8 AM. This level of disorganization is not acceptable. The missing item was a pair of suit pants needed for an event. We had planned to pick them up in time to have them hemmed, but due to the repeated mistakes and inconsistent communication, we were unable to do so. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

She managed to bring out the waist 3 inches and she even worked on the bust to help it fit better. She basically took the whole top apart and put it back together to fit me! Their prices are reasonable, they don't have a minimum for debit/credit purchases, and they're open a bit later than other local cleaners. I have no complaints here - great business!
