I bought a Groupon for the skin tightening sessions for my arms. After my first session, I was told that each session needed to be spaced 2 weeks apart to see optimal results. And that's where the problem is. They don't ever have any availability within that 2-week window after you show up to your first appointment. After realizing their mistake, they allowed me to start over again, so I went in for another session. After it was done and I sat down to schedule my next appointment within the 2-week window, they didn't have any openings AGAIN. So essentially they advise you to get these done within a certain time frame for the best results, but they can't even follow their own protocol. Which essentially means you're completely wasting your money. For the record, I've had 3 sessions and it did absolutely nothing for me. I'm not expecting a miracle, but who knows if it's because of the equipment, the tech, or the fact that I can't get a follow-up appointment within the timeframe that THEY ADVISE for best results. 10/10 waste of time and money. read more

Coming from NY, I had experiences in the most exclusive of beauty spas and honestly, didn't have any expectation of anything similar here. Wow...was I pleasantly surprised. During my consultation, Nichelle went over all of my options and toured me through the different rooms. The decor is relaxing and zen-like. I decided on my treatments and scheduled my appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment, I met Nicole, the owner and we had an incredible conversation as though we'd known each other forever. That's how comfortable it was. I was then taken by Laurren to my room for my treatment. Since my wedding was in two weeks, I opted for the facial treatment, which was performed using RF and so gentle. She told me I'd look "refreshed" and that the result of the first treatment would be subtle. I didn't see a difference. But, the next day I went to work and coworkers literally stopped me in the halls to tell me I'm "glowing" and how "refreshed" I looked. I had my second appointment the following week ( one week before the wedding) and that night, we went to a local gala where again, people stopped me to tell me how beautiful my skin looked. I have been to many spas over the years and The owner Nicole has done an amazing job creating a warm and cozy Spa environment, it doesn't feel like a doctors office and there's absolutely no pressure for additional treatments. The girls are wonderful and amazing Lauren and Trisha have both taken care of me I've now done fat removal with a noticeable difference and improvement, I love that the machine is a multi-purpose machine which includes skin tightening and fat removal. I give this facility one star for the beautiful decor, but that is all they have going for them. I was very disappointed when I learned staff members were nice to my face, but were talking behind my back. It was also uncomfortable that a former staff was discussed in my presence, as though she was a problem, though I had no issues with her. All sessions started 10-20 minutes late, though I was on time. There are a lot of internal issues that need to be addressed. This place has a long way to go to compete with quality spas. I recently started going to this place and although I was skeptical about whether it would yield visible results I decided that either way it would be worth going even if it was just to enjoy a little "me" time. The owner, Nicole, gave me my initial consultation for the non-invasive fat reduction treatments. The treatment room was so tranquil and relaxing. The lighting was dimmed, there were candles flickering and the music was playing softly. Nicole explained the process to me while demonstrating the fat reduction treatment on the left half of my abdomen. The treatment was like a warm massage. There is absolutely no discomfort at all. When I arrived home later that evening and was changing for bed, I caught my reflection in the mirror and could literally see the difference on the left side of my abdomen! It was noticeably smoother and tighter compared to the right side that was not treated. That was all I needed to see to know that the treatments will actually make a difference and I could not wait to go back for my next one. Don't schedule here! They are liars and so inconsiderate! I had an appointment scheduled for 7/21 then got a call that the salon was closing again due to Covid. I was sad but understood. I was told in that call that they were going to get a license to operate "outside" during Covid and were rescheduling everybody to the following weeks and that I was going to be getting a call from them to reschedule. Days later I got an email from Natalie which asked for me to call the salon. I did and I am assuming I spoke to Natalie who told me my app for 7/21 was still confirmed at this time. I said I am going from 3 hours away so she kept me at the 1pm slot. I was excited as fk and when I got there like 15 minutes early the place was locked. I called for 30 minutes with no answer. I was outside almost to tears cause I drove 3 fkn hours and then I saw a women walk into the place and it is when I decided to go in hopeful again when she told me they were closed and had no idea why my schedule was confirmed. This is ridiculous and so messed up. Never attempting this place again. Also the girl who confirmed my app told me that I could get my first procedure but couldn't tell me when my next one would be which is ridiculous cause you are suppose to have 2 procedures a week and if these procedures are your specialty how could you tell me that. Don't come here!!! Zero stars should be a thing. read more
