I just finished reading a review from someone that someone wrote about their daughter not being able to get a spray tan for prom. To "S.R." First of all how in the world do you know where I live . You don't, that is obvious because I AM local, Your right the owner can easily check and confirm I have been a client for YEARS. Since 2016 to be exact. I don't know why you assume I'm a friend of the managers writing this . I use all the locations so I figured with the amount of energy you have put into your ridiculous complaint you would of looked up the location options. Murrieta, lake Elsinore, Temecula, the list goes on. All relatively close to each other. There literally isn't a time limit on the spray tan booths so why you would assume they would do it for you is beyond me. You could have used the mystic booth OR you could of come earlier in the day if your tan was sooooo important. If you came and there was three people waiting for the booth would you still have the same complaint? And ask them to keep the store open late just for you? Your complaint and your response is so ridiculous that I can't believe I am even responding, but you were so entitled I just couldn't help myself. I really hope you learn how to plan your day better to account for unexpected delays and don't go out of your way to complain and cause problems. This is definitely a you problem. read more

My first - and quite possibly my last - spray tan experience. It was my first time getting a spray tan ever and I was excited for customer appreciation week. There's no eyewear protection available in spite of what the prompts say, the directions were extremely rushed, and the employees were polite but in a very obviously fake way. I ended up being in a wrong position in the booth, which of course was my own fault, but it didn't help that the instructions were so rushed prior to me getting started. Some of us can't process that much info at once, especially first timers, though I understand how it might seem simple to a seasoned tanner. It's very obvious that the employees rush through the process to quickly get back to socializing with the other employees. Anyway, I think I made a mistake position-wise in the booth, which I expressed to the employees, who were pretty dismissive and "fakely" empathetic. To avoid an uneven tan, I ended up purchasing a tan remover at another location afterward. I'm thankful I only spent $1 on the tan, but it's a shame that I ended up spending quite a bit more than that afterward just to get rid of it! My recommendation to whoever reading this is this: get a professional tan. You will likely receive much better care and a more personalized service! This tan was worth the $1 I spent for it, as you get what you pay for! read more

The facility is very clean. They have great deals and promos! You can even try it for free (for 7 consecutive days) if you tell them I (Ashley Gearhart) referred you. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. It's a great place for tanning, skin light therapy and hydration station. They also have teeth whitening but I have not tried that yet. read more

This iTan has the most trust worthy employees. I left my wedding ring on the shelf in the Mystic Tan room yesterday. I didn't remember about it until tonight. When I called iTan they said they had my ring. The iTan employee had found my ring and kept it safe until I remembered. She asked me a few questions to make sure I was the correct owner of the ring and then gave me it back. I cannot express how thankful I am that this iTan employee kept my wedding ring safe for me. This is the best tanning salon! The girls that work here are so welcoming and accommodating. I love how they take the time to remember everyone's names, it makes me feel very good going in and they already know my name and start checking me in. I'm in love with this location. I've tried different locations and wasn't that satisfied. Clare knows all of the products and gives great recommendations for what's going to work best for you. Beware!!! Went to take my daughter to get a tan for prom tonight, Stood in line for 30 min to then find out that she needed an ID or birth certificate to get one. I personally had mine but I guess that is not accepted, which you would think me being her mother that would be accepted? Maybe the employee should have mentioned that to me when I called an hour before inquiring about the tan for my daughter. After calling and speaking to Brandy (the employee) to see if she could allow us to come right back with it (it was 8:45 pm and I could be back within 10-15 min) she stated that the computer wouldn't let her enter another customer in the system. She was NOT friendly and had a poor attitude to say the least. So needless to say, my daughter won't be tan for her prom, thank you ITAN. Horrible customer service! Will not be back! read more

I will not be going to this Itan location again. Not because of the tan I received which turned out beautiful but because of the snotty, ignorant girls at the counter. If I want to be talked about I will go to a low life bar with my girlfriends. I'm paying for a service which isn't cheap and I don't appreciate the too good for you attitude from the girls that act like they are still in high school. Maybe between the 3 of you working you could actually get something accomplished other than talking trash to each other about the customers. Grow up! I will continue my business at the Lake Elsinore Itan where the girls are classy and much more professional. This is one of the best iTAN locations I've been to! This is not the regular salon location I go to because it's a little further from my house but when we I get the chance to come I always have the best experience. It's always super clean, and the employees are so friendly! When I went today, Lauren helped me checkin. She asked about the products I was using and how I liked them. She told me about the monthly lotion membership, which I had no idea about. I used the standup bed and it was different from the ones I've used before, Lauren was super helpful and explained how everything work. She followed up when I came out to see how I liked it compared to the others. I've worked in retail/ customer service for over 15 years, and I was extremely impressed by the connection Lauren made with all the clients and the level of care she displayed. I love this place! Besides the obvious tanning beds I love the beauty angel vibrating platform, I swear this has helped decrease my cellulite so much! I also love the photo facial which I've noticed has helped my skin and pore size. I have also used the detox wrap which is relaxing when you're in there and helps you get rid of excess immediately. I lost an entire pound after the first session! The girls there are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Lauren in particular is super sweet and very customer service oriented.
