Purchased a $285 pair of Ray-Ban's in Texas less than a week ago…read moreand after wearing them for three days realized they don't fit my nose and head so they constantly slip down and drive me nuts. I travel for work all over the country and tried to replace at the sunglass hut in Beavercreek, Ohio, which is where I currently was due to my job. I had original receipt, but I did not have the box they came in and I used adhesive to stick the sunglass case to my dashboard for convenience. Since I could not provide the sunglass case without any sticky residue left from removing it out of my car, the young lady was unable to honor the perfect pair of promise and easy returns policies sunglass professes. I told the young lady I did not need the new case and if she could exchange for the different pair of chromance, Ray-Ban's I would give her the brand new case right then and there with an unused lens cloth that is included, and she could put my return in that case. Simple solution, no malice or fraud intended, simply a pair of $285 Ray Ban's that fit my head. She wouldn't do that, and refused to call her manager since "her manager always tells her and the part-timers that the policy is the final say-so. Understood. Policies are for a reason I get that. Just thought this was one of those circumstances that called for real one-on-one, case-by-case professional customer service and that was definitely not offered at this location. Soooo I'm stuck with this pair, and the bitter taste of corporate handcuffing of common sense in its staff. Last pair I get from The Sunglass Hut. And remember to save the box, the case, and the original receipt if there's any doubt you might not like them after a week- Or three.

So she refused to honor the price so I called corporate. They immediately texted me a 50% off coupon code to make up for the price difference and this rude woman's antics.
