I absolutely love and look forward to my weekly visits to Salt and Light Wellness as part of my health and wellness routine not only for my wellbeing but for severe autoimmune conditions that the services help to improve. Here you will find membership choices ranging from about $50 per month to $199 and each membership definitely has its perks, with added monthly specials or freebies to keep it fun. There are different rooms in this tucked away, easy in-and-out to park (such a plus!) spot just off Margarita Road in Temecula that include state-of-the-art tanning beds with tropical music and sea mist, infrared steam. rooms, cold plunge and salt light therapy room, red light therapy beds, and spray tanning. You determine how many services you want to experience with each visit. I pay $59 for 4 visits per month, which allows me one " me" day to really focus on my health and wellness as part of my routine to improve my health and overall wellbeing and autoimmune issues . They have robes they issue you on arrival and they also sell products and merchandise but never push anything on you. They also have a water fountain you can fill any size ( reasonably) with delicious mineral water. This place just kind of takes the edge off for me and is totally worth it at least once a week considering all they offer and the effectiveness. One major thing I'd love to mention is the service . Most of these young ladies are wonderful and make you really feel welcome when you are there. I've used the membership now for 3 months and not once have I called- even at the last minute or the night before- where they haven't failed to accommodate me. I don't think I'm bougie at all and have no demands; they just do such a great job to get you in . I want to give a shout out to Abby who woks so hard and there are others I will mention as time goes by. Will also add pics. I am not one to ever leave yelp reviews, but I had a really bad experience with one of the staff. I booked my appointments ahead of time, and any requests for a room or assistance she rolled her eyes and had just a nasty attitude. I have babies so this little day drop in is a really special time for a busy momma. She even went on to say it wasn't her fault that she had put someone else in my room and nothing she could do about it. Her boyfriend was like hanging out in there waiting for her. Just not professional and a bad experience overall. Update-the staff putting me in a room after a girl who walked in when I had an appointment made me late to pick up my kids , which cost even more time and money. read more

Rocky start but ended up well. I followed them on Instagram when I saw this place and got a free day pass in my inbox that said I could bring a friend. I had one more person that wanted to come so when I called to schedule the appointment I mentioned I had the complimentary day pass with guest and would pay the $29 for the third person and the lady on the phone said no, all first time guests are free, so I was like okay sounds good and we got all our appointments scheduled. When we arrived the girl checking us in started telling me how much I owed for the day passes and I explained what I was told above. She said she thought they stopped doing free day passes. So I explained again, nbd, but this is what I was told and that I even tried to suggest paying for one of my guests but was told not to. She repeated that she thought they stopped doing that and "her boss is always changing things" or something to that effect. Meanwhile I'm just like can we get checked it and figure this out? So finally she just gave up trying to talk it through I guess and we were on our way. I wish customer service or just courteous communication was more of a thing. I don't need to be treated like I'm ruining your day or did something wrong. Just say "oh I'm sorry there may have been a miscommunication" (even though there wasn't) or whatever to open up some dialogue and be friendly. If it turned out I needed to pay for some reason that's not the issue. It's more just let's be friendly with each other and figure this out. Anyway the amenities were nice and ample, even if you paid $29 that's a great price. We all enjoyed it. Other than after the sauna we were all thirsty and asked for water and we were told it is for members only lol. After we were done would have been the ideal time for the staff to then present the membership options or other things to sell to us, but no one did so we went on our merry way. We had a communication mix up from wrong hours listed on Google. We called because we were going to be late. Ashley was amazing. She is very sweet and accommodating and she was very communicative. Not only do I keep coming back because the products are amazing but the staff is too! They are so knowledgeable. The vibe in there is always so fun and cheerful! I drove all the way from San Diego for a reserved appointment. Mind you, I called the facility twice, one time to ask if I had a reservation for the cold plunge/ salt room and what I should wear as this was my first visit. And the second time I called to see if I could bring my daughter in the rooms with me. I was assured twice that I had the rooms and it was ok to bring my daughter. I happily drove 45 minutes home from work to grab her. Then I drove over an hour to Salt and Light on Margarita road. When I got there the young woman behind the counter let me know that she was booked and that I could not bring in my daughter. Then she proceeds to tell me that the salt and cold plunge rooms are unavailable. The room she had for me was currently occupied so she has the woman in there leave. That room was a tanning bed which I definitely don't need since I'm already brown! lol I was NOT offered any compensation. Just a wait around for another hour to see if anyone cancels their appointments!?! Or come back tomorrow!?! No thank you, I had an appointment. I called twice. What more could I do? I asked her what I did wrong because I was so shocked. Nothing. Perhaps she is young and has yet to learn how to be hospitable to a customer so I'll give her grace but wow. This is NOT the way to run a business. Sad because I was really looking g forward to this evening with my daughter. I like this place! I got a spray tan and decided to do it with a spray tech rather then the spray machine. The spray tan technician was kind and patient she made me feel very comfortable during the tan. So far I'm loving my tan! I did the rapid tan so I washed it out at the 4th hour, and I'm at the right amount of tan I was hoping for. The room itself that they spray in is super clean. They make sure to let you change to a level of nudeness that your comfortable with, they also offer little foot pad so the bottom of your feet don't get tan and a hair net to protect your hair from the tanner. read more

I am SO impressed with this place. The location feels so fancy and the staff is so polite and informative. The prices are fair as well. My boyfriend was a little nervous about his first airbrush but the staff was so kind and let him hang out during mine to help ease his nerves even though the room is small. My tan looks awesome and I am so impressed with the scent and glitter options. I will definitely be back to this location anytime I need any tanning services. We got the rapid developing solution and the picture below is right after the spray. I will say that I love having the option to leave it on longer for it to be darker. I'm not sure if that's a common thing and I was never told that before or what. Update: after rinsing my boyfriend and I were both bummed with our results. We were told to rinse after 3 hours for a nice medium tan but upon rinsing it was super light! Many things could have effected theses results so we will be back to try it again to see. read more

this place is the last place in Riverside County, San Diego County, or Orange County I would ever tan... even if they were the only tanning salon that existed. Waste of time to try to tan here, the service is absolutely horrible, they hire all the same looking girls that have no idea what they're doing, so be careful with the auto-draft, they pulled from my account three months AFTER I canceled my membership, and the girl I spoke to could literally care less that they just pulled 240 for three months that I never came in, and had canceled PRIOR to the charges. read more

I love that there's no long waits, and that they have fresh water & oil scented towels with aromatherapy to use. When I got unlimited visits for the month of February for $11.99 through Groupon I was told d that if I continued my membership the cost would be $14.50 per month I thought that was great! Last night 3/1/20 I was told the price of $19.99 for two months then $29.99 each month after . The young lady at the counter,I'm sure was just doing her job, but I feel that her customer service skills could use some help. I have been going to this tanning salon off and on since I was in high school. I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly! They always go the extra mile to make sure your time there is the best it can be. I was in a really bad car accident back in september. Five months after the accident I am finally able to walk with a walker. One of the first things I wanted to do was go tanning! The extra vitamin D has been essential for the healing process! I am amazed at how much better my mood has been since returning! Additionally I tried their infrared sauna therapy. I am blown away with how much this has helped me! My pain was completely gone for an hour after being in the sauna! That was only after the first time! I am so excited to see how 2-3 treatments a week continues to help my blood flow return and increase in my foot! I have been to this perfect tan on multiple occasions and I have decided not to go back anymore because I wasnt happy with the results from the multiple times I have used their services. One of the times I went there after taking over 24 hours to shower because they said its better if you shower after 12+ hours and I decided to see if that was actually true. After showering, I just felt that I didnt even have tan at all! It was that bad. It was that one time that I got my tan done and it was dark bronze before showering it looked good and then again after shower was gone. read more

I popped in today to check it out and try their beds and was amazed by the awesome girl who worked there and helped me out! I'm so sad I didn't ask her name but she was amazing. She informed me that I could try a complimentary 3 consecutive day pass for free to see if I liked it. She was very informative and gave me an awesome first experience.
